Juisir does not even offer a warranty in US!! they mention that they are working to provide 1 year warranty for US. Paying $400+ for a new company with such a low warranty would be a big gamble in my opinion
We are so excited to tell you that we have developed strategic partnership with Froothie International, Optimum’s global partner and a leading brand in the sale of health and wellness products will be distributing and servicing two years warranty for JUISIR customers in Europe (excluding Russia), UK, Australia, New Zealand, United States and Latin America.
$400??? zero warranty??? 😱😱😱. They either knocked this one out of the pack or a damn shame of a scheme will shortly unravel. For that price, I want my 10 year warranty!
we have developed strategic partnership with Froothie International, Optimum’s global partner and a leading brand in the sale of health and wellness products will be distributing and servicing two years warranty for JUISIR customers in Europe (excluding Russia), UK, Australia, New Zealand, United States and Latin America. one year warranty for the rest of the regions. :)
The inner bags of both single-use and multiple-use juicing bags are made from 100% natural cotton, which is biodegradable and renewable. Cotton, especially 100% cotton can biodegrade within as little as a week to average 5 months. The outside sections of the bags are recyclable too. We are finding professional bodies for recovery of the outer bags worldwide. Of course, we won’t stop here. JUISIR is searching for a better solution to the environment. We believe we will be able to introduce 100% biodegradable juicing bags in the near future.
1. Having to buy their bags to make juice... no thanks 2. Kickstarter ... no thanks .. they do nothing against people that does not deliver their promise and even allows them to delete their account so backers are left with nothing.
I don't get it, small juice quantity and you have a mess to throw away so its not very environmentally friendly. This might be a good idea in a commerical environment, such gas stations, etc, esp if they make pre-made juice bags.

Wow, I did not expect to see technology that would revolutionize my juicing and blending experiences! These new technologies would make me juice and blend much more often and make me healthier. The only concern I have now is that I don't want to invest in a juicer or blender that hasn't yet been reviewed in depth by John Kohler! I'll start saving, though. Vacuum seems like the future of health-minded blending and that Juisir seems like exactly what's needed to make casual juicers far more regular juicers. I have to admit that I find cleaning my juicer more tedious and time consuming than cleaning my cookware and dishes after a typical meal. I could get a machine that's a little easier to clean, but if I had a Juisir there is a good chance it would make me a daily juicer. Throw some chopped produce in the bag, stick it in the machine, drink, recycle (and cut out pulp for compost if available) or clean bag. I'm almost sold but I want to know how it handles leafy greens (since I'm unfamiliar with press juicers) and what John's evaluation and comparison results are. This may be the big investment in a high-end juicer from DiscountJuicers.com that I've been dreaming about for years.
IT's great that technology can birth new solutions for us, but for me, idk the time/energy you save on the clean goes into the bags. Will be interested to follow this product and see how it takes off!
Is there any vacuum blender with a glass jarr? Seems like all the blenders have plastic containers and yes they have no BPA, but something between BPB nd BPZ...
Great episode John! Juisir looks amazing! So excited about this technology. But my typical juice is 16 to 32 ounces daily, with lots of leafy greens, cucumber, ginger, celery, parsley, lemon... in your opinion is this the right juicer for that kind of use?
Depends. each juicer has their own set of pros and cons. Proper preparation of produce can take more time with this juicer and each cycle takes 90 seconds that will press about 8 ounces of juice. So 4 pressings (x 90 seconds each) is 3 minutes press time + loading/unloading.. I will have to test side-by-side complete juicing time, and quality.
it reminds me of the N Walker juicer, the juice alsohas the smooth, silky, no pulp quality, can you also use a milk bag ?? in nylon sort of materail and use it more than once or twice ??? and thank you for the show, highly interesting...
Absolutely. The company should come out with this option as well for the silicone multiuse bag. That being said, cleaning "press bags" is my LEAST favorite part about using a press style juicer
Vacuum Blender Update: Sano has no firm date their blender will be available. The Tribest Commercial Vacuum Blender is now available th-cam.com/video/mCch-ihVG8k/w-d-xo.html
J. Your so great! Glad you got to CES 2017! Amazing right! LoL! How did you not walk the whole thing-- oh dear... well, if you ever need a CES side Kick let me know! I'm Native to Vegas and have been showing and watching your blenders since the Jack LaLann! lol
Will not effectively juice whole carrots, carrots must be cut or ground up into smaller pieces. Juicer has built in safety so it will stop if you try to open the top.
