    Please do not shorten the lessons - I am one, at least, who needs them! Seriously, I am a public servant and have to make decisions about crowds and people and their movements. I really do not know how I could have done this without your input. So very grateful to you both!

    Dr. Griffin, your posts are as long as they need to be. If you made them shorter, you would be leaving something out. If people don't like the length, they don't have to watch the whole thing.

    Dear Vincent and Daniel, Many, many thanks for your continuing stream of scientific information. I have been listening to your episodes for over a year and always look forward to your weekly update. I can unequivocally say you have consistently provided scientifically supported information with clarity and great compassion. You’ve also have done an outstanding job of avoiding politics and personalities so as to not cloud the scientific knowledge as it has evolved. Thank you so very much for your time and effort. Thank you for useful and thorough information well supported by science. Huge help is needed in Poland for 1, 5 milion Ukrainian refugees; as you mentioned only 1/3 Ukrainians were vaccinated for Covid 19. Many of Ukrainian children were not vaccinated for measles and polio etc. More refugees are excpected to come; this time elderly, fragile with tuberculosis and other comorbid medical conditions. Polish health care system was barely able to provide care during pandemia. Since Covid is not over yet , the burden for Polish health care soon will became nonsustainable. Just to be aware of since No one is safe if the most vulnerable are not safe.

    Even if masks reduced the rates of covid by 23%, that's still 23%.
    That's almost a quarter reduction in covid cases. That's really important in populations of kids who can't be vaccinated or still haven't been vaccinated.
    Most kids in preschool can't be vaccinated and many younger children live with younger siblings who are also under the age of 5.

    • @Peter_S_
      @Peter_S_ 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      At the start of the pandemic, the FDA was willing to license for emergency use any vaccine that demonstrated 50% efficacy.
      Achieving half of that protection level by something as simple as masking is extremely significant.

      @toobnoobify 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's not a zero-sum game. For instance, forcing kids to wear masks has probably set their development back years. Not to mention the fear-based anxiety disorders and social division this hysteria has caused. And maybe you're okay giving the government the power to dictate something minor like this today, don't think for a second they won't be dictating things you don't like tomorrow.
      And not one of the studies I've seen have shown a reduction as high as 23% with mask mandates.

    • @Humanaut.
      @Humanaut. 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@toobnoobify all of the studies i have seen / heard cited were between 10-20%. Many between 10-15%. And then we have to ask if they were studies for real word conditions. The use of masks diminish if they were worn for longer periods of time, people touch the mask and touch their face, reuse masks etc.
      And yes, not only what you mentioned but also people not going to the hospital, not getting treated for other illnesses.
      I have heard oncologists/cardiologists claiming the policies essentially killed more or as many people as were hypothetically saved since people didn't get their check ups and early stage cancer wasn't detected/treated so it metastasized and by then its basically too late. Also factor in the rise in suicides and diseases of despair that will follow from people losing their livelihoods, their businesses, their homes, everything they have built. And those are "just" the first world problems.
      In 3rd world countries (majority of world population) millions of people were catapulted back into poverty, starvation and malnourishment.
      I saw staggeringly high numbers in predicted deaths by starvation.
      I don't know how many really ended up dying from starvation though or wether some humanitarian aid programs kicked in.
      All in all, if one was really neutral or objective, i doubt the policies really did more good than harm they cost.
      Remember, it was never the plan to actually prevent infection, but merely to DELAY infections. "Flatten the curve" = the volume beneath the curve remains exactly the same. Just the time frame and rate of infection is altered.
      The whole brainwash propaganda sure did work well though.

    Sitting in the USA, Dr. Griffin calls covid-19 a "defeat of humanity". Well, that certainly isn't the case in Taiwan., so he should speak for himself instead of for the whole world. Maybe Americans should pay attention to places that have been able to stop the epidemic.

In NZ we have done well - 53 deaths until the omicron wave hit us a couple of weeks ago, whereas if we had the same percentage of deaths/population as the US, it would have been 1,400. But our government that achieved this is suffering - being blamed for the dreariness of pandemic life, while people do not appreciate that the virus is dangerous, because we just haven't experienced it. People are fed up with restrictions right now when we need them most. So we are not so bright either.

      Please look at wendel potters book Deadly Spin , the chapter titled the playbook . This explains how the cigarette companies set up fake non profits to release propaganda . They hired scientists to do studies to show that smoking was safe. Later they were convicted by the federal gov and paid a huge fine . These scientists were banned from ever doing cigarette research again but some if them went on to do fake studies for similar fake non profits for chemical companies . Later the health insurance companies set up fake non profits and released propaganda showing that government health insurance was a bad thing . This should be illegal . It's like a bad movie . Wendell potter was head of PR for Cigna.

      This comparison should embarrass you. The tobacco industry spread that disinformation campaign because it meant billions of dollars to them and they already had undeserved influence within the corrupt government public health industry to provide cover for it. in other words, follow the money.
      So given your absurd analogy, please propose one or two possible examples of groups that have remotely as much power as the tobacco industry and how they could pull something like this off? More importantly, show the money trail where these groups could possibly profit from their efforts?
      If you follow the money trails with the pandemic, they only lead to a handful of places. And *ALL OF THEM* are extremely pro-vaccination and authoritarian.

Led by Thomas Jefferson University Hospital otolaryngologist Dr. David Rosen, a team of physicians and researchers have developed a first-of-its-kind topical platelet-rich plasma treatment. Thank you. 1). Of ‘mild to moderate’ disease may yield brain and cognitive impairment and vaccines are intended to keep the disease ‘milder’, what is association or correlation between ‘vaccinated persons’, ‘vaccinated and later infected’ and brain impairment. Do the vaccines reduce or possibly amplify brain impairment? 2) similar questions for MAbs, for Paxlovid, for ‘FLCCC and similar’ protocols and perhaps specifically IVM, HCQ, and Fluvoxamine? 3) does it any specific vaccine regimen show benefits against brain impairment? Adenovirus vector or protein based have differences relative to mRNA?

    • @Peter_S_
      @Peter_S_ 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The bulk of the damage from covid is not directly from the virus, but from the immune system's tendency to have severe reactions to it which induce cytokine storms or uncontrolled generalized inflammatory responses which cause the real damage. Cytokine storms are also how influenza usually kills. Vaccinated people are almost totally protected from the potential of having a cytokine storm in response to infection. Vaccinated immune systems will generally not go into that hyper-reactive mode when you do get infected and thus your organs (many) will all be spared the destruction. The flcc are grifters, HCQ cannot work because it addresses a pathway not in use in human infections, and all legitimate data says IVM is worthless unless you want to take enough to give yourself mutation of the ABCB1 gene which controls your blood-brain barrier. I'm glad you've found this place and can now get some legitimate information.

    I have a question about why Africa seems to be so covid free.
    Everyday the New York times publishes maps of coronavirus activity around the world. And every day the prevalence of coronavirus in Africa is near zero. Couple that with the map that shows Africa has had very few of its people vaccinated.
    This mystery can have two solutions. One of which is that peoples in Africa seem to be naturally immune to covid-19. The other sadly is probably closer to the truth, which is that healthcare infrastructure in Africa is so dilapidated or nonexistent that covid infection isn't even measured there.
    Why is nobody but me seeing this?

There have been several pediatric deaths, many cases of myocarditis and other non-trivial injuries (Maddie DeGaray was a 12 yo girl in the Pfizer trial who is now permanently disabled). The risk benefit analysis should be done for each child.
