How important is that specific note ? I feel like that high note is different on different calls . Thoughts ?

I have a question.. the only mouth call I’ve got on me right now is my raspy old hen call. I’m getting the high sound but it’s raspy like it should be. Do I do the same to get the high sound on other mouth calls?

So I practice with the turkey call I can make some sound but its closer to calling a duck so how do i make it sound more like a turkey

i have a problem getting that note, i can only get a clean note if i breathe really hard, and it is LOUD.

Yes but it may sound like a jake look up jake Yelp and see if it sounds like it if it does that will be ok but it will get them mad and not get them excited for a mate

Just blow air over your call the way you normally do and then say the word yelp