Hi John! I would like a juicer that I am able to juice FRUITS & VEGGIES just like this one. Would you recommend this one for both fruits & veggies? Or another one? Thank you for your videos!
Depends. Each juicer has their own set of pros and cons. Some fruits can be put into the JUISIR with just cutting into pieces. I put whole peeled cactus fruits in there. Vegetables and leafy greens would need to be chopped, shredded or ground before putting into this juicer. This juicer is not yet available, so in the meantime, I might recommend a vertical auger juicer, which is good for juicing most things, that's what I currently use. Please check my other videos to learn about vertical juicers.
Would love to see a video using greens with the juisir. Since I usually add celery and/or cucumber to my green juices anyway, can you get a better yield using these high water produce added to the greens?
This episode was filmed at CES. I will not be able to do further testing until I get my machine in May/June. I would only recommend adding water rich vegetables when juicing greens in this machine.
The Jusir sounds amazing as I hate cleaning my juicer, just hate it, BUT on the kickstarter it says "Pledge 29 USD (RRP 39 USD) more for either 60 single-use juicing bags or one set of multiple-use bags (includes 1 silicone outer bag with 60 cotton filters) . 41 SGD = 29 USD" , which means one bag will be like 50 cents cotton or plastic. Since the Juisir only has limited space I need 1-3 bags per pressing, which is between 50 cents and 1,50 additional cost every time I juice. 1,5 a day, 10,50 week,... So if somebody would pay me 1,50 everytime I clean my juicer,.... or did I miss something here? How many times can the cotton bag be used and how easy, difficult is it to clean?
Here is an update to this video: Juisir is NO longer available at the introductory price that I shared in this video. I recommend waiting on purchasing until its fully released when I can fully show its pros and cons. While there are things I like about the Juisir, there are things I dont like and need to be improved. It is estimated to be available July or August 2017. Best way is to subscribe to this youtube channel. I will have a video as soon as I get my unit. May want to hold off buying a Juisir... They are being sued by Juicero for patent infringement. See www.pacermonitor.com/public/case/21084461/Juicero,_Inc_v_iTaste_Co_et_al
Too bad you get so little juice. With most other juicers (not presses) you can juice as long as you want. I also find the need to keep buying supplies for it a bad idea.
We have tired other popular slow juicer we found in the market, JUISIR has 10-15% more yield in general. but more importantly, you do not need to clean your JUISIR after juicing
How does it stack ageist the vsj? I'm set on juicers but good to see a lazy man version. Think the blender is more interesting though. lot of good stuff coming out on polyphenols :)
Each juicer has its own set of pros and cons. As soon as I get my Juisir I will do a head to head against the VSJ. I been accustomed to the one step process of putting the produce into the juicer and having it juice, vs preparing the produce and then juice in batches.
I'm on the way to the ATM to deposit funds to get in on the pre-sale. I love it & I do trust John Kohler if he says he think it's worth it, I'm there. With that being said 2 questions: what kind of warranty on the product & forecasted time of being available to the public? As far as it being only 8 oz of juice at a time, as a nurse & nutritionist, dang........those 8 oz will probably be the most potent 8oz you ever had in your whole life dude.
Hello, truly enjoyed this video and rushed over to the page so that I may purchase the Juisir. However, I want to make sure I understand what I am reading. The price for 399 is now all sold out and the lowest we can get it now is 499 is that correct?...Get a JUISIR machine, save 400 USD off (RRP 799 USD)! 713 SGD = 499 USD ....USD is the price we would be pledging is this correct. and when we say we are refereed by you we get an EXTRA silicone bag? Cause it says it already comes with one.
After the first 200 were sold, the price went up to $449. (USD). After this next round, it will go up to $499. When fully released the suggested retail will be $799, so buy now to save before the price goes up further. bit.ly/buyjuisir Prices listed are in Singapore $$ which is not the same as USD. This price is available worldwide including shipping!
depends on the day. Depends on what you consider "leafy greens"? Red cabbage? those are leafy to me. In general I try to juice 1 pound of leafy greens in my juice, which will make up about 8 ounces of the 32-64 ounces. When doing cabbage, its more.
