I'm a contractor and when I build someone's home I don't hang around and listen to their problems or show them how things work and I'm not gonna be there when things break they're on their own. The home is theirs now and they need to take full responsibility for ownership. I think God looks a lot like that it gives you the tools but it's up to you to figure out how to use them.
@@sirclarkmarz Im a deist but i dont think what you just described is really deism. Deism entails God as the maximally great being. Thats where the analogy fails. There is no such thing as a maximally great contractor. So it comes as no surprise that a contractor doesnt do what you described, but it doesnt seem so obvious to me that the maximally great being (god) wouldnt instill in us some knowledge or sense of what to do with our house (aka our lives, actions, etc.). Im fairly certain my position is still a deist one, because it doesnt commit you to any specific religion, but of course as always, one can be wrong.
Romans 1:20 For from the creation of the world the invisible things of Him [God] are clearly seen, being understood through the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse. The God who made the world and everything in it, this Master of sky and land, doesn’t live in custom-made shrines or need the human race to run errands for him, as if he couldn’t take care of himself. He makes the creatures; the creatures don’t make him. Starting from scratch, he made the entire human race and made the earth hospitable, with plenty of time and space for living so we could seek after God, and not just grope around in the dark but actually find him. He doesn’t play hide-and-seek with us. He’s not remote; he’s near. We live and move in him, can’t get away from him! Acts 17. In other words, God is there where you are and available if you seek after him as in Heb. 11:6. You alone can know or not if he is real by calling out to him. But it seems you are not interested nor willing at this point or in the past. .
Yup, labeling yourself will no doubt give someone the wrong impression of you because a label can mean a million different things to a million different people.

@@ucanthandlethetruth6600faith in God, believing in him etc without having to go to church or participate in formal religion and what the religious leaders tell you to do (which is all crap and nonsense and man made)
Seneca the younger said: “Religion is regarded by the common people as true, by the wise as false, and by the rulers as useful” and I say no one knows the answer to “who what when where why or how mankind came about” but one thing for sure is that we are here so make the best out of it and show humility ✌🏿
The argument of how we became is no longer an argument. It is a choice. You choose to believe there is a God or not. Those that choose to believe in God have morals and principles because of that belief. The choice to not believe in a God is to choose Science. Which comes with natural order just the same. As a predator in the natural order of science what stops me from the joy of hunt or kill? There are no morals. Natural order. Survival of the fittest. Do not discredit highly intelligent, that is how weapons and traps were created.
Spot on with your comments! However truth is out there but hidden from us or quite possibly right in front of us as written in the bible but it is man who deceived mankind.
Man came about through evolution, the neanderthals for instance, were once believed to be of low intelligence, yet its been discovered they cared for their sick and injured. They also buried their dead and placed flowers with them. If god exists, which god is it? There is a plethora of gods to choose from. The most important question, though, is who created god if all things need a creator
@@escape808 it's the same thing Christian's holy book is bible so it's still religious and there is 4000 religions which just tells their own lore of god so there is no objective truth in that
@@escape808ah, yes. Here’s a few good ones Leviticus 26:29; God describes how he will punish people by making them eat the flesh of their own sons and daughters. Deuteronomy 2:32-35; God has the Israelites k*ll everyone in Heshbon, including children. Later in chapter 3:3-7, God commands they do the same to the city of Bashan. Judges 11:30-39; Jephthah burns his daughter alive as a sacrificial offering for God’s favor in k*lling the Ammonites. Jephthah is crazy for burning his daughter alive and God is crazy for allowing it. Child sacrifice is not moral. Exodus 21:20-21, Colossians 3:22-24, Ephesians 6:5, 1 Peter 2:18; God legitimizes slavery by saying it’s okay to own slaves and to beat them. Slaves are told to obey their masters just as they would obey Jesus, even if their masters are harsh. Man, so many great lessons and answers in there. Innit?
I became a deist years ago! I now feel so much better about myself because i have learn to take responsibility for my actions in life. Im not concerned about anyone else becoming a deist because life is a individual path we walk alone. Save yourself from yourself! But most importantly save other people fom yourself!!!! Accept your human nature as being absolutely what you are!! Its not something you can pray away and keep asking GOD a MILLION times to forgive you! Use your reason and common sense in life!! After all God created us to have this individual understanding when he gave us a conscience!
I used to actively abuse and hurt people for shits and giggles. He can, will, and does in fact need to change you. You are not good enough how you are. The very notion of believing you are, is the first flaw you need to overcome. Human nature is vile and self driven. If you remove comfort the man becomes a monster. Without fail.
@nicholasb4284 I have never done anything to hurt people just so I can laugh! You sound just like Saul who became Paul after he murder 1000s of people in the name of God!! Every person who ever lived knows that killing is wrong! You dont need a book to tell you that! The people who are doing the most killing in this world are Christians, Muslims and Judaism! And to correct you about desim! Desim is not a religion or a chruch! It's definition is a person who believes in GOD, but doesn't believe that. God does not communicate with anyone! When I mention human nature, I'm referring to a person's dark nature! Which you are right, it's vile! Your nature is you enjoy harming people physically and then laughing at them! You are a narcissist and a sadistic person. And you always will be!
I considered myself a Deist quite a few years . But the more I read the Bible specifically the New Testament the more i came to realize that it lacked discipline and accountability . It allowed me to be lazy and negligent we need to be accountable to something greater than ourselves greater than the culture greater than our society something that transcends human existence .
@@GnohmPolaeon.B.OniShartz Not good enough for what? How do you know whether someone is good enough? And how exactly is human nature different from God´s nature?
Same. I've been saying it my whole life. What if God created us and that's it? What if God created this universe and, in our world, evolution happened on its own? Which is what I believe. I feel like I'd be a fool to dismiss Evolution. For me, I feel like it would be just as dumb to dismiss space. The Earth is round, not flat. Maybe he is watching. Maybe Something is watching, maybe there is something more for our consciousness after death. Then again, maybe not. Maybe not. And maybe not.
Embarking on a journey from Christianity to deism was a profound shift for me. Recognizing a creator while embracing the uncertainty of life's mysteries without the constraints of organized religion has been liberating. It's an acknowledgment that some questions might remain unanswered, and that's okay - a departure from the need for absolute certainty that religion often demands.
Oh my word, it's weird that someone else has been on a Christian to Deist journey the same time as me. I thought I wanted something like Christianity in my life but I disagree with a lot of things about it but I have always felt the gaze of God from above and still do. Christianity literally means to be like Jesus and I can't even be 1% like him.
That’s a great perspective to have, since it allows one to maintain an open mind, and not blindly submit to a religion that claims to have all the answers. It is my belief that none of the religions or beliefs are accurate reflections of what god is.
