Look, Ivy League colleges don't admit you without unique extracurriculars. It's not like India. In India, they only look at marks. There they look at the person and No one should be admitted on the basis of only marks.
Can you please make a detailed video about what is the scope of pursuing different stem majors after covid-19 Also, discuss about what are the jobs available in USA for specific majors like computer science, mechanical and aerospace engineering. I will be waiting for next one!!!

true as an international student they don't have any aid not even based on your family income which some of the US universities give if ur family income is less than 40 lakh or something like that these UCs are way more expensive than few others plus even if u get a loan from India and work really hard then in Berkeley it is easier to get great jobs in engineering field as it has a bit more brand value in engineering field as compared to UCLA so u can repay those loans easily plus uc berk has a disadvantage in part time jobs areas as most of it is restricted to on campus jobs

Therefore, for a salary of $100k in LA, one would need ~ $135k salary in the SF Bay, and it's creeping into the East Bay, where UCB is located. And UCB has more pure CS majors, ~ 600 who enter the workforce/year, most of whom are not in the E-school, whereas UCLA has ~ 200-250 in HSSEAS -- its E school, although it's growing the major, which makes UCLA a tougher admit wrt CS, and generally overall. To International students, UCB does have more prestige, although UCLA's growing its reputation.

I am in UCLA from India (fully Indian, not a USA citizen.) No, bc UC’s are public universities. However, it is affordable. Other schools are 70k before financial aid, UC Berkeley is 40k before financial aid 😊 Hopefully u get in ❤️

So, I’m not sure what kind of Mickey Mouse research she was doing, but it’s inaccurate. Professors at Berkeley have office hours and they practically beg for you to come see them, so there’s ample opportunities for one-on-one interactions with your professors. In fact, it’s the only way to get letters of recommendations for grad school, by getting to know your professors on a personal level, and they do want to get to know you. There’s virtually no difference with ucla and cal in terms of undergrad academic experience. The only difference is because of cal’s distinguished professors and grad students, you have better access to true experts on any given field, from stem to the humanities. It sounds like her research was mainly for confirmation bias. That’s fine, but don’t tear down a school’s academic reputation because you opted for location, weather, beach, purty campus, and Hollywood.
