Incline fly's destroy my rotators. I have to stay away from them. I can get away with just the slightest of incline. I wish I could do them. But I'm a few month away from 50, and my body lets me know pretty fast what *NOT* to do. 😊
M and F you need to learn how to film properly. You focus and zoom in on the upper body only. So much technique comes from the lower body as well. Case in point: the overhead DB tricep extension. Sadic said he loved the angle especially with putting one knee up. Your filming never showed his leg/knee placement. Have the videographers learn proper lifting techniques so they can film properly and show all the tips.
