I really enjoyed this because I needed it. I struggle so much with productivity after work. I’m so darn tired from commuting and working that sometimes it’s hard to get the simplest things done. Your videos always come at the right time!
I love the “protect your peak” , managing your energy and not just your time, and breaking down your days into different energy levels And I can still see myself using these methods working in the er, creating content, mom/wife life
Loved the tip about kind of knowing what days to go hard and what days to pull back a bit, and building a schedule around that! So useful and I haven't heard it explained that way before.
Thanks for the great advice Janet ! Saying NO is so important. One of my intentions for this year is for every time I say “YES” to something I have to say “NO” to two other events, invitations, etc. Sounds intense but it’s working for me so far 😂 I just don’t want to get overwhelmed yeesh 2023 was a LOT 🤣
Love when you talked about learning and protecting our peak. I know I'm more productive in the morning and after having 8 hours of sleep. Although I use a great task management tool, Hive. It wouldn't matter having a tool or not and not knowing myself. Thanks for sharing this!
You have always been my favorite TH-camr! Love your content! I have been struggling with my productivity and burn out. One day I would give it 100% and other days I would give it 10% and feel a little burnt out from the day before. This is great to remain having a balance and get more things done while not feeling burnt out. Would love to know how do you structure your weekends to ensure a product week ahead? How much are you resting on the weekend vs. being productive as a ratio.
Saying No was so hard for me . When I build up the courage to say no. I got some enemies along the way. But as time went by, I felt much better, and I knew in my heart that I've made the right decision to say no when I have to.
I had to pause midway and comment! You bring so much value without selling us anything and I really appreciate you! This is super applicable in my life; I'm a teacher as well and I never really structured my classes nor my life like this except for Fridays 😅 but how you break it down will make it soooo much more better for me! THANK YOU JANET :) I love your videos
Sis WHAT? Are you reading my mind then making videos lmaooo sometimes I feel like you're posting videos like "let me read my communities mind and see what they need, today." lmaoooooo I genuinely love your videos omg, stay blessed girl!
hi friends 🤍 this was so fun to create! Thanks for supporting & I hope you have a great week 🫧

I’m so happy this was helpful!! Don’t be hard on yourself! I’m sure you’re doing an amazing job 🤍
It will help me to remember that I can’t give 100% every day. I like the idea of planning my days for maximum, moderate, and minimum productivity!

I love that you said, "productivity has to with our mind and not so much as our time".