I couldn't find God thru religion and I used to be very religious and did the whole street preaching thing and evangelizing but I still felt empty inside and dry so I looked for God in the wrong thing's such as alcohol and drugs and I became lost. I also looked into other religions such as Islam and read The Quran (a linguistic wonder beautiful book) but I still felt empty. It wasn't until I came to the end of myself and the end of my seeking and Surrendered to The Higher Will, only then did I find God and had a direct Mystical Experience of God. It was so powerful that my Life instantly changed!! God is beyond all human reasoning and greater than all understanding. The theologians know nothing! Instead of the Term God I use in place The Word 'Life' or I AM That I AM, or The Higher Will. Everything is God and all physically Reality and every atom and particle exists in God. We are all One!! I don't like the words Deist or Pantheist because these are just human terms and label's and man likes to label things and put things in groups.
This was a great read! I’m glad you found your truth and I totally agree with the term deist. It’s like I’m watching real time how groups are born. As long as humanity have beliefs systems in place there will always be conflict
Exactly. This is my definition of a good life. Do whatever you want without harming others and HELP others if you have the possibility. That's it. No fancy concepts, no flawed religions.
That's just about everything anyone needs to know, (self defense I would hope is an exception) especially the Christians who are not christ-like. Im not Christian, relax, just saying they need that ingrained into their skulls more than most. I subscribe to the basic "I DON'T KNOW", but have some inclinations at times to ancestry and natural spirituality..other days I say it's a waste of time. It's nice that we have community though, the trouble starts when we do gather... unless some bright ideas come to pass. Anyway, short, to the point, nice!!!
Another quick one, there are a ridiculous quantity of Christians here..they watched the video, then try to save us? Yeah already happened. Makes one think who are they really trying to convince 😅..de cualquier forma, que pasan un día bueno desde Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia 🇧🇴🇺🇲...!!!
you are indeed amazing, a unique specimen that is part of the universe and looks at the universe... now the odds are 100%. You are real. In a universe that wasn't finetuned for the potential of conscious life you would not look at the sky and think...
This line of thinking leads to existential dread. You exist because you have to exist. In order for the universe to be exactly as it is at this moment, you have to exist as you do. If you did not exist, then this universe, precisely _this_ universe, would not exist. The universe is infinitely complicated but ultimately deterministic and you are an integral, albeit miniscule, part of it.
finally found a name for this instead of just telling people "yeah so i believe in a greater being, a god, but I don't believe he impacts the world we live in, but maybe can somewhat have an impact on our hearts, like a spiritual awakening and that I view the bible as metaphor and a book of guidance rather than a book of factual history"
i'm muslims you guys don't understand we are in exam if you believe God exist and follow his messenger then congrats you just have to follow messenger and do what he is saying according to message his carry from god(allah) till death to success otherwise you will fail. actually God has no any benefits from your worships the one benefit from it are me, you and community if you don't follow the instructions of God(allah) you will be corrupted and won't have qualifications to make it heaven and its not end here and you will go to hell. actually praying make you good person in community and help you do other practices in community like helping each other, not harming each other...etc heaven only for those who believe in one God(Allah) only one god and have a qualifications like praying and helping each other.... etc. And beleive me or not allah told us in quran about people who will do the same things on this video the result is all goods they have done in their life before their death is worthless and they will go to hell and no second chance and as result eternal life in hell. I just kinda think god is life and inside my dna which gives its influence and if you seek it you’ll feel it and want it because it ends up being love…..in the purest form probably.
I am happy to hear that. It is an amazing thing to love God. But in the end, we should also become more and more like God every day. In John 14:15 God says “If you love Me, keep My commandments. " Like loving others, believing in Jesus Christ, etc. May God bless you.
I’ve just discovered what I am, I came to detest organised religion with its conflicts threats judgments and contradictions but I’ve always believed in a God, and why would a loving God confuse us with a kind of Russian roulette game then torture us? Their ALL convinced THEY are the true religion. great video. 👍
I have reconciled Isaiah 45:7 and have a 'Theodicy' that explains the Abrahamic writings and strips the inconsistancies from them. Read saying #114 in the Gospel of Thomas, which is about changing the way one 'thinks' - to think as a 'male' - with single focus and purpose. Now look at this... ♂️. "Pick up your cross ♀️ and 'follow me' ♂️. God 'created' (man) and gave access to ALL the 'trees'. Lord God 'formed' (man) and restricted us from the hypocrite tree - has two different kinds of fruit on it! Jesus was called LORD and the 'word'... thus He was as a walking and talking 'book'. Look at Isaiah 45:7 in the KJV and you'll see the 'formed/made' vs. what is 'created'. And yes... hidden right in our faces, for how long?? Shalom.
You know God has an unequal adversary right? A fallen high ranking angel. He goes by many names. Satan, Prince of this world, prince of the power of the Air, and also the " Father of lies. " I don't think God is torturing us. I also don't think God left us here without any instructions lol. So is it NO instructions? Or just all fake instructions? Satan and his compatriots, including humans and organized religions muddied the waters. It isn't God's fault. And He saw it coming " Trust not each spirit, but test it, to see if it is from God" " Many will fall away and practice doctrines of demons and have itchy ears listening to fables" I believe there are two types of principal spirits in this cosmos. Those from God. And those opposed to God. And they cannot hurt or touch God. Satan is not on the same playing field. God could take him out with the snap of a finger. Knock him overlike a domino, and He is going to. But the only way Satan can hurt God is by hurting His children and His creation. The end will come very soon. But then a new beginning. And evil will be gone.
