    Every single one of us goes through rough patches in our lives. May it be in our relationships, family, career, health or financial situations. Its hard sometimes not to let life's challenges get you down however whatever situation it may be...it is the universe testing you and giving you a chance to grow, become stronger, and learn a lesson from every situation.
    So in this guided meditation we are going to be focusing on finding that inner strength within yourself to help you get through whatever problems you may be facing in your life today or if you simply need a energetic boost to start your day in a strong and powerful way.
    Whatever the reason may be, use this meditation to find the strength within yourself to be the best and strongest version of yourself. Its within you, you just have to look a little deeper.

    Remember...
    When you start your meditation practice its easy to not know what to expect or even to expect something from it like you might get from anything else you "do" in life. But meditation is not a "doing", it is a "being". It is a learning to find stillness and peace within the idea that the moment you are in, the moment you are experiencing right at that moment is enough.
    The trick is that our minds are not used to this way of thinking. Our modern day lives & culture tend to clutter our conscious thoughts with projections and stress towards the future and the past. Meditation helps us learn to let go. Meditation to me, and what I would like to share with you, is about bathing in the now. And finding peace with exactly who you are, where you are, and that all other chatter in your head can and eventually will be cleansed by the regular practice and training of momentary awareness.
    When you start your mind is not used to this. It will fight back and flare up with thoughts and wander and tell you its bored and you should stop. These are all normal experiences. Always. The trick is to breath it in when it happens, see it happening, and exhale it out only to reset your focus again. Its not a failure. Its just what happened. And in time will happen less and less as your focus and mind becomes more and more accustomed to quiet, peace, and stillness.
    More than anything in life, there is no result when you meditate. It is just acceptance. And you.
    There are so many great benefits to meditation once you truly learn to love the process and practice it daily. Through mediation you will slowly begin to achieve more patience in your every day life, how to appreciate the simple things, and how to find the space in your mind to spread more love and kindness into the world around you.
    Find a comfortable seated position, put some headphones on, relax, and allow yourself to let go and surrender into the now.

    17 years ago I lost my Dad and this meditation on the anniversary of his passing was perfect. I felt like I was holding hands with him through this 15 minutes of focus around strength, love and peace 💖🙏

    thank you. thank you very much. i have a hard time listening to my 'inner' voice, intuition. my relationship of 7 years just ended badly, and everything seems to break down and fall apart in my life right now. everything i thought was 'true' or reliable seems to have vanished. just like that.
    baby steps every day. but most of the time i have the feeling i will not ever be able to overcome this.
    this is the 2nd meditation i am doing with you - i cried the last time and i cried today. for some reason your words sound so genuine and real, make me believe in myself a little more.
    i feel more 'connected' to myself, like i am standing 'behind' me. it might sound pathetic but through this it also feels a little like i have your support and i am not alone in this.

      The more meditation you do you will gain strength to face whatever comes. Focus to restart re-new your life will improve as you grow, somethings were not meant to be people grow and move on . I practice Yoga and meditation every day . A new partner /relationship shows up in life when you are ready ! Love is coming and also remember Love is everywhere in everything !

    Transitioning to a new position at work encouraged me to take action and improve my physical and mental health so I can be the best version of myself At work.
    This meditation has introduced myself with courage and confidence that I knew I had but feared to believe.
    Imposter syndrome is common. When you are feeling defeated. When you don’t feel like you’re enough find your courage and confidence. You are worthy.

    Your guided meditations are my faves. One thing I love most is that you don't ask me to imagine being in a beautiful room, or in my favorite place or the most beautiful garden because then my mind has to start kicking in and making choices. You just beautifully set simple focuses and intentions. The music is also very lovely in the background. Would love some that are 20 or 30 minutes. When there is time to stay in that space longer. Also just a little more time for inhales and exhales when doing deep breaths in and long breaths out. Thank you!!

    A smile opens the door to positivity and strength if you let it. A smile can be encouraging to those that need it a smile opens doors to many things I've learned.     I just want to you know how grateful I am for all the spirit you delivered. There are lot of challenges recently (this year) in my life, it is your videos who help me keep a positive mind and keep going. From morning, noon to evening. Your voice always makes me calm down, helping me see the good side of those challenges.     I cannot believe that I've done whole of this meditation.I am a 16 year old girl who never pays attention to things has no mindfulness I always tend to day dream . I have no consideration or focus. I am doing this meditations since 2 days.I meditate till you speak and when the music is fine I just do it for two minutes and then after video. But today I didn't know that I completed this meditation until your voice came. I was really really very surprised to see the mindfulness developing inside me. Thank you so much

    I have loved yoga for a while now, but recently its been very hard for me to find time to go to the studio leaving me very uninspired and feeling a bit down about my practice.     Meditation is finding the silent in your heart. Thank you for this beautiful guided meditation. Meditation helps me a lot to finding peace while I'm struggeling with depression and anxiety. I'm borderline and it's not easy to live with it.
