Looks nice, usually i try the recipes i see on youtube but this one looks a bit harder to try, it needs a lot of hard work for mincing the meat in the traditional way as shown in the video. and I also believe mincing in grinder will not taste as good as it tastes when minced on a wooden log.. I am more looking for your recipes which i can try myself without need of an expert help.. ^_^
Hello. Thanks for watching. One can always find alternatives wherever and whenever the need arises. I have show how it's done in the authentic way but many people can't follow the exact steps and they can change/alter accordingly. You can use a food processor instead but make sure not mince it for a longer time. The taste and texture won't obviously be the same but it would still taste good nonetheless. If we add turmeric directly.. doesn't it smells raw n abt red chilli won't they need tadka... I mean can v add red chillies and jaldi directly without tadka in any dish .. plz reply

Yes you can. We add egg so that the curdling of curd doesn't take place while cooking it. If you want to make a veg recipe and skip adding egg, you should be careful and keep stirring the curd until you get the desired consistency otherwise the curd may curdle and your dish won't be the same.

You can add corn flour dissolved in cold water , gives same results
But gravy will thicken
You can add chickpea flour or besan
U can simply add oil without boiling it it promotes curdling