DiscountJuicers.com well, lol, no I don't consider cabbage a leafy green.(but that's me) Is it unhealthy to consume more than 8oz of just leafy greens per day? lettuces, spinach, kale, chard ETC
so if you run out of bags or run out of cotton linings you can not make juice? how do you get more bags or cotton? you would have to order them weekly? Do stores sell the bags or cotton? That would be expensive to keep up with.. It's pointless if you don't have bags or cotton liners?
Nutrition will vary depending on the produce being juiced and the machine. Testing has showed me that certain slow juicers will make higher nutrition than a press. We plan on offering these. Some bags are reusable. Not sure the wattage.
Since CES the manufacturer has not been super responsive to me, so this is not too good. I would guess 2-3 months. By then, they will lose the "jump" on vacuum blenders and may not be the first to market, as there are a handful of others that will come out during this time frame. I will be testing them all to let you know the best ones
This juicer can only press about 8 ounces of juice at a time. This juicer CAN juice greens provided the greens are properly prepared (shredded, chopped or ground) before puting into the machine.
So even when using the silicon bag you have to replace the inner white bag after every use? How much would the replaced white bag cost? Thanks for the replys.
Hi john. Could you do a comparison between the omega vsj843 and this juusir. I'm thinking it may be really difficult for this machine to juice leafy greens and stuff like ginger, curious to find out
Provided they are properly prepared (chopped, shredded or ground), They should juice fine. That being said, if greens are the primary item you will juice, I would likely recommend a different style machine. Each style juicer has its own set of pros and cons.
Can't help. You missed the $400 price. Its currently only $49 more. And if you mention my code, you get a special bonus that is valued at $30. Order now before the price goes up more!
I haven't tested greens yet. Once I get my machine, I will :) Provided they are properly prepared (chopped, shredded or ground), They should juice fine. That being said, if greens are the primary item you will juice, I would likely recommend a different style machine. Each style juicer has its own set of pros and cons.
Each style of juicer has its own set of pros and cons. Please watch my video at th-cam.com/video/N0TO8CfD-GY/w-d-xo.html where I go over the pros and cons of ALL the different styles of juicers on the market, including the cold press style juicer (which is what a Juisir is)
Hi Addie, you may chop the carrot into a coin size pieces for maximum yield. JUISIR can squeeze the very last juice out from carrots. We have tried a full bag of carrots, and JUISIR made perfect carrot juice :)
Im sorry, this is a great idea, both because its no clean and its a press, but beyond that you have to dice everything and clearly what I have noticed in the juicing community is that cleaning is the number one destroyer of new juicing people and prep time for most is another....And the juicer then sits in a cupboard for the next couple of years ...I bought the Omega vertical masticating juicer and am juicing atleast twice a day and the prep and juice time is usually just under 10 minutes and the clean up time is about 2-3 minutes..I hope the people that invented this compression no clean juicer can get rid of the bags and find a way to cut out the major dicing...thank you..peace
Would you need to drink hydrogenated water on an empty stomach? Because food grade hydrogen peroxide diluted properly has to be drunk on an empty stomach or away from food.
This Juisir is similar to the Juicero that came out about two years ago. The problem with the Juicero is you have to continue to buy products (juice) from them which is very expensive for 8oz. A pack cost about $5- $8 dollars and it's not reusable. The Juicero will only recognized it's own juice bag so it will not juice anything without a bar code. That's why I don't like the juicero. This juisir is very similar to that except it seems to offer more freedom and leeway when it comes to juicing your own produce. For people who hates cleaning after juicing, this is a great idea. But for people like me, who doesn't mind cleaning, this would not be as beneficial compared to omega or other cold press juicer.
We have developed strategic partnership with Froothie International, Optimum’s global partner and a leading brand in the sale of health and wellness products will be distributing and servicing two years warranty for JUISIR customers in Europe (excluding Russia), UK, Australia, New Zealand, United States and Latin America.
DiscountJuicers.com have you noticed that you are warning about the bad quality of the optimum machines by Froothie but you are now promoting the Juisir which will be sold and distributed by Froothie/Optimum !! Also, is this machine false economy? how much does each bag cost? what is the capacity of each bag? if you reuse the bag you will have to clean it??
