- Live from Davos, the setting of the 2019 World Economic Forum, #UChicago's panelists Satya Nadella, Raghuram G. Rajan, David M. Rubenstein, Xin Shynn Zhang and Robert Zimmer delve into managing complex organizations in changing times, innovation and execution in a rapidly shifting landscape, how they support their organizations’ enduring values, and what it takes to be a leader in the 21st century.

Rubenstein , you beauty. You missed a career in stand up my man. That was your true calling.
David Rubenstein is by far the best host any seminar can ever have.
Witty. Smart. Curiosity driven. Mutually respectful. - This was a beautiful discussion to watch.
One of the best talks I ever watched. Such distinguished talent, experiences, and humor on one stage. Thank you, U Chicago for making it public.
David Rubenstein - one of the best interviewers on the planet
This talk made me excited about Booth. Did not know so much about #uchicago. Mr. Rubenstien is an amazing moderator.

00:00 - Bob Zimmer, Pres. U o CHI
0038 - I'll say a few words about what's happened and happening at the UoChi . I'm not going to do that right now so that we can go right into this discussion . But I'm now going to sit down and ask Manav Rajan.
07:50 - So we have an amazing set of panelists who are going to discuss how do you manage complex organizations in changing times ? How do you innovate and execute in a landscape that keeps changing ? And how do you support your organization's enduring values ?
08:14 -
48:16 - David Booth is in the audience.
The best part is "I'm Jewish I'm never always happy"🤣🤣

In my personal view on Raghuram Rajan Oneday he will become a Nobel prize Personality
He was well on his way to screw up Indian economy before he was asked to leave by PM Modi.
Nobel Prize?
Who cares?

Wish the discussion was more about "leading change" as the title of the video also entails. I expected a deep and insightful talk, especially from a panel with such luminaries. Hopefully in the future, we could either change the topic that depicts accurately what the video eventually ends up covering, or just have the moderator do his homework and stick to the provided topic. Fun enough though!
Thanks for your feedback, Puneet. Do you have a suggestion for what we should title the video?
Good question, actually I'd say no I don't have any clue what could be the title. The moderator got the discussion confine really to each of panelists' area of work, putting some cheeky humour along the way. Let's just say you guys have it like "UChicago Davos 2019 - a discussion with Santya Nadela, Raghuram Rajan, Zhang Xin & David Rubenstein" eliminating "leading change" from the title. It helps that the banner at the back of the panelists doesn't contain any title. But again, Booth's dean did mention in his opening remarks the discussion's gonna be about leading change, and the description of the video also has it. Sorry, no easy answers here. @@UChicago

You’ve gathered a strong panel, the Dean promises brief remarks but then prattles on about the accomplishments of the Booth at a level that is misjudged for the ultimate market. That fabulous panel and the Dean talking about recruiting. Hmmm. Seems a misjudgment of how to respect that panel. Lose the commercial and move to such a panel earlier.
