Day 6 “Rebuild” idea: Deconstruct a 99 overall team until they don’t win a championship but you can’t trade for picks. All the 99 overalls can be on long term contracts to make this harder.

If you do this again, I would do the 2 trades and 1 draft like you updated but weight the wheel slightly. Any position that field one person, one spot on wheel. Any position that fields more than one on the field, put on wheel twice.
Something that could be doable to make this one possible is besides your 2 spins is once you start having players retire you can use any draft pics you didn't spend on your spin players that year to draft replacements in the same positions as the retired players.

For anyone that remotely cares: the pass defense is solid in the beginning because, in real life, when a team is beating the pulp out of the opposing team, they run the ball. So those seasons with no DBs and a meh offense, the opposing teams would go up so quick each game that they had little need to throw the ball, thus they ran instead of passed. This one Madden actually got right.
When you do these please go more in depth for position (ex. LOLB or LG) I don’t know about anybody else but I always find that little change makes these 0 overall rebuilds more interesting. But obviously they are your videos so you do whatever, I will still watch lol
The way the TH-camr Phom did this idea was by restarting the first season over and over again with each new player so that you don’t have to worry about retirements. It could make the process a lot easier for you.

You needed to do the math ahead of time to realize this wasn’t feasible without getting ~26 perfect spins and selecting superstar or X factor rookies, having nobody retire early, AND getting a god run of luck on the sim engine. 2 players per season doesn’t give you a chance. I think 5 players per season would be difficult to accomplish and you’d still need to heavily pick young players. Maybe 7 or 8 spins per year is the sweet spot (kind of like the nfl draft). There’s likely a reason why they have exactly that many rounds, to replenish aging talent.
Still waiting on the over 30 year old rebuild. Can only sign and trade for players over 30 years old. Use draft pics for trades and free agency becomes you friend. Base team is the Lions for extra spice