Froothie is a company that resells appliances. Some good.. Like their optimum blender that I am using, and some potentially not so good. They dont have a track record in the USA nor a full service center. So it will be interesting to see how all this plays out with them distributing the Juisir in the USA. Maybe there will be other companies also distributing in the USA? Each bag may be as low as 20 cents You can also use a standard re-usable press cloth that needs to be cleaned each time. Capacity of each bag holds enough produce to make 8 ounces of juice. If you reuse the cotton bag, right after you use it, no cleaning required.
DiscountJuicers.com 8 ounces is really not very much! Can this machine really compete with standard juicers for those people who are juicing regularly and in large quantity? Or in your opinion do you think it is more for those with a lot of money doing maybe just one small juice a day? Cutting everything, loading a bag, cutting some more, loading another bag etc. Surely it is quicker and less hassle to just use a standard juicer and clean it? Also, which Optimum blender are you using?
If you like the Juisir but are looking for a larger commercial cold press juicer or thinking of upscaling your juicing hobby to a business then look not further. BIO Commercial Cold Press Juicers are the ONLY UK Manufacturer making it easier for the UK juice producer to source commercial machines and consumables. Not only that we ship worldwide for free !! im not spending $$ on a product that they still have to work out the kinks! also, the other products he referred to as "they must have something to hide" is, my guess, not paying him to talk about their products.
John you are the King of the juicing world and I listened to a lot of your videos before choosing my Slowstar. Thanks to you I love the choice and use it every day. But this Hydrogen water generator thing is nothing but a money grab by Sano. Evaporating water releases the Hydrogen in the the water and cannot be concentrated in this manner. And breathing Hydrogen........lets all start breathing a flammable gas together. I feel you had to push this thing to get to do a video on the blender. Shame on Sano. I, like you, do not believe blending gives us all the nutrition that juicing gives us.......Juice on for life!!!!!! This of course is a personal opinion and observation concerning Sano, and you are truly dedicated to juicing. Thanks
Hydrogen Water technology is not really known in the USA. It has been used in Japan for a number of years, and the Japanese Know the benefits. I would encourage you to do some research on the topic, based on my research it can be quite beneficial. Of course, everyone is entitled to their opinions. Here is a journal published study showing the antioxidant effect of Hydrogen rich water: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28098768 I will have another episode soon going more details into hydrogen rich water.
Hi John, I am a long time fan of yours. As you are one of the most (if not the most) reliable juicer authority on the net, would you mind to do me (and the whole health community) a favor by urging the producers of blenders and juicers to have their plastic certified by PlastiPure-Safe™ EA-Free. ( www.plastipure.com) to us the informed, blending and juicing is healthy but not if we get the leaching from estrogen active plastics in our juice or smoothy, kind a kills the whole idea of healthy living, and BPA free is no way a guarantee to no leaching of chemicals and Tritan is just a big lie from the industry (the guys from plastipure did their homework). So or glass, which I didn't see with Sona or plastic certified by a group that doesn't represent the plastic industry. Much obliged and hope you of all people can help achieve this change! Kind regards, Mark P.S. I have no dealings with plastipure (or related) whatsoever.
well in the first 30 seconds I've learned "tech" is apparrently short for"technology. Whatever that is. "Oh! Here we are!" what a tool. Wonder how much juice you'd get out of a hamster with 4 tons pressure?
Juisir does not even offer a warranty in US!! they mention that they are working to provide 1 year warranty for US. Paying $400+ for a new company with such a low warranty would be a big gamble in my opinion
I think the issue with warranty is that they have not yet found a partner in the USA to handle distribution (and warranty).
DiscountJuicers.com are u going to sell them?
$400??? zero warranty??? 😱😱😱. They either knocked this one out of the pack or a damn shame of a scheme will shortly unravel. For that price, I want my 10 year warranty!

AA VERY NEW COMPANY WITH A NEW PRODUCT YES is a gamble
such a waste of plastic 😶
The inner bags of both single-use and multiple-use juicing bags are made from 100% natural cotton, which is biodegradable and renewable. Cotton, especially 100% cotton can biodegrade within as little as a week to average 5 months.