PLEASE DO NOT... I repeat PLEASE... "DO NOT BLAME GOD" @joskevermeulen3271 - the problem is NOT with God... it is with the people that claim to 'know' Him. Do you realize that even the Bible says that Jesus should NOT have been crucified? 1 Corinthians 2:8 says so. Jesus came, was sent, or just 'knew' what the problem was and tried as hard as He could to 'fix' our misunderstanding of what these writings and 'words from God' are about and I mean REALLY about - and knew the importance of to a point of sacrificing Himself and becoming by His offering and out actions - the worse 'sin' that could ever be... murdering the person who is come to save you. These writings (scriptures and God) are about NOT involving yourself in someone elses 'problems' - UNLESS your intent is to help them get past it and to have enough control over YOURSELF as to know that you CANNOT control others... but that through love and understanding can help them to help themselves. These writings are to teach us about ourselves, and even to warn us in advance as to what will happen IF, and what HAS happened is that FEAR has taken over our relationship to GOD and instead of just trusting and having faith that HIS plan - and wirhin these writings - is so perfectly designed in that it will (and it surely will) work itself out via cause and effect, while we have in (sadly) a 'respectful fear' have attempted to 'help' it along and thus have become little more (or maybe a lot more) the 'devils' with which we skirt our own responsibilities and instead have an (invisible) excuse in which to blame our troubles on. God is in a certain way 'powerless' against our own 'free will' and the only power that He has over us is to provide a 'shadow of things to come' in and through the 'truths' of His promises and this is given to us as a 'beast' a 'book' that can guide us and CANNOT be fought against, as God ALWAYS wins. It's called 'truth' and all of our actions will bring upon us exactly what God has promised. You can call it superstition or whatever you want, but the facts are (and I have been screaming this for almost 4 years now) I am ejected from a church I paid money to build, and will be arrested if I even go on the property and the same pastor - who's name is actually Simon Peter oddly - has caused the alienation of all of my friends as well. But what I have been trying to point out is how by our (the whole f'n world) misunderstanding of this book and our corrupted devotion to it - we are not only missing out on simple things like control of diseases with EASE, but will also use that very same sword [Bible] to effectively destroy ourselves and WORSE is that it is ALL STATED PLAINLY that this is exactly how it will play out for us; and BETTER... all of it as we wait for someone to come FLYING out of the SKY to save us from all of what we JUSTLY deserve! I am NOT Jesus... but could I get ANYBODY to be able to hear and with some honesty LISTEN to what I can show AND prove, we would find ourselves humbled beyond our wildest dreams as to stand back and look at our history of destruction and as the GODS that WE have become 'like'... will in much sadness and grief realize and say... "What is this we have done???" Keep God out of the problem please unless we are doing the things that His WORD calls us to do, and without bias, self righteousness, and worse 'entitlements'. The ONE LANGUAGE we should speak is LOVE. And the ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT is called... a 'family'. And were it within my power I would take my belt off and administer a good set of 'spankings' to ALL of these 'teachers' of this 'book' as they know not what they have done, are doing, and will continue in doing unless someone can WAKE THEM UP. Our 'key' is in Isaiah 45:7 and the miserably worded but honest King James Version gets it RIGHT... "I FORM 'light', and I CREATE 'darkness'. I MAKE 'peace', and I CREATE 'EVIL': I the LORD do ALL these things." Notice something... the contrast with which comes between good stuff and bad stuff is HOW they are wrought, where darkness and evil are 'created' things and light and peace are things are FORMED and MADE. Now look at Genesis and we see that GOD creates everything and it's GOOD. Then LORD GOD shows up and things are made and formed - not created - and suddenly there are 'rules' to the game AND (suddenly) being 'naked' has become a 'problem'. Question: 'Who' is missing from the ultimate TRIO of DIVINITY? Answer: The LORD... but He shows up by Genesis 4 and then it's GAME ON BABY... we have murder and so on, and sow on, and sow on, and reap on, and sow on. Lesson? Evil CANNOT be destroyed as it is NOT a 'thing' of 'substance' or 'form'. But peace can be 'made' though it too is NOT a 'physical' thing either.. and thus comes the choice of WHICH (invisible) MASTER will you serve?? And you HAVE TO make that choice, because you can choose NOT to decide, but then you have lost your free will and THAT is an 'bad' decision. I can certainly correct all this 'crap' but sadly I will then be seen as either the promised messiah OR the anti-christ and at this point carelessly careless which it is that I am called (though I am certainly 'called').. just get me a mic and soapbox so I can show us how embarrassed we should be for all our righteousness and such. You have every right to be upset, but you've no right to be upset if you ignore and do not propagate what it is I have just told you, because EITHER WAY it works out... The words of Isaiah... "So shall he sprinkle many nations. Kings shall shut their mouths because of him, for that which has not been told them they see, and that which they have not heard they understand." In YOUR HEARING (reading) of this... THIS prophecy has been fulfilled. Shalom.
God has no religion "truth is higher than any religion" sectarianism & religion breeds discrimination tribalism hatreds see for yourselves i am speaking from experience & observation.
or let it stop you in believing, when does a belief become truth or a preferred bias or a lie? Did you conclude the sun is simply a candle in space or did you investigate? belief is the candle in space, no investigation or study
there is NO RELIGION. you want religion - you go accept anything you want, but if you want life, if you want home, you're lost, you're tired and you don't want to regret it when you die then you go to Jesus Christ. you guys are not for or from this world, there is no purpose, nothing to do. but you're still waking up in the morning to get this final choice, who you want to spend eternity with.
As a believer in Christ, Catholicism is unbiblical and controversial even within Christianity. I’d argue that every denomination has false teachings. I suppose you could say that I’m a non-religious Christian. I believe in the 10 commandments but I also believe that’s were saved by grace through faith and not of our own works. It’s something to think about.
My father was a minister. At an early age I had problems with the Christian religion. Logic made it hard for me to accept. Too many catch 22's. He forced me to go to church until 16 yrs of age. At which time he would allow me to make my own choice. I still believe that Christianity is the kindest of the three main religions. The Jewish religion is too race based and teaches superiority over all other races. Islam is too force based. So I settled on being agnostic. Though it did not really describe my feelings on the matter very well. Many years latter I came across Deism. I finally found a word that encompassed my feelings, reasoning and intellectual proclivities. The more I study anatomy, genetics, physics and so on. The more I am convince of the Deist philosophy.
Some fair points in there man. What are your problems with Christianity? Would love to continue the dialogue with you. You’ve raised some fantastic points!
The more I study anatomy, physics, etc is how I feel. All that exists and allows us to exist is so complex that there is no way all of us, the World, the Universe , and more complex subjects came about without some kind of grand design. Religious beliefs cause so much strife in the world and are so filled with contradictions that Deism is the only one that makes sense. How can Man alone know what the Creator wants? It's all he said she said if you think about it. Focusing on the facts and not magical thinking gives clarity that God(s) made this existence and does not interact with us nor perform miracles or future promises. It doesn't need too and people need to realize that in order to achieve true peace.
Great video. Deism is a great term and has a great history. So many people that call themselves “Christians” don’t understand or believe in the doctrines of Christianity and don’t want to- simply because it gives them no belief in God. And many people call themselves “Agnostic” but are basically just opposed to the irrational doctrines of a religion like Christianity.
*And many people call themselves “Agnostic” but are basically just opposed to the irrational doctrines of a religion like Christianity.* That's not really a reserved thing for agnostics, because there are plenty of "irreligious theists" who are also opposed to religions.
It's also how I see it as an agnost / deist. I want to know the truth of why I exist so desperately, or if there is a reason behind it at all. But God never answers no matter how often I pray nor to who I pray. Neither Christianity nor Islam tells me anything. I can't declare either position of "there is no higher being" or "there is a higher being". What I do know is that with our understanding of there not being a higher being responsible for the creation of the universe there is no explanation of how everything came to being. With the big bang you can just keep asking "and how did that happen?" in a row and you get at this point. That being said, it isn't required to have full knowledge of a topic for the topic to be true. It can exist without us ever understanding it. We just approximate ourselves to the objective reality based on our observations. The neutral position is therefore to say "I just don't know", which is where I am. I cannot fully explain either position. The burden of finding proof is on the side of making the claim but saying "there is no higher being" is just as much of a claim as saying "there is a higher being". The only way that it makes sense is for God to not intervene with our world. It's easy to rationalize as to why he would not want to. If God convincingly showed himself to all of us then in all likelihood atheists would not exist anymore and we'd all change our world entirely. If the plan is that the world goes to ruin and the believers are saved then the world doesn't even need to go to ruin because God could directly intervene with it how he pleases. I guess it makes more sense that the plan of the hypothetical God is already in motion, hence why he does not need to intervene. Likewise, he doesn't need to perform miracles and heal people because there is already heaven, which is more than good enough of a compensation for death on earth. I'm ultimately still an agnost and I am talking about something hypothetical, but at least to me it is definitely closely related.
