We can complain all we want about Microsoft flight simulator, but it was released in 2020 and here we are nearly 4 years later and they are still piling on a lot of really high-quality free content. I don’t know if any other video game that has this much value.
Completely agree with you - I doubt many other products offer such free updates and add-ons - people bought the original product as is and shouldn't really expect to get such huge improvements on what is a very complicated simulator! I started using MSFS from day 1 and was happy to eventually land the Cessna at Meigs Field 😁

Totally agree and I really Love the new Features/addons we get. Still I would appreciate MS/Asobo focussing a little more on the basics, like Framerate-consistency, various UI-Issues, general Application-Stability and Performance.
I mean I'm exicted about this A320, and I'm really happy for everyone who enjoys it, but for me its no good, since stuttering of the sim messes up most of my approaches into bigger airports.

WOW! This is seriously impressive. I wasn't really paying any attention to SU15 or the A320neo V2. I thought it was mostly just going to be a visual enhancement to the existing aircraft. This is a WHOLE new beast! Thank you SO much iniBuilds! We are SO lucky to have you guys and this sim!

Interesting the Fenix and the FBW A320 have a terrain radar but no weather radar, and this one has a weather radar but no terrain radar! If only we can get at least one of them to model both?

Easily calibrated the throttle slider on my Thrustmaster TCA sidestick joystick using the excellent EFB and the ground-handling is Goldilocks, just-right.

Inibuilds has done it again, knocked it put of the park. Would love to see them do a A330. Since we know aerosoft isn’t releasing it anytime soon. Besides, I’d rather have the inibuilds one. Can’t wait for the A350. The A300 is my favorite long haul plane currently

13:07 Wait, shouldn't it pitch UP slightly not DOWN? Because you retracted the flaps it loses lift so it should pitch up slightly to maintain the G load as it loses lift in the climb? Or do I have it wrong?

I just wanted to say that after doing a flight with it, I encountered a problem where the takeoff thrust lim was so low that I had to go into max toga after lifting off, and my perf page went and stayed on go around. I couldn't go back and I don't know if that ended up ruining my decent later but when it came to descending, I didn't get notified when T/D was reached and it didn't allow me to use v-nav to hit target altitudes respective to my f-plan page.
I'm almost certain that this was a result of the aircraft thinking that I was going around right after take-off. I can't see the real plane behaving like this since that just wouldn't make sense especially if something happened my mistake. Kind of ruined the rest of the flight that I had but I do have to say that the landing characteristics of this place makes it really easy for a smooth landing. I don't know how realistic that is but for what this plane is intended for it was nice.
Sadly throughout the beta this plane showed signs of being incomplete when launched and while it's in better shape than I thought it was, I think that for a company like this, I just don't know why it's not up to a higher standard. I know that the a310 vs the a300 is way different and sure, one is a plane that is free and another is a paid aircraft but isn't iniBuilds getting paid from microsoft? If it's a case where it's really not much money at all and iniBuilds is just doing this for the community than that would be sick, but I don't think that is the case. I do have to say, if this plane can get updated to fix some of the things that are still lingering then that I think would be a really good sign.
But I'm not going to lie, having a product on day 1 that has some of these issues isn't the best look for a company that is trying to make big moves in the flight sim world.
Hello, this is a fantastic aircraft, thank you very much. One question about getting the SimBrief flightplan into the computer: I did enter my SimBrief number on the EFB and everything shows up there, but I cannot find an option to import that in the airplane. What do I have to do?
There is a "initiate request" option in yellow on the mcdu INIT page
Looks great! But as someone new to this product, I see no information as to wether the MCDU is fully functional and supports AIRAC updates or how functional the EFB is; And nothing about whether this product supports Simbrief or Navigraph integration. Is this all to come? Thanks for the video

Hello, I use GSX with it and when it asks me to release the parking brake, the release does not get recognized. Any ideas?
Very nice to have an advanced A320Neo from IniBuilds. But I get stuck in viewing the circuit breakers panel that you show in your video. What is the way to get the full span of overhead panel etc please.

Was looking forward to flying this plane but cant even taxi without it going in the other direction or putting full throttle on when i tap to give a little bit, not sure whats happened bc before the full release it looked good to fly no major issues now seems to i cant even taxi it, let alone fly the thing
Looks great. There's just one thing that bugs me about the visual model. The pillar between the two cockpit side windows looks too thick compared to all the photos I've looked at. It's a stupid little thing, but every time I see this plane, it sticks out like a sore thumb.

Agreed.
The throttle has a bug. When using an xbox controller, when I press the A button to power up, it directly jumps to full power and if I wish to power down, it directly goes to 0.
So as of the sounds are very good, is that normal for the sounds behind the plane outside to be super quiet cuz like it should have some more tone a bit but unless if that’s what these newer engines are supposed to be then understandable. I’m used to the loudness a bit

Seem to have the brakes stuck on after pushback, but it's also the same in the A330-900n as well so guessing their is a bug?

Is there a manual or checklist?
The only things I care about:
1. Does the VNAV actually work on this version? Because it's borked in the current one.
2. Have you made it like your A310, i.e. unable to load flight plans from the world map so we're forced to start cold and dark?
I really love the v2, only issue is I can't taxi now. Joystick (twist) and rudder pedals don't turn the nose wheel enough. Do I have to map a tiller to one of my controls?
For those with the same issue. Fixed it. Don't always use the rudder pedals, so I just mapped nose wheel steering to the twist axis of the joystick just like rudder. FYI - you can have two things mapped to the same axis.

I cant wait to try it but sadly SU15 totally zorched my install, and now reinstalling I keep getting crashes and extractions stalling and seizing up the installer. Sad Days.
The airplane is very nice but can you please improve the flare behavior, when you take out the thrust the plane slaps on the ground
How does one navigate the passenger cabin on the Xbox?
is anybody else having a problem with the nose wheel not turning more than a few degrees? i know there is a nose wheel disconnect button on the tiller but it makes no difference when push it. its impossible to taxi like this, it barely turns :(
Hi, I cannot upload the flight plan to MCDU from Simbrief, any opinions why?
Mine when I put throttle on it just goes super fast and can’t control it. It’s frustrating pushed the engines to 100 and just goes so fast. How can I stop that during taxi?.
I used iniBuilds A320neo V.2 to repay Skydolly during takeoff at the runway. The spoiler works automatically. Did I make a mistake in any step? 😅
Please revert the engine sounds, initially they were really good but then changed in one of the recent beta builds.
Does anybody have an idea why my flightplan from the standard msfs menu is not converted to the mcdu from the v2 320neo? On the V1 and other planes it works
its a study level plane - you have to program mcdu yourself - its the same on their A310
Great plane, but I'm having some issues. First off, my atc isn't working. I'll press ground, but nothing will happen when I press it so now the whole atc just doesn't work. Second, half the time when I move to the exterior view once I go back to interior view it zooms in and I can't seem to fix it without restarting the flight. And now, third, the pushback tug won't move

That ground handling is specific to this a/c or the entire sim??
Entire sim, but has to be implemented on a plane by plane basis. Asobo have done it on the C172 and iniBuilds on this. I assume it will gradually get added to all planes eventually (or in FS2024)

Are you aware that it doesn’t follow the assigned route and just flys off in a random direction? It also shits itself on approach and freaks out when you disable autopilot..

This plane gives me 15-20 fps on Series x as opposed to the pmdg 737 or the base a320 which gives me 50+