The outside sections of the bags are recyclable too. We are finding professional bodies for recovery of the outer bags worldwide.
Of course, we won’t stop here. JUISIR is searching for a better solution to the environment. We believe we will be able to introduce 100% biodegradable juicing bags in the near future.
JUISIR
when coming to.usa
1. Having to buy their bags to make juice... no thanks
2. Kickstarter ... no thanks .. they do nothing against people that does not deliver their promise and even allows them to delete their account so backers are left with nothing.
it's not a real.juicer as per say it is. just a hydraulic press
This juicer is not a hydraulic press, the press closes due to mechanical/leverage no hydraulics that may leak. Like I have had on my norwalk juicers.
Too must plastic waste.
I don't get it, small juice quantity and you have a mess to throw away so its not very environmentally friendly. This might be a good idea in a commerical environment, such gas stations, etc, esp if they make pre-made juice bags.

Nah...I`ll just keep my Philips Juicer which costed me for $70 and gets the job done. Cleaning is easy anyway.
Thanks John for this exposure. Great job John but it's a shame about the greens! I'll stay with my green star elite and I'll clean it every day 👌👌👌
The Rich Man's juicer along with his/her's Bugatti blender.
Very nice indeed but not for me because of the 8oz max.

I really REALLY REALLY would love a blender as good as the vitamix BUT one that has a GLASS blending pitcher!
Nice juicer but how much would it cost for the bags?
The manufactuer quotes the price as "as low as 20 cents per bag".
I'm excited to see you test out the Sano products! Looking forward to your (always thorough) review!

Off the subject.... when you say your goal is to drink 32-64 oz of juice per day how much of that would be greens? leafy greens percentage?
depends on the day. Depends on what you consider "leafy greens"? Red cabbage? those are leafy to me. In general I try to juice 1 pound of leafy greens in my juice, which will make up about 8 ounces of the 32-64 ounces. When doing cabbage, its more.
DiscountJuicers.com well, lol, no I don't consider cabbage a leafy green.(but that's me)
Is it unhealthy to consume more than 8oz of just leafy greens per day? lettuces, spinach, kale, chard ETC
My goal is top eat 2 pounds of leafy greens a day. I believe it to be one of the healthiest foods you can eat.
Love the Sano products..luv your vids John.you are my go to guy for growing and juicing from now on..Kudos
so if you run out of bags or run out of cotton linings you can not make juice? how do you get more bags or cotton? you would have to order them weekly? Do stores sell the bags or cotton? That would be expensive to keep up with.. It's pointless if you don't have bags or cotton liners?
have u checked nutrition comparison to other juicers?
are you going to be selling these?
I read bags are reusable?
how many watts is machine?
Nutrition will vary depending on the produce being juiced and the machine. Testing has showed me that certain slow juicers will make higher nutrition than a press. We plan on offering these. Some bags are reusable. Not sure the wattage.
Any release date announced for the Sano capsule S? Thanks for the updates on the new technology.
Thanks. I'm glad I took your advice and waited to get my first blender. I look forward to seeing that review. Cheers to good health and prosperity!
Fantastic coverage John !
Please show us a green juice made with this.
DiscountJuicers.com, These bags capacity look very small. Is this juicer suitable for green juice?
This juicer can only press about 8 ounces of juice at a time. This juicer CAN juice greens provided the greens are properly prepared (shredded, chopped or ground) before puting into the machine.
So even when using the silicon bag you have to replace the inner white bag after every use? How much would the replaced white bag cost? Thanks for the replys.
any ideas for preparing the greens ?
John is so so so so good and demo"ing a juicer ! Wow !!!
Hi john. Could you do a comparison between the omega vsj843 and this juusir. I'm thinking it may be really difficult for this machine to juice leafy greens and stuff like ginger, curious to find out
As soon as I get my JUISIR, I will sure to do this :) Stay tuned and subscribed.
Does the Capsule S Vacuum Blender do Wheat Grass? You mentioned the owner healed himself with it. Thanks!
You can blend wheatgrass with water and strain in the capsule S blender.
Do you know what the ORP reading is for the Hydrogen Water
didnt check it. Will check it when I make a dedicated video.