@@dan5992it’s very strange that God doesn’t answer your prayers. For me, I always have to keep my heart close to God so he can answer my prayers. Prayers can be answered on the condition that your heart is pure, or closer to God. Also, you must not pray with bad intentions, such as to curse someone or to ask for vain things. Maybe that can help you. Your philosophy is very good, I don’t think God has abandoned you yet. Typically you don’t need to be religious to ask God for things, you just need to ask from the heart
@@dan5992 I don't believe in hell or heaven too, I believe that there's someplace where we came from to earth and go back again when we die, but it's unimaginable to the human mind since after and before life we don't have any physical sense. while we're alive I guess that we have to deal with some struggles instead of being healed. idk if this helps your argument, but yeah I tried to help, and these are my personal beliefs only.
Faith in Christ or Belief in Religion One gives us salvation freely, while the other says we must work for salvation. “Let’s explore why faith is freely given by God and why human religious efforts can fall short of salvation.” “Let’s see what the scriptures say.” James 1:26 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridle not his tongue, but deceives his own heart, this man's religion is vain. James 1:27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this: To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world. Notice here… “We are the body of the church.” [Church, congregation, assembly: a group of people gathered together. It can refer to the OT assembly of believers.] Acts 7:38 This is he, that was in the church in the wilderness with the angel which spake to him in the mount Sinai, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us. My comment: What Paul is saying here is that the whole congregation that was with Moses at Mount Sinai as a whole is the body of the church. …or a riotous mob: Acts 19:32 Some therefore cried one thing, and some another: for the assembly was confused; and the more part knew not wherefore they were come together. My comment: Once again, Paul is demonstrating that it is the people, not the building, that makes up the church. …but usually to a Christian assembly, a church as a totality: Ephesians 3:7 Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power. Ephesians 3:8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; Ephesians 3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: Ephesians 3:10 To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God. 2 Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness? My comment: Those who walk in faith in Christ as their Savior walk in the light of our Lord’s salvation. While those who follow after religion, as if that is what’s going to save them, walk in darkness-as attested to by our Savior Himself. Matthew 15:13 But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up. Matthew 15:14 Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch. 2 Corinthians 6:15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? 2 Corinthians 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. A Living Sacrifice 2 Corinthians 6:16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. My comment: I would now that you understand that the building that you so admire to worship in “is your idol.” A Living Sacrifice Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable worship. Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. 2 Corinthians 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. Salute the brethren which are in Laodicea, and Nymphas, and the church which is in his house. My comment: Religion is man-made to lure you away from faith in Christ, convincing you that the only way to salvation is through their religion by following the so-called anointed leaders of their religion, “who claim they can alone lead you to salvation.” If they can lead you to salvation without sacrificing themselves, pray tell: “What is the purpose of our Lord’s sacrifice?” If they teach anything less than, “faith in our Savior and hope in His coming Kingdom,” then be assured that they are “liars and workers of iniquity!” Please let me remind you why no man has the power to lead you to salvation. John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God. Ephesians 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. Ephesians 2:4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Ephesians 2:5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ (by grace ye are saved). Ephesians 2:6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: Ephesians 2:7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. My comment: If I may, let me help you understand what the word is saying to you in the scriptures of Ephesians 2:4-7. These next scriptures will explain it for you. 1 Thessalonians 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first. 1 Thessalonians 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 4:18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words. Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. My comment: “Have you ever thought about how Christ’s sacrifice replaces the need for religious ‘works’ by inviting us directly to God?” Romans 8:16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God. Romans 8:17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. My comment: Have you ever thought about how our Lord’s works on the cross have freed us from religion and its “works” by making us “righteous” in the eyes of the Father? “Christ restored us back to our Father.” Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. My comment: I hope it is becoming clearer to you how the leaders of religion set themselves up to make you believe that they can, by their teaching, save you. 2 Corinthians 11:15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God. Ephesians 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. My comment: We are already saved by the love and mercy of our Father through our Lord. Titus 3:3 For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another. Titus 3:4 But after that the kindness and love of God our Savior toward man appeared, Titus 3:5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Spirit. Titus 3:6 Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior. Titus 3:7 That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life. 1 John 4:7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. 1 John 4:8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. 1 John 4:9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. 1 John 4:10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 1 John 4:11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. 1 John 4:12 No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us. “In light of these scriptures, reflect on how God’s love and grace are already working in your life, leading you directly to Him through Christ.”
@@RachelWeeping You seek within with honesty and acceptance. You deal with the problems you find there. You separate yourself from your ego and your id by accepting them and taking responsibility for them. You realize that you can control them, rather than them controlling you and you work on molding them to serve you better through various practices that you find work for you. You try to think about the greater good in society and (more importantly) your community, but first you deal with your own problems and find the best version of yourself that you can. You do what you know is right with earnesty. Sometimes you will be led by some desire or inspiration. Sometimes you'll hit roadblocks. Sometimes syncronicities will happen that speak to you. But you watch and work every day to get closer to the witness within and eventually more will become clear to you. Religion may help, or it may not. Different religions have different things for different people, but also religion is not required... just drawing near to the witness and listening to the still small voice is all that you really need to do, and eventually things will become more clear. It takes work, but that is the path we all must follow, even if it varies greatly for each of us. It is, in essence, the same path. Religion is one tool, as is meditation, but they are not the only ones... just the most often accessable. You can criticise the tools in all the various forms they take, but they are not the point. The point is ineffable and only becomes clear as you pursue truth within. Also, not arguing for or against the pros and cons of various religions. It's obvious that religion is loaded with problems that its own doctrine makes it largely incabable of addressing, but that does not dismiss it's utility and importance in people's lives and ability to bring people together in their communities and sometimes promote the wellbeing of individuals in those communities.
@peterszenkowski7769 & @bigballcomedy: Shortcuts. 😁 There's nothing wrong with some chemical assistance of the right type, in the right setting, for the right person. Some well-taken lucy or deemsters can reveal hidden truths and adjust/disolve a misaligned ego in a spectacularly effective way, but there's also a chance it can exacerbate latent psychological issues or unravel one's personality in ways they're not yet ready to deal with. Having an experienced tripsitter or guide for a mushroom or ayahuasca trip is a less perilous way to get the benefits, especially for the unexperienced. Everyone's path is their own and must be explored for themselves as taught by the tao; psychedelics can be an important part of that but they aren't the only way either. I assert that while entheogens may help illuminate your path, they won't help you walk it. Actually doing the work is required and no amount of chemical assistance will get you the results this yields. For many, finding a daily practice, regimen, or ritual (of any sort that works for them) is important to get the results they are looking for, including growing in understanding of the ineffable nature of "God". Even the most basic practice of mindfulness can lead to insights.
