You can heal if you stand long enough in the hot springs ponds, Zelda will close her eyes and enjoy relaxing hot water and get hers lost harts filled up.
nobody ever talks about how you can use the water block along walls. The water will stick to the wall, so if previous blocks de-spawn, you can still keep going along the wall
"This doesn't stack while you're sleeping, you need to get in and out of bed" what do you mean by that? The beds continously heal you while you sleep, not just half, one or two hearts but until your hearts are full, just at different speeds.
One thing I haven't seen many people say is that Crow echoes will cause enemies to drop 5~10 ruppees the first time they hit them and will also collect ruppees on the ground adding them to your total. This makes them a pretty good "Spam" enemy to get rich quick.
I first learned about the bed mechanic when I obtained the silk clothes. I began running that outfit most of the time because I hadn't considered waking up and then sleeping to get hearts faster (Dev oversight right there). Overall great video. Appreciate looking into all the special cases only one/two people would figure out during a normal playthrough.
1:04 That's what I do since you heal faster this way. You actually gain health if you just stay in bed too but the getting up and down method is faster. I never really used the meat. 10:30 That's how I got around.
1:25 Similarly, Tornando being able to launch lighter objects, super helpful for the flag races (especially the short track with how tight the best prize time to beat is normally) 2:08 You actually need this trick to get the blue rupee in Deku Lockup without going back with echoes. Jumping out of a pot gives Zelda a full box/block height in jump clearance (like she’s jumping off of a Table for instance compared to ground level). 3:55 You need to do this to climb up Eldin Volcano normally (as in not just Crawltula the whole way up the trail, hoping a rock doesn’t come down on it or you). The room where you find Ghirro has three torches that block a climbing path. You can use Ghirro as the recently acquired echo will blow the torches out, but the Wind Cannon does the job too. 3:56 You can also spin rapidly to put Zelda out if she catches fire. Also you out that as 12 and not 11. 5:23 I don’t think it’s that it thinks mid air is neutral ground as much as it thinks the Platboom’s top is neutral ground. Easiest way to test this is to jump and summon another Platboom when the one you’re riding has hit its height limit, see if that one goes any higher than one you’d get by summoning another Platboom by just standing at the height limit of the original. 8:10 I wish it could light distant torches! At least in the 2D dark area of the Holy Mount Lanaryu Temple, it certainly didn’t do that. 8:19 Braziers also work though you have to drag them. Also there’s one of these thick grate torch puzzles that can be done without Level 3 Tri’s ability to summon at distances, and it’s the one in the southern Faron Wetlands cave. Normally if you try to spawn an echo in front of a thick grate (as opposed to the normal metal jail bars) the echo won’t have room to appear and the spawn attempt fails. However that particular grate/cage has a little lip that Zelda can barely stand on (yet anything else you try to spawn onto that ledge will fall into the abyss). Summoning an Ignizol on the ledge gets it past the grate, after which you can lock on to the torch and light that one up. 8:50 You get a cutscene of this in the Gerudo dungeon when you come up to the Echo Link and deflect one of its arrows with it. This is why the spin radius increase from the Dancer’s Outfit is so handy even outside of Mango Rush (which you can also use Echoes for BTW, and not just objects) 9:14 You don’t need to complete it, you just have to clear it by getting 60 of the 70 mangos as requested (getting all 70 earns you a Piece of Heart and is significantly easier once you have the Outfit as are all of the completion bonuses for that minigame). 9:18 …There’s entire cave/dungeon sections and even a minigame devoted to you knowing how to glide to get by efficiently. Anyhow, you want infinite glide duration (long as you don’t touch the ground), use the Goldfinch automaton. 11:08 You can move the Beamos around yourself without a second echo too with Bind, just that they get more height when spawned on another echo. Same goes for Octoroks. Only stationary echoes you absolutely have to use an object (oar as you later point out Pathblade) with is the Deku Baba family since you otherwise tug at their head which will eventually tear off if you try to force it (really handy for the two Blank-Slate challenges they’re in though plus the river rapids one. I think you can move the High-Teku Baba around with Bind safely, but I haven’t used that one much admittedly). 11:30 I wish I took more advantage of pulling away shields in this game. You only have to do it the one time in the Suthorn Ruins on a statue’s shield, but it didn’t occur to me that I could yank it out of Moblin’s or even Echo Link’s hand until after my second playthrough when I saw it in footage. Also you can bind Horses and move/reposition them. Helpful for getting the lost horse out (I used echoes; it wasn’t easy to get it to jump out even then) and for holding Zelda’s own horse still when trying to learn the carrot echo if you’re having trouble with that. 11:55 The Holmill hole also applies to pits and normal grounded enemies in general (read normal. This doesn’t work on Echo Link in the Gerudo dungeon or if it does, he takes minor damage like the Shadow Links of ALBW and TFH when they fall off ledges). Very helpful for three of the four Blank-Slate battles (for the Spear Moblin, Gibdos, and Freezards) and practically required to clear them for both rewards each challenge offers.
1:05 You can just lie in a bed and continually gain hearts until you're full. It just takes longer than if you get up and lie down again. I kind of hope Nintendo comes up with some kind of fix for that because making Zelda do sit-ups to regain health is silly!
You can slowly fight against underwater currents and swim through them by spinning, but watch out for your oxygen levels. Really it's just better to solve the puzzle and bind yourself to something that will allow you to move through the current
The trampoline place and jump thing is better performed with floor tiles, which can get you up to high places through the same method more easily, as they don't fall. (Or you can also just ride on one horizontally for fun)
Great Rupee Farming Tip: Go to Hyrule Field and fight hoards of enemies with multiple crows. They’ll knock out 5-10 rupees on first hit and if you’re killing Zol’s and Ropes, it will kill them in one shot. While you’re doing this, spin through the bushes and you’ll gather 50-100 rupees in a matter of a few minutes depending on how many enemies in the area that you kill.
You didn't know about gliding with most flying echoes until much later? I'm pretty sure the game teaches you about that almost immediately after you learn the Keese echo.
I didn't know either and watching this after completing the main story is painful. The lava dungeon was incredibly hard as it involved a lot of windcannons on the ground between the lava and I had no idea how to surpass it, then I discovered the minitalus were a great to platform in the lava but the gliding echoes would've made it much easier ngl
Theres another weird wcho use. If u are on a platform, spawn a zol. Bind to the zol from a good distance. Walk off the edge of a platform making sure the zol is still on or above the platform. You can literally dangle below a platform and control where the zol moves above you. I havent really found a use for it yet lol.
I didn't know you could glide with flying enemies till the point of no return when i went back to complete all the sidequests and get all heart pieces.
The bed thing is not true, you get hearts every 3-5 seconds. You don’t have to get up and down
Also it is a pretty well known fact tbh
True but it’s faster
I suppose they weren't patient enough to wait in the bed for more than 3 seconds. But yeah up and down method is faster.
Yeah but it’s MUCH faster
It's even faster to just drink a damn tonic. I always seemed to have WAY too many ingredients like the grapes to make health related tonics.
You can heal if you stand long enough in the hot springs ponds, Zelda will close her eyes and enjoy relaxing hot water and get hers lost harts filled up.
Duh lol... thkse hot springs have existed for a while lol... as soon as I saw a steamy one, I instantly knew what it was for
if you stand in it long enough, tri will also close their eyes and lay atop zelda! :)
nobody ever talks about how you can use the water block along walls. The water will stick to the wall, so if previous blocks de-spawn, you can still keep going along the wall

