Keep it Up! Same here in Austria with the winds. On christmas we had 90km/h of wind at Salzburg airport, some flights diverted to Linz and some gone around 3 times. I tried it myself, it was really tricky. Happy new year!💥💯

I landed at Gatwick airport (RNW26L) with 32 kts wind at 6, thick low altitude fog, i was 0.3 mile right to the approach route, i somehow came back and BUTTERED on the runway, i was shocked i didn't slam the runway at full speed. Overall, this was a great flight.
Love you alpha, you inspire me to play flight sim and I enjoy watching your videos and make me learn a lot about aviation.

Well done Alpha ,I just hoped of from a 7 hour flight and i was landing at EGNT the winds were at gusting 32 and dam it was hard but I still managed to get it on the first try

nothing would compare the winds and the storm in south east queensland Australia we had winds up too 140 knots and knocked our power out for more than three days some suburbs still don't have power

😂 and this is why I love flying my A330-9 an my A318. Even in simulator, Boeing planes have problems.
You should try landing at the IGI (VIDP) airport in New Delhi in current weather conditions. There is too much dense fog with visibility going below 50ft! Currently only CAT 3 trained pilots are able to land there.

In Hamburg one time I had winds with 34 knots gusting 57 knots
3:41 SINGLE CH is your indication that only one autopilot channel is active, even if you have both selected. At around 1200ft, if both autopilots are selected, I believe they conduct a brief self test and if successful, SINGLE CH will change to CMD, and Flare mode will arm (white annunciation below the GS in the flight mode annunciatior). (In Fail Passive mode)

wow that was a very difficult landing, also I think the plane don't climbed to 3000 ft after the go around bc the APP mode was on (I don't know if that happened for that reason, only is my hypothesis) I wish u good luck for the next flight and happy new year!🥳✈

Yeah the Gusts werent great (23024G32KT) and the Visibility didn't make it any better (1000). EDDM was great though (28001KT 9999).

You should do a 767 flight
when you went around you had approach on which may have caused the sudden descent because its trying to follow the glide, turn it off when going around.

You should fly the A380 From British airways from Dallas Intl (ICAO code "KDFW") To London Heathrow (ICAO code "EGLL") Flight time should be like 9 hours and 15 minutes
