Rebuild two teams, one AFC one NFC. One team fantasy drafts only offense, the other fantasy drafts only defense. Your goal is to have them face each other in the Super Bowl within 5 or 10 years, but you can call it a success if one or both teams win a Super Bowl.

Day 13: Do a journeyman video. Each starter has to have been signed to the most teams for their position. Each off season you can only sign players that have been on 3+ teams.

Day 2 of asking for you to do a 0 overall rebuild but you can only draft projected udfa's, and you can't sign free agents unless they were undrafted. But, you can trade for any players using picks and your udfa's. (Love the videos btw)

you can only draft offense AND you can only get defensive free agents. swaps every year or so.
Homegrown Rebuild: only sign players that attended college in the region your team is in. Ex if your the falcons you can sign players from the southeast. Same rules apply to drafts
Do a literal offense only challenge, same idea as this except you can’t sign defensive players or draft them at all. To get defensive players you must draft or sign them as an offensive position and move them to defense. Could do the same thing and switch it for another video
High T rebuild. Draft a RB and build around him with big, run blocking OL and WR and a game manager at QB. Use a good playbook for rushing.
Idk if this sounds like something that would fit on the channel, start with a team of free agents and sim week by week and after every win you get to steal the team you beat’s best player until you win a Super Bowl. Could be a short video could be a long one, I’m not really sure to be honest
Can you either do the highest paid starter at every position (not hard at the start but will get harder with cap later) or lowest paid starters
Try doing a fantasy draft were you can only use the BIG 10 or SEC players only
You should do only offensive or defensive in draft and the other one just being over season free agents.

Here is an idea: the “luck” challenge. Start with whichever team you want and do a fantasy draft. You can only draft from the top 10 players on the board. Also, you can't edit trades, ex: trade-ups or trading for players you have to accept whatever the team offers when you hit the get offers button.
What about a fantasy draft with only special teams? Kickers, punters, fullbacks and seeing how they do at other positions

Day 1: Do a Fantasy Draft where you can only draft Defense or Offense, use a wheel spin to decide. Say you get offense you have to do that for the Fantasy Draft. The draft for that season you can only do Defense, the draft after that you can only do Offense etc.
If you want to have your safety’s to have a higher chance to win DROY, put them at sub linebacker. It will get them more tackles and sacks, which EA values those over interceptions.
