I tried the grilled cheese from Five Guys and it was AMAZING!!! Would def recommend that for Emma if y'all go again. Their fries look really good too!!!
they cook their fries in peanut oil and have free peanuts in store for customers, if you are allergic to peanuts then you should stay away from five guys
Five guys always give you extra fries to make you feel like you’re getting ‘extra value for money’ but they actually charge you for all the fries 😅 sneaky! X

OMG we’ve found a Five Guys virgin 👌🤣. Love them and so many options with the toppings. Yes the fries portion is huge a small normally covers me and my wife. Same with the burger I opt for the little burger, single patty as the toppings make up for it. Thanks for the latest instalment👍🏻
Double cheeseburger with bacon onions & mayo with fries & a chocolate milkshake is the ultimate taste of America. Five Guys is better without a lot of toppings because they use high quality meat. Loading burgers up with toppings is better when the beef isn’t high quality the same as you do with steak or any other kind of food really.
I used the touch screen self-service in McDonald's a week ago . I ordered 2 chocolate McFlurry ice creams, I didnt notice till I had started eating, but then realised I had 2 caramel instead of chocolate. I just thought oh well and hubby didnt seem to mind. Fair play to your partner going back into the restaurant to tell them they made a mistake. I sooo love five guys it's a shame it's so expensive. 🍔🍟
Emma, you were looking forward to that Biscoff milkshake so much, and you were so disappointed by that and your veg in bread... I think for that price, saying that the milkshake order was wrong is absolutely justified. Also, I would have thought that the veggie sandwich would have come with a patty. I know on the menu, it states it doesn’t, but how many burger places have a veggie option with no patty?! X
They should have told you that the regular burger or cheeseburger was two patties and the little variants are a single patty. As for the menu, you get what you get, they are hugely successful with what they have. The grilled cheese is very good.
And if you told them you got wrong milkshake they would of given new ones and given you to keep the other one as goodwill :) it is very hectic in there mistakes do happen tickets just pop through like no ones business x
I am just like you Emma in that if someone gets an order wrong, it doesn't matter and I'll have what's given to me but my mum is like Matt in that she will 100% say something to a waiter/waitress. It's SOOO embarrassing!! Again, loved the video despite its ups and downs :) xx

I went to Five Guys when I first went veggie 4 years ago and my ‘burger’ was literally just onions and lettuce in a bun! ☹️ So sad how they haven’t progressed since then when so many big companies have embraced meat free options!
I’m so bad about complaining about food as well. If I was in your situation I would have gone in and paid for another biscoff milkshake just to avoid telling them I had the wrong order. I probably shouldn’t be like that as it would cost me an extra £5.50!

We live 5 minutes from a 5 Guys and though I'm not a huge fan it's really the only place I go for a fresh burger. I love the fries and will get a chocolate 🍫 milkshake with strawberry 🍓& banana🍌 added. Tastes like a banana split. They are pricey but once in awhile it's good to treat yourself 🙂 Good eating from Vancouver, WA 💜✌️💜
They do the best fast food fries ever but are missing a trick with their lack of veggie or plant based options. If they did them they would be amazing. Don’t get their grilled cheese either. It’s basically kraft cheese in a normal bun (bread turned inside out) and is as disappointing as the vegetable burger. 😂

They won’t serve you milkshake if you have peanut allergy as the spindle is same one they use for each milkshake so there not definite chance of no peanut in there even with cleaning plus if you had nut allergy you wouldn’t go in there as there’s peanuts everywhere lol 😂 chips are cook in peanut oil x
I feel that Five Guy is way overpriced. I am definitely agree with Matt about the.burgers, they are nothing special. If I am paying that much for a burger I want it to be a taste sensation. I am always impressed by their chips though. The first time I went with my daughter we both got chips with our burger. We have since learnt we only need one between us. I have not been there in such a long time.
I hate burger king with a passion and for you to compare it to five guys...sacrilegious. I suggest next time get the little cheeseburger and eat it straight away while it's hot. The first time I also had a warm ish burger and it was alright, next time I had it hot I loved it and have ever since.

Been to 5 guys once really not worth the hype or the price!! Their milkshakes are good but not enough to draw me back!!!!

I hate burger king with a passion and for you to compare it to five guys...sacrilegious. I suggest next time get the little cheeseburger and eat it straight away while it's hot. The first time I also had a warm ish burger and it was alright, next time I had it hot I loved it and have ever since.