Thanks for doing this video. I came out of religion at the age of 45 after being very involved in Christianity. I find it interesting how many time people both inside and outside religion try to understand "God" with information and reason. Either by reading religious texts or by scientific information, such as but not limited to Quantum physics. At 45 I realized that humans don't have a clue about most things so I went to the source. and I had a conversation with the one being or entity or source that would know. I started my conversation out like this "I am addressing the entity that is responsible for my soul and existence and not other God, being or intensity is allowed in this space. I asked questions and asked for guidance to understanding and mentioned that I hate living in ignorance and realized that I had been in so many areas. Well my life changed that day and had been a wonderful ride for 20 years now. I won't elaborate because of space and it won't even seem believable due to peoples beliefs but I have and do experience information coming to me in so many forms such as downloads, visitations, dreams, visions, and so many awesome "coincidences". Religion does not teach how to commune with the source of the universe and the Gods that they worship is not it. Source does not need to be worshiped. .
Going within direct to the Source is the road less traveled, but the most rewarding. Have also been on this path for awhile, and also receive a fair amount of information, though it seems like my inner guidance is trying to get me to use pure intuition more and more and have less sense/sensory oriented communication. In any case, at the center, one finds it is all about living, being, choosing, expressing universal, unconditional love as much as is possible for one connected to a human body, while not repressing the body/ego reactions, but redirecting them to a more expanded way.
Well said, Justinw! You have successfully and succinctly written my core belief system so well that I had to tell you. I've had a rather profound change of heart when it comes to my God/the Source, and your written statement couldn't be closer to my truth had I written it myself. Thank you ,Your Eloquence 😊
Silly rabbit, Trix are for kids. As more Christians try to figure out what's what, they turn to more none existent ploys about their lives and lifestyle... There's zero entities to how your spirit got here. It wasn't created in Heaven which is just another name for Satan/Jesus home Universe called the Sixth.. This is when I tell believers to go back into the Biblical text and understand all the codes.. If you know about the two alien species called Alpha Draconian Reptilians and Plaidians than you're 50% of breaking down any scriptures.. 1:1 doesn't mean just the chapter/verse location. It's talking about alien species and their home base which needs to be known to breakdown other secrets.. First and foremost you would need to know the true numerical system and not the Matrix plague 1-10 when zeroes doesn't even exist. 11-19 the only numbers that exist. When you can add them up, it points to directions in the Cosmos like a map. Early parts of the Jewish Bible talks about our Universe called the Ninth or 19th Universe. Same thing as what we call the #9.. Meta/Quantum physics and physical is all what makes reality, so you got that wrong. If you don't understand that than you won't understand anything starting with bloodlines.. You need Carbon in you in order to be special in this realm, universe galaxy etc. POC= Carbonated Being's that used to have a name by "colorful people". They can leave Carbon footprints because they're apart of Mankind. Humans aka European, Arabian or Asian can't leave anything behind. It matters just like Carbon aka Dark Energy Matter. You saying otherwise doesn't hold up in any scenario about the truth of this Universe.
This wasn't what I was expecting but still an interesting concept. I don't know if I would fully align myself with this path, but I think we all have a path to lead in our pursuit towards our Maker. I wish all of you blessings and love on your journeys.
Oh man, is so refreshing to see this part of society, where people actually use comprehension with each other and... you know... Respect? Y'all are beautifull.
I grew up Christian but after being exposed to other religions, such as Islam and African Tradional Religion I came to the belief that the different religions that exist are just man's various attempts at trying to explain/describe that which we call God and how he/it interacts with us as his 'conscious creations'. GOD does exist, and to me that's the most fundamental truth.
The idea of this is brilliant. I always asked myself: why would god want such a human thing that we call worship? If god is beyond such things, then why does god desire it?
God is ONE. Speaking personally, I like the feeling of other one's giving me praise on occassion. I don't ask for it, I don't expect it but if it happens it feels good.

I believe in Lord Jesus Christ however I have never and will never buy into religion. In the small city I live in there isn't 1 church who is focusing on the bible and God, nor are they sticking to the writings. It occurred to me long ago that each denomination of faith has twisted, changed or completely ignored the words, stories, lessons, parables or meanings in the Holy Bible. This is so sad because whether they are genuine Christians or not, it wasn't that long ago when churches were full of worshippers. When I find a genuine Christian church I'll be there🙏❤
This is where I am as well. I'm not really a deist because I am clearly a mainstream protestant Christian in belief and have a daily relationship with Jesus Christ, my lord and savior. But the churches are intent on glorifying their own agendas. Some of them are things Christ would probably approve of, but some aren't. And the bottom line is that Christ's name is being used to further worldly agendas not his own (which are very clearly explained in the gospels). So where does that leave me? I'm a Christian without a church. I lament that, but it's nothing I have the power to change without severe compromise. Maybe I have too high an expectation of church? After all, they are full of humans as flawed as I, so what else should I expect? Still, for my walk, I'm better off away from the worldly corruption even at the expense of the easy access to fellowship. Maybe that will change in the future? Only God knows.
I'm in the same boat, but I'm not sure that I'll ever return to church. I believe in communing with and worshiping God and I believe in Jesus Christ as God and Savior and I believe in the Bible as bits and pieces of history compiled together. But I don't believe in any man-made church doctrine. I can't call myself a Christian because I no longer agree with the structure of Christianity or the extraneous beliefs of Christianity. I guess I'm just a Believer.
Well Deist / Deism I was told by those supposedly in the know that I was either, an atheist or agnostic but what ever I have not believed in organized religion since my early teens , I'm a Deist . Good video !!!
As a Christian, I enjoyed learning about this. But the more I read the Bible and drive deeper into my faith, it resonates within me. None of us will ever truly understand the nature of God. But im grateful that more people are at coming to terms that there is a living God. Personally I believe God can intervene, and I dont shame or hate people who disagree. Interesting topic.
I was brought up Christian Catholic but lost my faith in manmade religion especially when much of the writings or books that should have been in the Bible have been left out, and it has been edited many many times. I also witnessed lots of hypocrisy among priests, pastors, preachers etc. So I set out on my course and beliefs and that does include a Creator who, IMO, can interfere, intercede and interact with human beings. I also believe that Creator has beings entrusted to interact/intercede with/for human beings. I don't know what category that would put me in lol. Many religions have commonality and initially teach to believe the same things, Judiasm, Islam and Christianity share many, but it seems that men, in their quest for power and authority over people and nations have rewritten their books and beliefs to achieve that. The hypocrisy is so abundant in today's society and especially within the conservative political circles. The United States was not established on Christianity as they falsely claim. Peoples beliefs should be personal and not forced upon others, nor should those beliefs be intertwined with Americas government. These opinions are my own. Everyone is entitled to theirs. Blessings to all of you.
