What is a chunk loader please ?
@@ddech512 certain chunks will only load certain types of things, entity-processing chunks are reserved only for those closest to the player and spawn point. If you want them ELSE WHERE, such as far out overworld or in other dimensions, than you have to use a chunk loader. You can look up designs on TH-cam but make sure they work with the current version.
this was so much more straight forward and simple than any other farms i have ever seen in minecraft. They are ACTUALLY simple enough for starter games

hot tip, with the chicken farm (or any farm that involves entity cramming) you can change the max amount of entities in one block by changing the setting in the game rule section when you're creating a new world

A bedrock Iron farm requires 20 villagers with a station.

Search up education edition iron farm and it should be the same as a bedrock farm
Hey chapman, I'm coming back to ya. Hope you're well! This is a question in relation to the crop farm specifically. From the time I built it, the crop farm I made was your design with the hopper minecart (the upgraded version)
it hasnt happened to me often, but I'd say a few times in total now, I've come to the farm to find that the hopper minecart itself has popped up out of the hopper between the 2 villagers, and is in the crop square itself. This has made the whole system stop working and I even found the 2 trying to breed earlier today when this happened again. I'm wondering if theres a way to make sure that the hopper minecart will not pop out of the side without a trapdoor on it and into the crop field?
I have tried putting another trap door down to lock the minecart in place on all sides, but the farmer then jumps on top of it and its just a mess lol. I might try a torch maybe, something they can walk through that will still "lock" that block so that the minecart cannot pop out. Do you have any suggestions?

The iron farm was my first ever farm and it works decently and is super easy to build! A gollum spawned on top of one of the four blocks at the top so I added a dirt block to each of the four and flattened it and it’s been working really well

if you have the villager crop farm, can you trade with the villager? or does that screw up the farm?
What do the glass panes and lava do for the iron farm? How can you improve it
For the first two if you use a Jack o'Lantern(or a Glowstone, powered Redstone Lamp, Sea Lantern, Shroomlight, Froglight or Beacon, but you're a lot less likely to have any of those early game) as the solid block above the Composter you don't need the Torches.

Well, breaking the beds didn’t work either. I now have 4 adults, but it’s nice to get this far.

Hi! Hope you are doing good! I built the iron farm and was working fine! Then they stopped spawning iron golems. I searched underground to make sure there were no caves. I ended up killing the villagers and placing new ones and that worked for a couple of minutes and stop spawning again. Any idea what I could do to fix it? I’m thinking on making it higher in the ground just because it’s close by to the crop farm and villager breeder, and I’m not sure if that messes with the iron golems. It’s weird that it works and the stops working. Hope to get a reply , thanks for the videos definitely subscribed!
I was able to fix the iron golem farm. Villagers need to be able to sleep in order for them to keep spawning if not it won’t work!

Crop farm didn’t work for me
You may want to replace the lava with a piece of carpet, and use a Johnny Vindicator to yeet the chickens if you want raw chicken later on. Much more useful for emerald trades later on.

My hopper isn’t feeding into my dispenser while redstone is going anyone else had this issue?
I just built it today and the same happened to me, I had a block over the last block with redstone. I removed said block and it started to work @@bradders0228
@@bradders0228either you've built something wrong, or you're on Bedrock where dispensers will incorrectly pass redstone signal through to adjacent blocks.
Iron Golem was on top of the chest at one point. And Even after killing it, the system is now broke. Don't know why but the Iron Golem does not respawn anymore.
I think the water that makes them "afraid" actually prevent them from sleeping. And then the spawn stops.
What resource pack do u use?
Im having issues with the chicken farm the it is all set up and facing the right way, I fillowed it set by step but the dispenser is shooting the stuff out the side instead if onto the slab.

So should the crop farm and breeder farm be separate farms or can they be built together?
And on that note, If the crop farm needs the hopper mine-cart system to keep going indefinitely, would the breeding farm also eventually stop working when the one villagers full of crops?

Separate or they’ll be really slow together. It’d work but definitely just worth building separate. And the breeder won’t stop working as long as there’s beds and they consume food when breeding
I use a comparator in the chicken farm to detect when an egg gets laid.

@Chapman_Farms For the crop farm how do you stop the farmer from composting the crops and get them to share it with the other villager?
Replace the solid block above the composter with a jack-o'-lantern and place trapdoors on the lower half of all four sides of it, as well as in the corners between those trapdoors to prevent the farmer from actually reaching the composter.
Do you need Silk Touch on the pick ax for the Stone Farm?
You will need a Silk Touch pickaxe if you just want to get stone since a normal pickaxe will only give you cobblestones. Though cobblestone can be turned back into stone using a furnace

Can't you combine the first 2 farms? The mine cart hopper on one end and the bed and hole on the other end?
Yes and no. You would still need two villagers in the farm area, as the villager outside the farm area cannot breed with the one inside it, which means you will not get anywhere near as many crops being thrown to the outside villager. It is much more efficient to do those separately. (Like orders of magnitude more efficient, not just a tiny increase.)
For the iron farm ... wouldn’t the zombie design in the boat?
dunno if i did something wrong but my chicken farm insetad of the eggs spawning on the slab it just auto gets absorbed by the other hopper

love iron farm well love all the farms u did. But make iron farm fast if u can make it to the nether and get nether wood make gates u can use lava in center of the killing area sence nether wood doesnt burn. Just faster way after u build it. but excellent farms use them all time
All you gotta do is get 3 signs, signs don't burn. I think o covered it at the end

No, the fences are just there to keep the villagers in place. Double check your beds to make sure you have two full air blocks above the beds, otherwise they won't produce babies. There needs to be room that the baby villagers would be able to jump up and down on the beds for it to count as a valid bed for a baby villager.

