You can mine Coal with wooden picaxe
😊😊@@nguyenthihuyen7673
Bro it will not work in pocket edition

I think he is an idiot
I believe that's called duping. Small nitpick, I know
i guess he meant manually. so besides the initial set up, you never have to touch it again.
@@irietheace1199automatic kelp farm
@@carljohnson3348that’s what I use. The kelp grows, pistons break into a flowing water that fills a Minecraft which then runs around the furnaces to deposits it. It also has the added bonus of being 100% legit
With the new auto Crafter you can make a fully auto kelp farm
@@Playstation4game-f1i I agree I can get the crafter and do the same thing you said
Kelp farms need to be giant to be effective in actual big auto smelters duping carpet is cheap and compact however it is cheating
That was the first farm a made funny enough
@@CharlesManson-rh5uwThat may be but once you can do a big farm it’s a lot of help. Since you also have much more ore to smelt

I use lava for everything so easy to set up a auto fueling lava bucket filler device and have infinite lava source nearby.
It also cooks it the fastest
I don’t like using duping bugs🐛
No one is making a carpet duper when a lava cauldron farm could do better
And overall is less noisy then a piston constantly going off
I never even knew that lava and cauldron mechanic, would be great if I ever play buildcraft on which ever version this mechanic was added (for some reason I remember needing lava for some industrial related mod)
@@JordanPlayz158 the mechanic was added in 1.17 in caves in cliffs part 1. to get it to work you get lava, a solid block, drip stone and a cauldron
@@tlachers oh, if only it was introduced sooner but I guess I can see if 1.17+/modern day Tekkit exists
Lava sucks as a fuel because you waste so much because you very rarely are gonna use the whole 100 items per bucket, and you have to deal with collecting the buckets again and refueling them manually.
The best farm is full auto kelp because it requires zero player interaction and is the most energy dense in that class.

Carpet may be the best fuel source in Java but in Badrock were stuck with lava because carpet and wool can to be used in furnaces.
Yet a stack of coal blocks is better than lava yet personally I like lava the best
But you do hear a fucking piston 24/7 in your base
Coal is better.
You could just make a system that detects when there's no fuel in the furnace and it'll only turn on when the furnace is empty
Or how about kelp is better and lava is better then coal
@@Moreno6000 lava is better

If I hear, “it doesn’t even come close”, one more time… 😂😂
I'm an aggressive advocate for kelp as the best fuel source lol
What are the chances, I also love kelp aggressively. It started out as a practicality, but at this point the main reason I play the game is to innovate the kelp industry.
Kelp is a really undervalued fuel source
Kelp is the best. It is a way of life. I would build a kelp factory right now if I did not already have one.
i like kelp...farming it is just...satisfying

You can mine coal with a wooden pickaxe
Gold also
Yea but it’s painfully slow, mining it with stone is somewhat tolerable.
@mashhud3290 it could be done though. That's the point.
Liking this comment so everybody sees it >:D
Kelp. Made a skeleton farm that auto harvests the bows and uses those as fuel for a kelp farm. A timer allows 2 smokers to cook them all and allow the armor to pass through. Infinite kelp if you stay near
Getting lava from nether or lava farm is by far the best
Yh
Agree. no noise, not a glitch
That’s what I use. I go 6x6 so cauldrons and I have my furnaces above.
I thought he was gonna say the kelp block. 😅
Cries in bedrock*
Just make a lava farm. Its the next best thing🔥
Make a 0 tick kelp farm. Best thing for fuel and bone meal
Cauldrons in bedrock op
@@TheSuperGrieferlava farm still is better tho because u get lots of bone meal in the future anyways when u have crop farms

