    I enjoy the techniques of Yoga TX. They are gentle yet really effective. The music is relaxing too and the instructors voices are soothing and supportive.

    Having a chronic 2 years old hip pain I've found your hip and lower back stretches videos 2 days ago and now also the neck stretches. You're a great instructor and I'll try to be consistent as i already feel this helps me. Thank you so much, Jen!

    Had headache did this routine an instant gone. Jen is awesome love her so fun personality! Gentle routine yet effective, last thing want to do when in pain is stressing over holding challenging pose

    Thank you Jen and a big warm hug to you for all the videos you make! We need you, hope these videos are available also in the future.
    I had locked up my left shoulder blade area for months and now it finally opened. I have tried everything so far to get it open. Sauna, warm oat pillow, painkillers for months, muscle relaxant, cold gel, hanging myself up, rolling on the floor, rolling on the floor with "bumps" :D .... It opened up when I kinda gave up trying and just lazily thought to do these before bed.
    I think giving birth 10months ago, carrying that 10kg little man, and stress had something to do with this condition. Lots of crackling sounds from the upper back and neck while moving. Do you know how to get the joints etc pull back to their original tightness and their places? Other than yoga? I excercise with you almost every day and some days even two times :) You're the best teacher I've found on youtube and actually not have met as good teacher IRL either. You have understanding, peace and love in what you do.