guess i was wrong about that but i think its still faster to get up and re rest
@@Copycat_YT yes it’s faster that way, that‘s true.
@@Copycat_YT If you have on the silk pajamas it's speeds it up a lot.

deploy a bunch of crows and walk around the map to make passive income
Hot springs (green looking water) and beds will auto fill hearts over time while being used. No up downs or in outs required
9:42 , The automaton Of A golden crow can can fly waaay longer than all of the other flyiong creatures

I love these new Zelda videos 😊
same!
You know it’s going to be a fire when it says copy cat!! Hopefully he dodges the allegations in 2028

It does stack while sleeping (gaining hearts), just takes 3 seconds between each

8:34 Poor Wolfos.
I can't swim! *GLUG* dies
You get hearts right after laying down in the bed, but if you stay in bed, your hearts will eventually fill all the way.
correct, classic example of a "creator"who doesnt play the game for more then 5 min , still feels the need to make a vid about it hahahahahahah
Hey, I like the thumbnail.
Zeldas bed heals even more hearts per tick... also if you get the silk pajamas from the gerudo town armory, it makes the ticks happen a lottle faster
I've been just drowning mobs in most small enemy groups...

One note about gliding-the bird automaton doesn’t tire out like the echoes do
The wind canon can push you without the table. Just walk in front of it as you bind it.
You actually can continuously restore health in a bed if you wait long enough.

I 100% ran the game and did a 2nd playthrough it helped me get the accessory ability from the great fairy up to 5 super quick.
making animals go where you want them to go using food is something that people have been doing since long before the internet and memes.
Yeah, what the hell? Bro thinks someone just made up the concept of food-motivated transit for laughs.
You literally gain hearts every few seconds you lay in bed....it is slightly faster getting up and down though.
Bruh.. the bed thing is common knowledge at this point
If u use the pajamas the restore goes faster too
@@adaclark9440 thats something I havent heard!! Very cool ty!!

23 changes everything. Passing wind, oh boy!
you can use the wind cannon to fly with help of the right echo ;)
I didn't know you could glide with flying enemies till the point of no return when i went back to complete all the sidequests and get all heart pieces.
You can bed, stay and get full health
You don't need to bind to the bed
You missed the goldfinch (from Dampe) for the gliding one. It has Infinite gliding time
The golden cruise automaton can also glide, it also has unlimited glide time.
We're still talking about Echoes of Wisdom, good that this game still has staying power, then.
Nah last video for now, think I’ve said everything I needed to, Jamboree this next friday
How do you get the water block?
Is the Amp just a different name for the Spark? In my game it is called a Spark.
what if I told you that you can learn most of these by simply reading the entry for the echo?
Doesnt count as a glitch?!? Dude. THAT caused the world record to be like 30 mins... its 100% a glitch
He meant it's a bonus glitch, not included the count. He also admits he didn't explain how to do it
water block is favourite
6:44
Due to the frame rate drops during open world play
Combos like the trampoline sequence become hard
Its not because u suck😂😂

😅
does it have spoilers?
It has some while explaining a glitch at the very end of the video
