I've got some DW 740cc injectors on my SR20 at the moment. Bought them used from a friend that had them on his RB25, so they're not brand new. I was having an issue with leaning out at the dyno day when I got it tuned (same day I installed them, as well as z32 MAF, JWT s3 cams, WiringSpecialties harness, and the RS-Enthalpy tuned ECU) which was back in October 2014 (for reference, I'm typing this out on 5/8/2015). Martin from RS-Enthalpy was tuning the car and wanted to set my boost at 18 lbs on my Garrett GT2871R but could only get up to about 10/11 lbs before the leaning out issue started. I've since installed a brand new Walbro 255, filter, strainer, and even added a relay to give direct voltage from the battery to the fuel pump instead of the less-clean voltage that the ECU normally provides for the pump. My car has been missing when in boost, and looking at my plugs shows richness on a few cylinders and lean on cylinder 4. I want to test my injectors like you've done in this video, but just wanted to make sure that I understand correctly -- is this video proving your DW 740cc injectors to be shot because of the varying spray patterns? And if you don't mind me asking, how long did you have yours and did you buy them new? Just looking for some advice! Sorry for this being so long, thanks!

cbh148 I bought them brand new originally in 2006 and they were fitted to a freshly rebuilt engine (3 times as the engine builder was a useless rip off merchant) and covered about 3000 miles total. Due to to engine problems (spun shell's, exhaust manifold welds breaking off, wrecked head) the car was broken for parts and the injectors went into my replacement car when I bought it in 2012 and it then that this problem showed up.
The only question is, did I get my original DW740cc injectors back from the engine builder as it turned out they were less than honest and totally incompetent.
This video was what I could test at home and when I saw how bad and inconsistent the spray was (I also fired them into 6 jars for a set time and the total amount's in each jar were all different) I took them to be cleaned and tested by Abbey Motorsport who confirmed they were as much use as a chocolate fireguard.
