I believe the reason your landing speed was so high is because when you set up the landing perf you have to select brake, flap, and reverser options before calculating. When you did it last minute those options remained unchanged so if gave you a high approach and reference speed. Keep up the awesome work and glad to see ya back in my part of the world soaking up the west coast, Rockies and the desert sun!
You can't beat your uploads. Not going to lie might have to call the FAA because of how good these are. Keep up the great work man and continue to strive to be a pilot. Btw when you calculated your landing speed, first in the landing enroute page, it was calculated by default for flaps 15 which may explain the high speed.
Then you double checked that but you did it in the landing dispatch page meant to be used prior to departure and this time it was calculated for flaps 30 but for the max landing weight of 66.3 tons (when the actual landing weight was 58.6 tons as shown on the landing enroute page). Keep up the amazing work, see ya!
KLAX is an awesome approach especially ANJLL. I have flown that KLAS/KLAX route a bunch since its a quick flight and it's something I can do after work during the week before we start getting settled for dinner.
My favorite has to be the 320neo. I think, specifically because of FlyByWire, it was basically the aircraft that taught me how to fly in the sim. When MSFS 2020 first came out, I started out with the C208, but kinda get tired of the turboprops. I was googling how to start up the 320 because I wanted to learn that before the 747-8, and I saw the FBW mod was available and lots of people said it was far better. Fast forward a couple years and I have a couple hundred hours flying the 320.
The best part was a few months ago, I took a JetBlue flight in a 320 and was able to tell exactly what was going on from hearing the noises I was used to from the FBW. The 320 is a lot more comfortable to me, than a 737, we actually used to fly Southwest a lot, growing up. The neos are so much quieter too.

Don’t use landing dispatch page for your landing calculations, for the landing use landing enroute and you have to select the extra wind speed yourself.

The reason the yaw damper turned off on you at the gate is because it only works on engine/apu power. Also you usually wait to 25% N1 in real life but it depends on the pilot. Also which replay recorder do you use?
I am pretty sure it will switch off until the IRS is aligned
