    1:10: Flexion and extension (10 reps)
    1:49: Radial and ulnar deviation (10 reps)
    2:11: Pronation and supination (10 reps)
    2:37: Wrist extensor and flexor stretch (3 x 20 second reps for each stretch, each hand)
    3:43: Lateral thumb stretch (3 x 20 second reps for each hand)
    4:14: Strengthening exercises #1 (3 x 10 reps for each exercise, each hand)
    5:39: Strengthening exercise #2 (3 x 10 reps for each hand)
    6:11: Strengthening exercise #3 (3 x 10 reps for each hand)

      Ikr I always thought I got wrist pain from weight lifting but it felt better after working out. I guess I get the pain from being a gamer🤷‍♂️

    Thank you so much for these brilliant exercises. I have been suffering from wrist pain like for 2-3 years. The doctors did not identified the cause of pain properly and so I did not get a proper treatment.
    I have started doing these exercises like for 2-3 days and I observed progress very quickly! This morning I woke up with no pain which made my day. I will update my progress :)

      BP can definitely be hard on the wrists. Used to do them heavy and had to use wrist wraps.

      My wrist pain comes from a broken scaphoid a year and a half ago. I ride mountainbikes and do physical labour and I'm always having trouble with it. Would this still be the guide to follow?

      I also crochet and do that too so I understand. I get too into my projects and crochet nonstop for hours several days a week until my project is finished and then, only then do I take a break which at that point need to for several days at a time

    I've been doing these exercises for only 3 days, and my wrists feel so much better Thank you! Also, thank you for getting right to the exercises. Some of the other sites online, talk it up for so long before getting to the exercises, I just turn them off.

      @@faisalahmed7827 try this stretch now for cca 15-30 minutes, then try to do push ups and let me know :) Maybe its because of your cropped wrist from PC mouse... its better to use vertical mouse

    I've been having wrist pain for a few weeks. Yesterday I thought it was better, and I lifted a really heavy box. Not a smart move on my part tbh. Fingers crossed (on my good hand) that doing these exercises regularly will help. So far even just holding my hand still in certain positions hurts.

    Excellent. Thank you very much, worked very well. The stretching exercises were enough to sort the affected wrist. No issues since. I did both wrists at the same time and it showed very me clearly where the tightness was in the affected wrist. 👏👏👏

    Thank you! Really great video for covering all the bases to strengthen the wrist. I sprained my wrist 20 years ago bowling, throwing a strong cranker hook and it still affects me as I found out this year when I joined a bowling league for the first time in, you guessed it, 20 years. Its affecting my bowling, making me look like a chump sometimes. So I've started doing some of the exercises shown here but wasn't really aware of several of them. I'm going to start doing the ones I've been missing and see how it helps, and hopefully get rid of the wrist brace as it limits what I can do with the ball.

    Wow - I went to bowling and the pain in my wrist was terrible. I just dropped my heavy ball and had to use a very light alley ball. Found these exercises and the pain was highly reduced with the 1st go thru! Thanks so much. Now I know I need to work on the wrists and feet.

    Thankk youu soo much for this video. I am amateur boxer and I broke my 5th metacarpal in the January. From then I didnt train till a month ago. But when i started training i started feeling pain in the wrist, especially when I was working on the punching bag. I started doing these exercises few days ago and my wrist feels much better and stronger. I hope I wont have that pain in the wrist anymore

    Just found this video and excited that it could possibly help my wrist pain. You mention carpal tunnel and tennis elbow in other videos but do you have additional videos or help for dequervains tenosynovitis? I got a bad case after my first child, had to go through a couple rounds of injections and finally had surgery. Even after physical therapy my wrist is still in lots of pain so I’d love any extra tips you might have.

    Hi Tone and Tighten, Sound guy here.
    Your video is great quality, content is 5 stars and you are using lav mic as well.
    But I felt there is way more echo in the room. So suggestion is, I would recommend to get some "sound absorbing panels" or hang some curtain while recording. This has drastically improve audio.
    Else you could record in a smaller room which has a good number of things & furniture in it. Objects absorb sound and reduces echo. Following this can really bring up the audio to greater quality.

    This helped a bit! I just started working at Drybar and using the round brush for 8 hours a day is taking a toll on my right wrist worse than any other hair styling! So thank you sir for these stretches and exercises ❤

    I have rheumatoid arthritis and I often get them in my wrist 😢, will this exercise helps me at all? I want to try this but wanted to make sure it is safe for me.