I like the multi-use bag. High 5 bro!
Very nice! Might invest in one. With the juisir, how well does it do with greens though? Or would I still need to blend them?
Provided they are properly prepared (chopped, shredded or ground), They should juice fine. That being said, if greens are the primary item you will juice, I would likely recommend a different style machine. Each style juicer has its own set of pros and cons.
DiscountJuicers.com would it be practical to use a mix of juices and greens with the juisir?
how many watts is it?
i was about to buy one for $400 but the super early bird special is sold out :( anyway you can help me? i really need a juicer!
Can't help. You missed the $400 price. Its currently only $49 more. And if you mention my code, you get a special bonus that is valued at $30. Order now before the price goes up more!
John how will the juisir handle greens?
I haven't tested greens yet. Once I get my machine, I will :) Provided they are properly prepared (chopped, shredded or ground), They should juice fine. That being said, if greens are the primary item you will juice, I would likely recommend a different style machine. Each style juicer has its own set of pros and cons.
Great John! Are the Kuvings and Sano vaccum blenders slated to go on the market at taround the same time?
They should be released within a month or two of each other. Its tough to pin down exact dates at this point.
according to kuvings, they will unveil and "launch" their new vacuum blender on February 10, 2017
Doesn't mean it will be available for sale at that time.
what's wrong with the conventional method of cold compression????. I was thinking of getting the kurvins???
Each style of juicer has its own set of pros and cons. Please watch my video at
th-cam.com/video/N0TO8CfD-GY/w-d-xo.html
where I go over the pros and cons of ALL the different styles of juicers on the market, including the cold press style juicer (which is what a Juisir is)
how did the juicer juicing carrot? because carrot is hard.
So you throw away a load of plastic or you have to clean something?!?! Whats the point??
What's the warranty on the Juisir?
We have developed strategic partnership with Froothie International, Optimum’s global partner and a leading brand in the sale of health and wellness products will be distributing and servicing two years warranty for JUISIR customers in Europe (excluding Russia), UK, Australia, New Zealand, United States and Latin America.
You should change your name to Juice Lee!
Is that hydrogen water machine really $1000?
great show John!
Really interesting!
Looks like the price already increased to $450 and I have to wait 5 months? I suspect Juicero may have reusable bags by then..
I hope so. But doubt it. I believe thier model is to sell their pre-filled bag, like selling ink for inkjet printers.
damn I want that blender.
optimum 700 vs kuvings 7000 please
For more information visit our website : www.biocoldpressjuicer.com/
I don't understand what problem is this new technology solving!?
My only problem is that the machine is soo big!!
Brian clement does not have a doctors degree from an accredited school
Sano, now that's what I'm talking about
400 dlls?? the price just went up!!! its says 642 dlls!!! for the early Bird !!!
After the first 200 were sold, the price went up to $449. (USD). After this next round, it will go up to $499. How would I test my water to check hydrogen levels? Besides buying a 500 dollar tester.
They have re-agents you can use. I will have an upcoming episode dedicated to sharing more on hydrogen water where I will explain this.
Great I look forward to it. Thank you
I like that juicer but I am out . lol NO warranty, buying bags at all the time, non gmo or organic bags is a NO no.
im not spending $$ on a product that they still have to work out the kinks! also, the other products he referred to as "they must have something to hide" is, my guess, not paying him to talk about their products.
Here is a journal published study showing the antioxidant effect of Hydrogen rich water:
www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28098768
I will have another episode soon going more details into hydrogen rich water.
Kind regards,
Mark
P.S. I have no dealings with plastipure (or related) whatsoever.
Agreed. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
I don´t like this ugly thing. I like the professional Norwalk Juicer.
400 dollars for plastic ...
why the hell would anyone on this planet need to control a blender with their phone. that's the dumbest thing i've ever heard
Kickstarter saw discount juicer please let me no
RUBBIIIIICH

GUARANTY, PREFERABLY AVOID
that juicer wont do good
well in the first 30 seconds I've learned "tech" is apparrently short for"technology. Whatever that is.
"Oh! Here we are!" what a tool.
Wonder how much juice you'd get out of a hamster with 4 tons pressure?
Oooooooo
Why would anybody buy this junk?
Worst machine.
