    Walking every day is how I got back in shape after I battled with cancer at 21. I'm now pregnant with my first child and I do indoor walk in place workouts with various videos. It's amazing . walk , your body walks

    I just started doing everything brisk walks. Walking for at least 20 mins every evening from 7pm. I want to be consistent with this as the goal is to be healthy !! walk , your body walks
