The sensor on top of the intake, where did the hose connect to? I followed this video and noticed mine was also not present along with one of the two hoses on the back of the intake were broke and severed.
That sensor is a " altitude sensor " and is meant to be free . The hose will connect on the bottom of the throttle body cover/intake pipe , you shoyld find the place to reconnect it
Hello friend, I would like to know if you have a video or you know the steps to remove the base or support of the air conditioning compressor since my base was broken and I need to change it please and thanks!
Hello man ! well in short words : some authorised workshop must drain and recycle the refrigerant first ! Than you can remove the air condition compressor and replace the parts you need ! Recharging the system with refrigerant requieres some special equipment which can be borrowed depends where you live . I will plan a video about that in the future ..

Hello, great video. By any chance do you know how to initialize the supercharger bypass valve (the one in front of the supercharger that looks like a throttle body) after being disconnected?
doit_vehicles Hello. Thanks for your reply. The thing is that recently I had to replace the supercharger because the old one was making hideous noises upon startup. I bought the other used from a trusted seller and installed it. The noise disappeared but I’m having loss of power and two dtc, P0243 charge pressure is too low and P0101 MAF and throttle body plausibility error. I believe the bypass valve is not closing when the accelerator pedal is depressed, not allowing the SC build up the required pressure. What do you think about this?
hie I have a question, there are 2 vacuum hoses on top of that vacuum pump there is one that goes to the actuator valve how about the second one that kind of goes down where does it go to connect ? I have mine its just loose and im failing to find where it should be connected please help ( c200 compressor)and I have a Po410 code error
Also found mine hanging. Looking around I found a small hole on the manifold far-side-end just below where the fourth tubing makes a top turn. Very difficult to reach but I pressed my thumb there and I could feel been sucked in.
I have an 02 kompressor coupe 2.3. I got a check engine light that indicated there was an issue with the maf. I cleaned it and reset the light. It came on again so I replaced the maf. It took about a week this time and the light came back on. I looked again and noticed oil in the intake and now the car stuters at stop lights/signs until about 15-20 mph. I believe there is a problem in the breather system allowing oil to get into the intake and foul the maf. How would I fix this?
I see .. The best thing to do is to collect more "live data" when the car idles bad and do a precise diagnose ; But without that you can check first the oil level it should not be above the limit . You might have clogged oil separator ( the one located on top of the kompressor ) The purpose of the breathing valve which is connected to the oil separator is to burn the gases from the valve cover . If there is too much oil coming out through ,it will go into the intake pipe .
Hello, nice video really helpful. One question I have a MB CL203 sport coupe C200 compressor from 2001 exact same engine as this one. Since a couple of months I got the following errors: P2024 EVAP, P203A, P2004 Bank1, P2005 bank2, P2006 bank1 Do you have any idea, what could be the problem? I'm having issues with high fuel consumption and less power on lower gears 1,2,3 also the car has strong exhaust smell and the car shakes in lower revs. I would really appreciate any help. I heard that it could be a broken manifold air lever. regards
Hi there ! from those codes it seems that you have a V6 engine ? those codes can be triggered by many "things" which needs to be discovered by an close inspection . You can begin by inspecting the manifold air lever if you suspect that's the problem . I don't rememeber for this air intake manifold on this engine to have the system with air flaps on the intake holes ... The EVAP selenoid might be broken as well following the code P2024 ...
Hello, No I is not a V6 engine It is a 4 cilinder just like your car engine M111. Exactly the codes that I get are related to V6 and V8 engine but that's not the case this time and I don't know if my engine has airflaps or a manifold air lever. However I'm pretty sure the problem is related to the engine manifold. Yes I think the first step has to be visual inspection and perhaps changing the intake and exhaust manifold gaskets as well.I detected some oil leaking in the past. I will also check the EVAP solenoid for code P2024. Thanks a lot and if you remember anything else please let me know. @@doit_vehicles
you're welcome ! The codes with bank 1 and bank 2 might be referring to the throttle possition sensor and the flap by the kompressor .. ? not sure but you might wanna check those . What I would do is to get as much information as possible , put it on the paper and then try to see what cause the issue . One trick is to disconnect one sensor at the time while the engine is on , and see if it has an effect on the engine like new codes ( connect them back with the engine off to avoid damage on sensors )
Thank you very much for that ! My starter is dead. I need to change it. I was looking for a way to access it from the top (don't want to work from under the car). You gave me the solution ! Is not absolutely a requirement to release the pressure . Just make sure that when disconnecting the fuel line the fuel does not spray everywhere .