Does the crop farm work on 1.19.2?
I’ve trief the chicken farm but the dispenser it putting the eggs directly into the chest, not throwing them under the lava so that chicks can hatch
Did the chicken farm on switch, but only issue was obviously the chicks were in the right place and there’s a lot of them but when they grow up and end up getting cooked I only get like 1 cooked chicken and 1 feather out of like 10 chicks! Did I do something wrong? I mean it clearly works just hella confused as to why I’m only getting literally 1 piece where there’s a lot of chickens underneath the lava.

Their inventory will fill up with seeds, poisonous potatoes, so it will work, for a while, then eventually it will stop. Carrots are the best because, it's both the material that gets planted & traded!
I am having problems with the chicken one the dispenser isn't working properly even though the face is facing the slab the eggs drop outside even after I block 2 other sides it drops on the red stone side now.

can you show us how to extract the villagers from the breeder pls ?
If you don't want to set up a minecart system, make a room somewhere near your collection area, and block it off either with an iron door or just blocks that you can break and replace. Put a workstation (composter is the easiest) in that room, and when you want a villager, open up the room, and let one of them pathfind out to the workstation. Close the room back up, and keep moving the workstation to lure your villager away. Once you're up on surface level, use a boat to get him where you want him faster.

Im trying to make the villager breeder and i can't get one of the villagers in the hole. They have both somehow linked to the composter and they both refuse to go to the beds or get pushed into the hole. what do i do then?
if they are both farmers you may have traded with one, once you trade with a villager it cant change its profession

You don't want either of the adult villagers to go into the hole; that is there to collect your baby villagers, not the adults. The adult villagers will never reach the area with the beds, they're not supposed to.
Hey, how can I "upgrade" the Iron Farm?

This chicken farm design is lossy. You will lose some of the drops from the chickens on occasion, and you will still occasionally get uncooked chicken come through. The double burnout torch is clever, though not entirely needed, as chickens just don't lay eggs that quickly, even with 24 of them in the cage.
Hi, I've been stuck on the crop farm for a couple hours. I've followed the instructions 3 times, and each time the farmer will go to trade but then just stare at the villager instead of throwing the wheat. The trap doors are correct, the minecart is pushed in all the way and with the rail removed, the slab at the top is in the right place.... I'm at a loss. Any idea what could be happening?
How on earth did you get the rail out from under cart? Won’t let me without breaking cart
But to answer your question if you read into it they don’t trade wheat to each other often only carrots potato and beetrroot

I know this is 2 months old but the 2 on here I've tried fail so far.
The chicken coop, eggs do not go into hopper, they stay on top of it. (weird i thought too...)
Second is the crop farm. I've left it for days and only got like 6-7 carrots.
Anyone else experience issues with any of these 2 and know if its just patched? I did the minecart crop farm version the original wasn't getting anything at all.

For anyone having trouble getting the villagers to throw crops over the hopper, watch his other video (TOP 3 day one farms) for a better design that he decided not to use on this one.
Does the villager breeder farm work on bedrock?
My chicken farm is not collecting the eggs and when it does it does not send them to the dispenser to be shot. I can manually grab the eggs by jumping close to it and then put in dispenser to be shot, but this sort of defeats the purpose, no?
If you're on Bedrock, this design might not work properly because of how the redstone is wired. Dispensers in Bedrock will incorrectly pass redstone through them to adjacent blocks, meaning it is also rapidly locking the hopper. Get rid of the second redstone torch, block above it, and piece of redstone. The redstone torch will burnout, and give the hopper time to collect eggs while it is on cool down before shooting anything from the dispenser again.
where do i find this texture
i noticed some iron doesnt get caught by the hoppers and lands on top of the chest. Any fix to this?

For the iron farm, I was having problems with the villagers escaping the beds until I realized I had accidentally made a path out of the block they were supposed to be standing on.

How many of these work on Bedrock for Nintendo Switch?
All but the iron farm ought to work in Bedrock. Iron farms in Bedrock are a more involved sort of thing.
Villager breeding is also much pickier on Bedrock. You will need to move your baby villagers WAY far away from the beds, as they will maintain the link with them regardless of whether they can pathfind to them. Minimum of around 120 blocks, IIRC, but double check the wiki for exact numbers. You can use a bunch of water streams in the collection area to get the baby villagers away from the breeder.

Villager breeder not working for me. The farmer doesn't even farm the crop and they just sit at the trap door trying to get to the beds and don't move. Tried replacing the beds and still nothing.
Idk what im doing pretty sure i followed everything but the crop farm is slow asf idk if it matters that im using wheat and the iron farm spawned 1 golem and now nothing
Another poster with a similar problem found his villagers weren't able to go to sleep in the bed at night. No sleep...no golem spawning.
