Problem is not the injector....its the oring. Oring is to large for the radium rail. You needed 10.5mm orings. That green viton Oring is not sliding inside fuel rail ports. You should install the injectors to the rail first then install it all to the manifold.
Installing tip: force the fuel rail on injectors with the nuts, DO NOT FOLLOW THAT TIP!!! Alwise install the injectors in to the rail before installing the whole assembly unless you like ripping injectors seals

get the proper adapters that they sell and they will bolt right in
