This is how a company should treat, and interact with customers, and inquirers alike.
08:37 Fun fact about mrkeybrd: this whole channel was created because big companies didn't send review samples to Polish channels, even pretty big ones. His main Polish channel (Kuba Klawiter) is way bigger (950k subs vs 141k) and has better engagment, but it's the smaller less updated channel that gets him review samples.
I really admire how this CEO addresses these issues. Thumbs up, and keep up the great work!
Absolutely love the designs of the products and one of the few companies who still trying to innovate when others just do the same thing all over again and the fact that the CEO is directly answering the questions from audience and different content creators, and I will probably get my next phone from Nothing :)
Love that Nothing listens to the community
7:13 flaming people online - our people haha 😂
I love Carl's transparency and how directly he addresses all of the questions. We may like it or not, but he says it as it is. Mad respect for that. ❤
I love Nothing phones, as they try out new things, which is rarely done by other companies.
2:35 good bro i will buy nothing phone for this reason thank you for carrying about us❤
I actually leaned forward curiously at 9:16 and spit the F-word a second later.

Loving the fact that the CEO is addressing all the pro's and cons.
Y'all earned my vote and I hope the company grows well in the coming future.
Have been using the phone(2) for a year now, no issues just a great overall practical device. Love the team love the product!
Really admire the way Nothing has responded directly to user feedback and explained some of their major choices!
Like Carl said it's basically impossible to undercut prices of smartphone giants while offering the same specs. If you can make the case that a key feature offers significantly more utility though, that can be enough to persuade consumers.
Personally I switched to the Zenfone 10 because it offered crazy battery life and a headphone jack-if Nothing adds these features to just one phone in their lineup I will make it the next phone I buy.
Awesome Video, Its really cool whats Carl says to the reviews and can react to the feedback
This is honestly a very wholesome video, love how the CEO takes his time to look at reviews and actually LISTENS! Hope i can gety hands on one of these nothing phones, Don't think it's available in my country Nigeria.
Subscribed!! I'm currently using a Samsung F41 since the last 4 years, CMF phone 1 will be a great upgrade, hope I win 🤞
CEO of NOTHING is literally so humble we can see how geniune he is while answering the questions.
Lots of Love from INDIA 🇮🇳 ❤
not trying to be mean but james is the most non-indian name
Not everyone is a hindu or a muslim in India.

5:37 You all should make a full video on it😂😂😂
respect for being able to directly talk to your customers and acknowledge areas u can improve in