I left Christianity as the bible is unreliable as it contains too many unfufilled prophecies, self contradictions and atrocities. Here's a sample. 1) End time Jesus said some of those standing with him shall not !see death till they see the son of man coming in his kingdom Matt 16:28 Jesus said this generation shall not pass away till all be fulfilled. Heaven and earth shall pass away but my words shall not pass away Luke 21:32-33 2) Temptation God does not tempt man James 1:13 God did tempt Abraham Gen 22:1 3) Earth Earth abides forever Eccl 1:4 Elements shall melt, earth and the works shall be burned up 2 Peter 3:10 4) power of god With god all things are possible Matt 19:26 Lord was with Judah, drove out inhabitants of the mountain but not inhabitants of the Valley because they had chariots of iron Judges 1:19 5) Sword Put aside your sword, for all who take sword shall perish with the sword Matt26:52 He that has no sword, let him sell his garment and buy one Luke 22:36 6) crucifixion They crucified him in the 3rd hour Mark 15:25 About the 6th hour, they crucified him John 19: 14-16 7) Jesus Jesus never answered Pilate and Pilate marvelled greatly Matt 27:13-14 Jesus answered Pilate John 18:33-34 8) Sins Everyone bear own sins. Sins not passed to another Deut 24:16 Sins are passed down to the 4th generations Exodus 20:5 All sin thru one man Romans 5:12 Children do not bear parent's sins Ezekial 18:20 Slaughter the children for their father's sins Isaiah 14:21:22 9) god God does not change Malachi 3:6 God does not lie and repent Numbers 23:19 The lord repented of the evil he thought of doing to his people Exodus 32:14 The lord put a lying spirit in the mouth of some prophets 1 kings 22:23 and god allows people to be deluded Thessul 2:11-12 though lying lips are a abomination to the lord Prov 12:22 New covenants given because first eternal covenants given to Jews were faulty Hebrews 8:7 10) Grace Man is saved through grace, not works Ephesians 2:8-9 By works a man is justified, not by faith alone James 2:24 11) Parents Honor thy parents Exodus 20:12 Death for disobeying parents Romans 1:29-32 Whoever does not hate father, mother cannot be my disciple Luke 14:26, Matt 10:34 12) Freewill Freewill in Christianity is a myth as shown in Romans 9:9-24 where things are predistined and mankind could be punished even for things out of their control. The list does not end here and anyone of the above is sufficient to prove the bible is unreliable. Since we cannot trust the bible on things we can see, all the more reasons we cannot trust the bible on what it says about things we cannot see.
@robblaettler4589- So do you believe Jesus is God & Savior who paid for your sins on the Cross through the shedding of His Sinless Blood? ____ Yes; _____ No
How do you feel about slavery? God loves it. Did you sacrifice your first born as required by the bible? Have you sold your daughters t be prostitutes? The more you read the bible the more you should turn away from religion.

Power back in prayer. Tell-A-Vision. The keys. When the Bible was being edited by the Pharisee and Sanhedrin, (who later took the titles Pope and the council of Cardinals) They deliberately broke the Lord's prayer when they instituted the translation in the Latin. They did, infact, turn our Father Creator into a fetch-/-vending machine. Thereby, leaving every part of it up to him. Hallow your own name, do your own will, restore your kingdom yourself. (Think about it.) What of this includes you? None of it includes you. Other than you being a sit on the couch recipient of his deeds, of course. Originally, Jesus had said it in the Greek. And here it is. Our Father who art in heaven. Thy name must be being Hallowed. (That means, you Hallow it.) They Will must be being done on earth as it is in heaven. (Guess who's on earth? You are. It's up to you to do his Will here.) Thy kingdom must be being restored. (Yeah, that's you again. And for the individual, it doesn't mean unto the whole world, it is generational. Lovingly, slowly, repetitively, patiently tell your children. Ten years, that's how long it takes to put it in their hearts. Remember, do not turn it into a weapon. Your neck, the mill stone and the sea.) Give us today, our tomorrow's bread. (The wisdom of Jesus, as though we stood beside him in the present tense.) Forgive us our failings as we forgive those who have hurt us. (Now, what I am writing here will make a lot more sense once you have read, keys to the Kingdom. If you have truly reconciled them unto your heart and forgiven them to the full measure, is this not the first time that this has come out of your mouth in all it's intended honesty? I'm betting it is.) Lead us away from evil, delivering us from its temptation as these are not that which you intended. (This may differ as I could not find the translation for accuracy.) Bottom line here is that you are a required part of the power pack. He goes before us and prepares the way. Is Simply this. You want or need a better position and pay. So, you pray unto the Father and he, because the Father is a mind, he is mentality, (the kybalion will explain this perfectly.) He reaches forth in thought, whispering to the hearts and minds of those who will assist you, to give you that which you have asked for. (In belief. Ask, believe and receive.)This requires you to do your part, go to work. Recognize that the Father wants a personal relationship with you, and he desires that you want one with him. That means, you have your part in this. Do your part. Now, remembering that our Father is a mind, he, when communicating with the prophets did this in visions. So, when you pray to the Father remember, the words are for you to build a vision with. In essence, Tell-A-Vision to the Father. Let him see it in your mind. Be clear, get precise, aim for accuracy. Now, in order for prayer to work, the the Father said, if you have anything against your brother go make peace, really. And you know as well as anyone, in this day and anger age, it's often unwise to do so, in person, that is. Follow the instructions below. The Keys to the Kingdom When one understands reconciliation to its fullest meaning, one understands forgiveness. Without reconciliation, forgiveness cannot stand. Reconciliation kills, on impact, all negative emotion. All of it, from your first breath, unto your last. The only emotion that reconciliation cannot defend itself against, is that of love. Love is energy, your soul is energy. So, if the adage, you are what you eat, is true, then the only thing feeding your soul is love and your soul will mature properly and become love in of itself, as we have been commanded, to become like our Father. Who, in of himself, is love. Vengeance is mine, said the Lord, because when you give him vengeance, he turns it into correction and saves his other child, if they will let him. Imagine how you are going to feel towards your enemy in heaven. If you can really imagine the truest form of that feeling, congratulations, those feelings have just transcended time and space. In essence, you asked, asked to see, that's prayer, you believed what you saw, you received it, you felt it. Again, congratulations, you just asked, believed and received. The Father creator loved us, reconciled us unto himself and forgave us. The steps matter. Unless reconciliation is first, forgiveness falls flat on it's face and dies. Forsake the parade. Go unto the Father yourself and take the walk of life with your hand in his. And consider this, with our Father, I truly believe it's, come as you are and I will change you as I need you. Start your commitment to him with these words if they suit you. Finish the statements. Here I am. I am willing. What is the truth? And you had better be sincere or it's going to fail. (Anger. Let us deal with this for a moment. If you are angry about something that happened three weeks ago, it's because, you have a muscle in your stomach, you know the one, that is a chemical junkie. This muscle was present when that particular memory was created and stored. And it calls out that chemical signature, and forces you to re-live that moment, so it can feed, you have not been angry in a long time, you been duped. And now that you know, what are you going to do, fake angry? As soon as you begin to feel angry about anything from the past, stop it. Just take a look around you, and know nothing happened to you today, unless it actually did. And if it did, that's the only thing you can be truly angry about.) (Do not invite the back stabber to your table, here. What they did matters, they, given the opportunity, will do it again. You have a date in heaven, see them there. Old people bring old habits.) (Live in reconciliation. Do not leave that state of being.) (Live in believe, of ask, believe and receive. This would have been better stated as, ask believe and be given. Recieving means to be given, therefore, it's not up to you to move beyond, believe. That's the Father's right and it also allows for recognition of his works and compassion. Also, Throw away