When your carpet is burning, best see a gynecologist.
I didn’t even know u could smelt carpet 💀
Not in bedrock
Only in Java
Bamboo and kelp: Are we a joke to you?
Dried kelp blocks are arguably better since they can now also be farmed fully automatically in 1.21, and doesn't rely on a bug 😄
you can use a string duplicator and auto crafter and infinite wool, wool burns longer than carpet
You forget this doesnt work in public servers because duping aint allowed, unfortunate
“It doesn’t have to be farmed.”
“Carpet can be infinitely farmed.”
I spot a contradiction
I have and it sucks.
Literally 5 stacks cobble took like 14 stacks of carpets to smelt.
Thats 2.8 carpets per 1 cobble.
And the hoppers aint that quick.
The best farm is dried kelp blocks, it fuels its own smelt process, cause 1 kelp block will smelt 20 items.
Just make a semi decent sized kelp farm
I wholeheartedly thought he was going to say dried kelp blocks.
You mentioned coal can be farmed too. Why not just hook that thing up to a furnace
You'd need to be in a nether fortress.
@@EGJMooringtoncan’t the new functions of minecarts with nether portals automate this now? Or am I misremembering something
@@ucouldtell3326 You wouldn't really even need the new functionality to take the coal to the overworld, but you'd either need to AFK in the nether for a little while before going back to the overworld or two players, one in the nether and the other in the overworld. Even then, you couldn't build this anywhere in the overworld, because the coordinates should match with the respective nether coordinates of a nether fortress.
If you want a truly automatic furnace, you'd probably want to use either bamboo or dried kelp, but I personally use lava farms.
@@EGJMoorington ah ok that makes sense, I’ve never really been the best technical player, so I appreciate the response
You need a nether fortress so it's a geography issue. Your base would have to be built near one to have the chunks loaded.
The most efficient farm I had was a dry kelp block farm grab kelp from my lake I made in my world and smelt that kelp in dry kelp then dry kelp into kelp blocks it's pretty effective since the kelp regrows so fast and it's kelp blocks not just leaves smelting.
Yhea but it's slow and the setup is kinda expensive so I'm sticking to lava or coal
laughs in modded furnace that uses the power of the sun to work xD
As bedrock player, I can be honest to say "What is carpet duplicator?"
It's a thing for java. Never played the version myself, but seen many videos about tent and carpet duping. Does not work for Bedrock edition. But hey, bedrock players have perks too.
It's ear rape
Xp farm which uses kelp which means you can get all the dried kelp blocks in existence which means lots of levels and lots of fuel and lots and lots of kelp
I have more kelp than I will ever use, and I still keep the kelp factories running. This is business.
"This fuel does not need to be farmed"
Literally 5 seconds later
"Carpet can be infinitely farmed"
It's also a glitch sooo it shouldn't count in "best" besides lava is easily better anyways
Years ago when we started Minecraft mojang on our phone we used to make a cooking farm, so what it does is we put down a spawner with mob(cow, chicken or pig) and we put multiple layers of nether block/rock with fire around the spawner so when they spawned, the fire around it would cook them and eventually dropping cooked meat instantly. We didn't need to cook any meat anymore.
Dried kelp:
Coal block:
Just use a lava farm to fulfill a supersmelter. The second option Is the blaze rod 😂
Carpet is alright, but kelp is really the best option. For each stroke of the machine, the kelp maker makes 6.6 times as much fuel. It has to be dried, but that can be done with kelp as well, and you will still be left with 3.6 times as much fuel per stroke of the machine. With the auto-crafter, the whole procedure can be fully automated now, which is nice.
Kelp works well enough that I now have so much kelp that I am reasonably certain that I will never need to turn on the kelp machine again, yet I keep that thing running because once you enter the kelp life, you never leave it.
Dried kelp left the chat😂
coal can be farmed fully automatically by dogs in a wither skeleton farm, and if you craft it into coal blocks it gives you way more burn time than a carpet
plus it doesnt destroy your eardrums, it doesnt abuse glitches and it will even work on paper servers
The only problem with that farm is that if you want it completely hands free(bedrock edition trident killer guy speaking), your base needs to be located at the fortress or on the over-world side(need two players to load both dimensions.
So it is mainly a geography issue for me.
@@jochem420I made a 256 furance array on a survival server a few years back powered entirely by carper dupers. Lag is horrible personally don't care about the noise you just move that shit far enough away anyways. It works but from my experience I play the game doing alot of big Redstone builds and anything that isn't lag friendly doesn't end up working long term and is either abandoned or I have to rework it down the line.
You Do Realize That All You Really Need To Mine Coal Is Just A Wooden Pickaxe
I actually end up using Bamboo farms to smelt materials. If you have a moderately sized bamboo farm, it can make for good infinite fuel
Yeah few years back made a 256 furnace array powered completely from carpet dupers. Safe to say the lag in that area was disastrous lol
ngl im kinda glad bedrock forces me to make a lava farm instead of that garbage
i made a lava smelter before. the amount of skills it take to not burn ya buckets is wild when ya span like a mg42
This isnt Nikimii valorant tips and tricks, dayum
To be fair, it's location dependent. Whatever is the most plentiful wherever you are.
Java Player : 😊
Bedrock Player : ☠️
The expectation" lava obviously😪
The video“ carpet 😳
I haven't finished the entire thing but I'm guessing right now that it's dried kelp blocks
