One of the stupidest, most idiotic things ever dobe to the network. Why? The operators didn't compete with each other and the system was designed to operate together. Just a totally stupid move

The city stations were split between the operators too. Flinders Street, Spencer Street and (I believe) Richmond were run by Hillside/Connex, while Bayside/M>Train was responsible for the City Loop stations.
