Amsoil is key. I ran amsoil in my Yamaha for 150hrs and literally had zero carbon buildup but I switched to motorex in my Ktm and it’s full of carbon at 100hrs.
Low flashpoint clogs? Isnt that the other way round, low flash burns faster and doesnt leave residue but a high flash point racing oill will stay and gum up 🤔
What ratio oil is your premix? Do you run pump gas, octane booster or race gas? Thanks.
Ernie, your power valve was way cleaner than mine and I only had 44 hours on mine and I was using the KTM recommended oil
Basically: High protection=more buildup, a little less protection with better bearing cooling capabiltiies but less piston protection=less buildup(low flashpoint)
Have you done anything to your 2020 front forks? What are your settings (comp, reb, psi)

Is this the stock at 239? Is the ECU tuned? Great idea with the wire wheel if your careful. I have used easy off in the past.
Stock yes to 225 hr. before TSP ECU flashed .
@irnieracing Amazing! I'm about 45 ish on my 22 GG EX300. Was thinking about pushing until 100 before inspect and new piston. I have been eyeballing a TSP head and reflash. I don't want a hit. Just smooth and tractable.
@@Danman1972 just like me, I want diesel bottom end and retain th4 same top or better. Get the low compression head insert and the flash alone is better too.