the timer.) (Regarding Faith. Faith is simply loyalty. Loyalty to the fact that you asked, loyalty to the fact that you believed. Stay loyal, stay faithful. Or one might choose to see Faith from the vantage point of, staying true.) (As for the judgement room that we have all heard of, well, it may surprise you to learn that that room is in your head, and it's running constantly. We all have a piece of the Christ Consciousness in our minds. All of us. This is how silent prayer is heard. And anytime you do anything good or bad, your heart has an intention and emotional reaction. That intention and emotional reaction is what's being judged. And your judgement is handed down second to last breath. Because up until then you can change your mind about your intention to our Father. You can come to understand this better if you read the letters on the internet from nurses who have been presant for the death of those patients they have been charged to take care of. Worst death bed passings, you'll find them. And you will find good one's as well. This is why your sincerity in your commitment to the Father and to honesty with him are so very important.) (Do not end your prayers with, Amen. To you, this has always meant the prayer has ended. And in that, your right. It's over. End your prayers with, So Be It. This way the energy moves into the future. And it's the translation of, Amen, but in words that, as you understand, have a whole different meaning.) (Do not judge lest you be judged with the same measure. Meaning, when we judge we will be put in the same situation, doing the same thing that we were judging others for. Break all judgements through sincere intention. After all, people and situations change. So, let it be to you as this, "They are still alive." No further, for the Father has got this.) (Anxiety/Stagnation is common place with our Father. He gives us time for what he is teaching us to take it's place in our lives and become a living part of who we are before adding more of his wisdom to our mindset. If it were not so with man, what we learned would become buried under the new knowledge and become worthless.)

Jesus said, the god of this world is coming and when he had earlier met him him in the desert he said no to his offer of the world and did not argue when the jew god claimed ownership of earth. I have a video title that I will send you after this reply that will tell what the jews think about the rest of the world. I do not support Israelis at all. And the jews are most certainly isreali. They dangerous and highly corrupt for the most part. I believe whenever our Lord does any one thing, a series of other things occurred by consequence of his moving his hand. His infinite power simply cannot be contained. So, one reason we are here while the negative roams is too give us freedom to choose where we go. Some of us embrace the negative within and others embrace the positive. We could not accomplish this in his presence. At best, because of who he is, all we could do is reflect back the love that he gives. And since we are here, we might as well experience learnable things. His plan is not fractured, it's structured too accomplish much. I am not a Christian. I view myself as," a follower of the way." A Mystic, someone who is searching out the mind that is the creator before the flesh came into being. Thought had to exist before the word could be said. Before Christianity were termed, those that believed in our Lord and followed him were calling themselves, "of the way." I believe this was simpler because it was a spiritual exploration. Christianity/Catholicism turned it into religion because religion can be and is controlled.

6:08 this makes a lot of sense if you look at Genesis, God has a systematic design of creation that takes on a life of its own. The mechanics of life are built in at the very beginning of creation🧐
In naturalist, spiritual Deism, the cause is proven by logic. Cause set up the natural laws like a programmer and universe runs like virtual reality. Cause does not have to interfere for the virtual reality to work, as the rules for the reality are already set up by Cause just like programmer sets up the rules for virtual reality he created. But just like programmers, the cause reserves the right to interfere.
i have considered myself a deist for a number of years until i hear that my God does not intervene in the universe which is usually stated as part of being a deist. my belief is that this is largely true but God can intervene if he so wishes. i would think the creator of the universe can do whatever it wishes and so for that reason, i pray.
My mom asked me if I pray. I told her I often pray in gratitude, but never in asking. I believe the Creator does not do requests. Look into Mandelbrot, no enlightenment is complete without.
I think even God or source has to follow a natural law. If God could change the moon into green cheese, then nothing in science or in the universe would make any sense.
I believe in a sort of “prime mover” type of god, but I don’t know what “divine intervention” would even look like. People who claim to have “supernatural powers”, such as faith healers, can never do things that defy modern science. You always hear about people being healed of cancer, but you never see limbs or eyeballs grow back 🤷
There's a lot more to it than that. There are many complicated reasons, like fear of the future, like why am I here and what is my purpose, like control issues, like using people's faith to manipulate them, like resolution of guilt. And what about self righteousness. What about final and eternal condemnation?
I have had many spiritual experiences. I have also been in therapy for fourteen years due to PTSD created in child abuse. Never have I been told my spiritual experiences are symptoms of mental illness or PTSD. Though they were not only excluded as symptoms but on the contrary. That they are indeed spiritual experiences. Thats so cool for me. With that I suppose Im not a Deist.🎉
I used to think of myself as a skeptic, because i'm not an atheist but i don't follow any religion since i'm totally open to anything i might consider a religious experience that could convince me, it just hasnt happened yet. I was raised as a catholic but after studying various religions i chose not to be a catholic anymore. I prefer to understand most religions in depth as much as possible and take the best lessons for myself as a personal phillosophy while still being open, and in that endeavor i found that confucionism, phillosofical buddhism (not the religion) and taoism have made the most impact on my personal principles. So maybe this is something i can better identify as.
If you want to have both your heart and mind become a bit blown, as they say, then consider reading Sidney Kirkpatrick's meticulously researched biography of Edgar Cayce called, "Edgar Cayce: An American Prophet". The number of biographies about Cayce are probably now in the double digits, but this one is by far the most well written and extensively researched. And the author Kirkpatrick went into it not only a complete skeptic of Cayce, but of all things spiritual, religious, metaphysical, nonphysical, and psychic (he was an atheistic materialist). By the time he had finished the research part of the project, he had a belief system crash and had to admit to himself that Cayce had been the real deal. There was just too much verification of information received by Cayce, to ignore and write off. The guidance that came through sleeping Cayce, outlines a larger philosophy that is like a fusion of Christianity, Buddhism, Confucionism, Taoism, Hinduism, and some of the philosophies of some of the Greeks like Plato, etc. That is because truth and objective reality, is beyond any single codified belief system and the perception of any one individual (except maybe one who had been human). Would also recommend Robert A. Monroe and some of the individuals that were connected to him and his institute (like Rosalind McKnight, Bruce Moen, Tom Campbell, etc). Monroe was a person who applied scientific type principles, application, and probing to his nonphysical experiences. He wasn't interested in human dogma and belief systems, but wanted to get beyond these and base his "beliefs" on directly experienced knowns and perceptions. (Monroe was someone who later in life, started to spontaneously have out of body experiences when he previously had no spiritual, religious, nonphysical, metaphysical type beliefs or even leanings. Like Kirkpatrick, he started out an atheistic materialist. After his OBE's started, he ended up writing 3 books over 3 decades about his nonphysical experiences and explorations--each book was spaced about a decade apart, and the last one got published not long before his body gave out and he left this level/dimension). Cheers

Learning to have morals, ethics, integrity and learning how to treat yourself and others with respect requires wisdom from knowledge and experience. No one thing has all the answers. Never has done and never will do.
