You seem so negative about the area. Why didnt you mention all the great shopping in Paso Robles which is a short distance from Atascadero.

She has another video focusing on Atascadero per se. Done with a lady who lives and works there. It’s a positive and informative video. For this price point it’s important to be realistic on the negatives. It’s all part of the value equation. Each of these homes has something marvelous about them. They are in SLO!

She seems to think SLO is somehow a liveable place, and that North County is some sort of suburb.
North County is one community in many ways, and each individual community is 100s of times more communal with its actual neighboring communities than any are to SLO. Most of us try to forget that it's even there.

0:30 "San Luis Obispo proper" ??? As if to imply the rest of the county identifies as some offshoot of that little slice of imitation L.A.? One way streets, parking meters, parking garages... i could go on with probably a dozen more markers that will and do define any place as a generic ghetto only suitable for generic city trash.
As great as the weather is down there 10 months a year, one of the best things about living in North County is the grade between us and the SLO minded city wannabes. I only wish the valley rats had a direct route to you and Pismo and we could bring the grade down to one lane alternating direction once an hour.

Thank you for your comments. If you read blogs, articles, or information regarding San Luis Obispo. It is the "seat" of the county. Here is an article as well as an example: www.cntraveler.com/story/how-to-spend-72-hours-san-luis-obispo
