    Big Mike, your videos are always so inspirational and motivating. I’m in my mid 40s and was really dedicated to the gym before Covid and then I hit a big bump in the road and am trying to get back into it. It’s tough starting back at square one, but your videos really help me feel less overwhelmed and more excited about the challenge ahead.

    Nice video Mike. I wish I could do all these exercises, but I am still really fat and not so strong. Have been trying so hard recently though. Going to gym every day, and I got great meal plan from Next Level Diet. I hope I will slim down fast so I could start with some calisthenics firstly. I believe in myself, that's the most important thing IMO.

    Came home 2011 fresh off 5, stayed into working out, been following Mike workouts since he was rocking the mohawk in the gym, havent stopped yet, and after watching everybody, he still my number 1 dude, seen him grind all the way up, I follow Mike cause he got the most attractive physique to me, he got the physique I wanted most.
    I will check out other bodybuilders, but always come back to Mike, I like how Mike workout with ppl stronger than him, but he give you what he got like me, and got them hands, LIKE ME😉

    I’m still learning about everything you have got going on Mike. So I’m not sure on how you feel about psychedelics but in the right space/environment some mushrooms might be able to help with your anxiety with the weights. It helped me a lot with mine and helped me quit smoking cigarettes
