Matt and Emma I can confirm the waffle fries are just as limp and soggy at other Subway branches - that's seemingly how they make them. No joke. I will complain as its clearly raw.
IMO the ONLY thing subway do well is their subs and salads, I've tried all their extras and they're such a waste of time and money!! Our local subway is the absolute worst too!!!

The waffle fries I had from my nearest subway were actually pretty good so I’d recommend trying them again, looks like you were unlucky there
