How to use HARIO V60 One Pour Dripper MUGEN 1️⃣💧☕| Hand-drip Coffee | My Way

📌 Hello everyone, this is a video on how to use HARIO one/single pour dripper MUGEN to make a good cup of hand-drip coffee! MUGEN was recently (2021) introduced as a dripper designed for simplicity and one pour brew. It is very beginner friendly because it requires little to no skill to brew as it is a single pour where the dripper allows for a slower draw down, extending the contact time between the coffee and water. We use 18 clicks but you can go for a coarser grind setting.

⏱️ STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

1. Prepare around 20g of coffee (Medium-fine grind)
2. Boil water to 93°C
3. Fold a paper filter (02 size) along the seam and put it in the dripper
4. Wet the filter (to wash away the paper taste)
5. Put prepared coffee into the filter and lightly tap it to flatten it out
6. Pour 240ml in a single pour starting from the center and moving out in a spiral (Tetsu Kasuya recommends to pour all the water within 15 sec)
7. Wait for the all the water to filter through
8. And it's ready!
