I have a ileostomy bag, had it since July 4, 2022..... When i first had the surgery i lost a ton of weight, but the last several months i have gained weight and I'm having trouble losing weight because i seem to always be Hungry. My bag is very active.... Please give me advice on how to eat that will fill me up and still lose weight. You appear to have a great figure. Need help please. Thank you...