I have 128 furnaces in my supersmelter, which uses automatically farmed bamboo as fuel. It also crafts bamboo to bamboo blocks.
Blaze rod: hold my beer
How has Minecraft evolved to this 😂 when I played the cobble stone generator and hidden red stone doors were about the best we had 😂
A) this is Java only
B) coal can actually be mined with a wooden pickaxe on BE, though it takes a long time.
Wood: well done you forgot about me
This video is the definition of trying to get 500 words on your essay when your only at 400
I Remember ten years ago i found out that lava could cool a hundreds chicken and almost never run out of fuel. It could also be used to easily light a house for a long time too.
This is a solid method but the kelp block is actually a much better farmable fuel. It's second to lava in smelt duration. Can be auto crafted by the crafter. Finally, it can be used as fuel to make the dried kelp to craft it and make more of it.
"SHE TWISTED MY BAWLS AND MY DECKKK"
Coal: I’m the best
Charcoal: no I am
The lava bucket: are u sure about that
Carpet: hey guys whatcha doin
Personally have found great success with a bamboo farm that feeds a crafter to make bamboo blocks to feed my compact super smelters
Actually I have made an automatic bamboo farm that would automatically collect into a chest so technically you could hook it up to a furnace and that would be a Unlimited source of fuel
My favorite part is when he finally explains WHY carpet is supposedly the best fuel source
The actual answer is bamboo/kelp.
Bamboo can be farmed automatically without cheating like this carpet duper. And Kelp can be Smelted an with 9 make a kelp block that smelts 20 items. Though it has to be crafted, you can do it through a crafter and it become infinitely farmable.
Those Glitches like these are destroying the fun of the game
Mrbeast teaching Minecraft fuel sources??!
Fun facts instead of carpets in bedrock edition golden nugget is the fuel source
My glass farm in the end is beyond dope, except for the sound of it.
Man, I remember this when I used to play, and also the infinite rails.
Coal only needs a wooden pickaxe to mine
In Bedrock, kelp farms with auto crafters work like soda fountains in the real world.
Turn around and lean back. Stick your head in the soda fountain. Open your mouth. Get energy.
I had no idea you could use carpets for that lol
This is why I use the create mod. You use the dripstone tech into cauldrons that have piping that drains into a fluid dispenser. That dispenser will drop lava into buckets that are placed by a mechanical arm on a conveyor belt that leads to another arm which fuels blaze burners that are underneath my steam boiler, creating massive steam power and making it an infinite source
Bro could’ve saved us 50 seconds by saying carpet
Definitely going to try it out on my Nintendo Switch soon
I just use a medium sized kelp farm with the new auto crafters. Replace the sand and kelp once every now and then but it constantly keeps a double chest full of dried kelp blocks
Erm coal can be mined with a wood pick
Also it can be mined with everything it just won’t drop
:doesn't have to be farmed
:can be infinitely farmed
“This item doesn’t have to be farmed at all” three seconds later “Using this farm to get infinite carpet”
There needs to be a permanent shift in the Minecraft community, what I mean is people need to start identifying WHICH Minecraft they're talking about. There's a lot of heart broken Bedrock players watching videos like this and it sucks that it's so difficult to differentiate which version the video is using.
The best legitimate source of fuel is bamboo. With the new auto crafter, you can compress bamboo into logs and planks and use those as fuel. With an automatic bamboo farm hooked up to a furnace, the fuel will always be endless and plentiful.
“Needs only a stone pickaxe to mine it”
Wooden pickaxe has left the chat
I have a video on my channel from two years ago that I show how to build this automatic farm much easier
You can also build very simple infinite string farm the craft everything into wool and than carpet and you don't need redstone at all just building blocks 2 water sources 2 strings 2 tripwire hooks
Coal blocks are the #1 fuel but if you want infinite fuel then use dried kelp blocks.
technically it's wood. easy to find, you can make charcoal, you can find a furnace in a village, and there are lots of different types of wood.
Kelp lasts longer, is renewable without a glitch, and with the addition of auto crafters can be fully automated now.
Charcoal is literally identical to coal, and can be automatically farmed, a lot faster than lava, but if you want the best fuel source, kelp blocks.
The carpet method doesnt work on bedrock btw.
I have a very efficient wither skeleton farm so coal blocks work and save my ears but before I had that I used a carpet duper and it did work well
I usually use lava bucket cuz nether portal can easily get in nether while travelling and it dont need any machine
What about dried kelp blocks? You could just make a kelp farm that smelt kelp for XP and then you could turn that dried kelp into dried kelp blocks and then you can hook up those dried kelp blocks into the furnaces so that they’re just melting more kelp for you. And in the end, your left with tons and tons of XP by itself and you can also just collect all of the dried kelp blocks.
I’m a bedrock person
No joke, I actually said the second this short started said, the best fuel is either kelp blocks, lava, or technically carpet because of said machine. Really shows I've been a minecrafter for to long
"coal needs only wood pickaxe" -minecraftlogic-
Okay a Block of Coal can burn longer than a bucket of lava. And a dripstone lava source doesn't even produce lava fast enough, the lava buckets already burnt out. But you can make an inf coal farm with a wither skeleton farm, among other things. And with the auto crafter, you can craft them into coal blocks.
