I’ve seen this plane many times, finally being able to learn more about flying it
Guys, outstanding model, outstanding history explanation, outstanding team, outstanding work!
Can't wait for it, going to be the focus of the stream tomorrow! Thanks @iniBuilds for another awesome plane! Also, thanks for the iniR24! It's my go to Regional/International exploration vehicle now!
Had to pick up this plane (love the Harrier and Osprey too). Great tutorial!
This is gonna be sick
amazing job guys i just bought it and i love it,god bless you
Fascinating aircraft! 👍
Definitely getting this one. This is just the sort of odd duck i just love flying around in the sim. Thank you!!
Now if you can do a Bell X-22 for me too, I'll be in hog heaven! 😂
Would be nice to actually have the option to control all 5 pedestal levers manually.
Inibuilds can you please make a E145😭🙏🏽
Definitely will be picking this up. This was near the top of my personal list of "aircraft that I desperately want in the sim, but have accepted it will probably never happen because they are too weird, obscure, and complicated to flight model"
The Fairey Rotodyne was the only one higher on that list...you know...if you are looking for ideas for your next one...
Superb tutorial... THANKS!!! 😄
Looks like funto fly! A great contribution to hoverheads Harrier and Osprey!
Outstanding 👍
Please keep updating this wonderful airplane and adding more functionality, as it stands right now, most of the switches for the lights are not functional.
I bought it 😀 Thank You! 💪
Awesome
Veramente ben fatto , complimenti , che cpu hai e che scheda video hai ? Grazie
I can't wait to see A350 ❤️
Wow!
What's the point of linking the nozzle angle and lift jet thrust together? That removes your ability to conduct a proper accel or decel transition or use powered nozzle braking
I'm somewhat confused by the fact the main two engines were seemingly left at idle during both decelerating transitions and vertical landings in this, and the hover portion at the end.
I was rummaging through everything I could to figure this out and I just can’t lol. Design feature of the in game model I guess buts rather annoying, I’d like to be able to have the nozzles directly 90 degrees and have control over the throttle to have a proper landing without having to tilt the aircraft almost 45 degrees nose up
Bummer you're only making this available through the Marketplace. Too much trouble in the past, buying from them. Would have liked to get it.
Why did you not model the working oleos, or inirtia when landing? It's like landing a brick.
Does this Aircraft simulate compressor stall during Vertical Takeoff?
Any news on the a350?
Do228 pls
Love this but something is not right - it's currently impossible to control a hover or do a fully vertical landing, due to nozzles moving forwards when you start reducing thrust. The two throttles are so closely tied there is basically no point in binding different buttons/axis. Please can you investigate?
Anybody having a problem with the engine throttles going to full when you increase Throttle 3 with an Xbox controller? Anytime I try to set the nozzles to full 90 degrees the engines go to full throttle and will not throttle back. It seems like throttle 3 is somehow tied to the other throttle levers. I've followed the video and made sure I cleared the throttle increase and decrease but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here.
Edit: Also does it with my Thrusmaster T.16000M. I've even tried deleting all my other add-ons but it doesn't seem to help. Definitely something buggy going on here.
You're not alone, I've been experiencing the exact same thing. Really not sure what the fix is to this yet, but throttle 3 is definitely tied together to the other levers
UPDATE: Seems to be working normal for me now. Besides logging on the next day and trying it again, I did not do anything differently. So perhaps just restarting the game is the fix?
@@paarmanium Nope even days later it's still doing it for me. It even does it when I use my Thrusmaster setup. Not sure what's going on with this plane.
Lots of film footage of the Do31 here : th-cam.com/video/x3YueCf1JeI/w-d-xo.html
For some reason, i only see increase and decrease throttle available in my controls option… does anyone know how to fix this?
When searching for the input, their is an option for filter below it. I think default filter is already mapped configurations so switch it to 'all' and you'll be good to go!
@@paarmaniumThank you so much! it worked!
Fun plane! The sound is a bit quiet and well.. crap though :)
Would rather see the A20N you guys are working on
Well done. But will anyone fly it more than once? I doubt it.
Why not?
That’s my problem with these type of aircraft. It’s a novelty, many will purchase it and then it will collect dust in many “hangars”. It is cool to preserve some history, but I would so much rather get something else. A 727? 737-200? -300/400? C182 (non RG)?
Exactly. We could've gotten the Dornier 328 or Dornier 228 for lukla ops but we get this thing nobody knows about or is gonna fly more than once.
Oh no, the brain rotten 320 kids have arrived, go back to flying your boring a to b routes, perhaps if you researched a bit more you would fly these kind of planes "more than once" but i know it is hard for you people to read a manual for more than 3 minutes
@@197jm I agree, it's really cool to have these aircraft available and this looks like an amazing rendition of it but I'd love to see some other aircraft first. Of course I’d love to see the ones you mentioned but an aircraft more in line with the unique nature of the Aircraft Discovery Series yet still interesting to fly more often could for example be the Convair 990A. It’s a fascinating machine with an unique and interesting design, fastest commercial jet till the introduction of Concorde. Unfortunately it couldn’t meet all of its specifications and the little niche market there was for it mainly got captured by the Boeing 720/720B. For the lack of success it had it was operated by quite a number of airlines. Spantax from Spain operated a large fleet of them till the late 80s, must’ve been quite a sight! There is a pristine example in Swissair livery at the Luzern transport museum in Switzerland. Other than the free rendition by the Historic Jetliner Group for FS9 and FSX there has never been a highly detailed version of it let alone for MSFS. Would absolutely love for iniBuilds to make one.
WW2 Nazi Germany: Making too many sophisticated and bespoke designs instead spamming one or two versions
Cold War West Germany: Yeah let's make a very sophisticated and complex VTOL cargo plane
🤦♂️
Shut it, you are just a filthy armchair historian
Great. Thank you iniBuilds