Accepting God without religion is FAR better than accepting no god at all - But even so, organized religion does indeed serve a purpose, enabling a comradery among believers who accomplish much good outside their own enclave. Good religion serves others, and evil religion is self serving. Good religion follows the example of God ... and evil religion follows the example of men. No religion teaches evil things, but plenty of them reach erroneous things. But when any adherents follow God's example, nothing goes wrong. Either the listeners will disregard the message, or they will adhere to it.
First time on your channel as I'm trying to overcome the nagging guilt of not wanting to go to church anymore. My belief, I feel, is stronger since I speak to God directly & ponder deeply about things. . Thank you for this video
This was a very good video. Me and my brother always talked about god/science and everything between. Even tho our parents hate it😂 but never knew deism was a thing
Absolutely, without a doubt the most important video I’ve ever watched. We aren’t capable of understanding God and have no business telling others what He wants. If you help others and forgive all, there’s a pretty good chance you’re doing all that He expects of you.
Completely disagree. We are capable of understanding God for that is what He made us to do. It requires Him changing us so we can believe. You must be born again.
It. God is an it. It is so alien to us that to call it anything is an exercise in hubris. Whatever it is, or isn't, or could be, or was, is totally beyond our capacity to uncover. All we can do is waste our time and effort guessing. We would be better served trying to understand the universe than pretend we can peek behind the curtain of "god"
@@heckinbasedandinkpilledoct7459 God offered the evidence to all but "proof" is the accepting of the evidence. It is the accepting that God facilitates with faith. Without faith one cannot discern spiritual matters.
While I do believe in a God, I do not associate myself with any form of religion. However, I do believe there is still an afterlife (A heaven and a hell if you will), souls and spirits exist in all living things (from the smallest insect to the very planets themselves) and that for certain instances, the higher power that created the universe billions of years ago and let evolution and survival play out DOES interact with all sentient beings (That is creatures with the strongest souls, i.e. humans and mammals) from time to time to "check in on us" now and again. Maybe one day, we will know the truth of whether there is a God or not... Right now, I am currently going through a lot in both my mind and in my household, as my entire family is of Christian belief and I am the only one who is not. I feel at times that I'm on my own and that speaking to this Universal Creator helps when I feel like I'm at my lowest... though maybe that's for the best. I also came up with my own concept for defining a God in scientific understanding: An interdimensional being of pure light energy. What do you think? I will accept any comments!
I really like that description - I would add 'love' to the description. Without love, it's all pointless. It's the one emotion that redeems humanity from barbarism.
I guess my beliefs, i.e. working hypotheses, are distinct enough from deism that I would describe myself as a Pantheist or Omnitheist. I was raised as a Christian, going to many different churches with various parents, stepparents, aunts/uncles/cousins/siblings/stepsiblings, and grandparents. When I was around I about 16, I read the NeoTech Discovery and in the section on religious ideas, I felt the old beliefs fall away and I was an atheist (closeted) for several years, but retained an interest in spirituality. After several years, I thought of myself as more of an agnostic, believing that many things are explainable and that religion is widely used as a tool of control, while also having many social and communal benefits. In 2016, I first discovered Neville Goddard after having listened for some time to various channeled lectures, such as those by Abraham Hicks, Bashar, and Kryon. Neville’s take on Christianity was like nothing I had ever heard before, and it has always resonated with me very strongly, though I feel I have never managed to get very good at his methods of manifestation, or for that matter any spiritual methods I have attempted, but it nevertheless guided my path and I was happy to reunite with my original beliefs in a way that made far more sense to me! In October of 2020, I experienced many synchronicities and events, one being where I was on my computer working, talking to customers, and I/my computer started taking screenshots for a very long time which created a sort of spiraling fractal recurrent loop sort of thing, alongside a blissful feeling of ego death wherein I felt one with God, the Universe, everyone, and everything, past, present, and future. It was like switching to cruise control while driving, being possessed by God itself, going on autopilot, where thought, speech, and movements felt effortless, spontaneous, and like a blissful dance with my environment in any situation I was in which lasted at least until the end of 2020 or so before I returned to baseline. Leading up to these experiences, I had been praying for a sign that I was on the right track, but moreover a firsthand experience that I could not deny or explain away as anything other than absolute proof of God, and my prayers were most definitely answered! ❤
IM A CHRISTIAN ✝️ If God is the same yesterday, today and forever, then why is it that Yhwh and Yeshua are polar opposites!?? Both Malachi 3:6 and Hebrews 13:8 declare that God is the same always and never ever changes. He is always good, always loving, always all-powerful. No matter how this world changes around us, we can trust God is consistent. He is the same yesterday, today, and Forever! Yhwh and Yeshua are polar opposites. But even Christians are absolutely convinced they're one and the same. Yhwh is a physical being on Earth. Yhwh is not the Father Yeshua spoke to us about. If you're going to say Yhwh is God, then you're left with a mountain of contradictions. Yhwh and Yeshua are polar opposites! Exodus 15:3 “The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name.” REVELATION 12:9 KJ21 And the great dragon was cast out - that serpent of old called the Devil and Satan, who deceiveth the whole world. He was cast out onto the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. "Who Deceiveth the Whole World" Not just one group. But The Whole World! Think about that. The jews/Isrealites were worshipping Yhwh/Satan 1 Kings 22: 23 23 Now therefore, behold, the Lord hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets, and the Lord hath spoken evil concerning thee. 2 Corinthians 3:14-18 King James Version (KJV) but their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ. But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart. The vail is lifted in the reading of the words of Yeshua. (Jesus) The Vail remains to this day in the reading of Moses. Why? Because Moses/Jews/Isrealites were deceived by Yhwh/Satan. Isaiah 5:20 King James Version 20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! The Deceived see Satan as God and Evil as Good. Apologetics is making excuses for the evil actions of Yhwh in the Old Testament. But they are really defending the evil actions of Satan. Hosea 13:7 Yhwh/Jahovah says.... “Therefore I will be unto them as a lion: as a leopard by the way will I observe them:” Hosea 13:8 “I will meet them as a bear that is bereaved of her whelps, and will rend the caul of their heart, and there will I devour them like a lion: the wild beast shall tear them.” Revelation 13:2 “And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear (Tear) and his mouth as the mouth of a lion (Devour) the Dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.” Leopard, Bear (Tear) Lion (Devour) The Dragon gives him his throne and authority! Yeshua says... Peter 5:8 - Be sober. Be vigilant. For your enemy the Devil is like a roaring lion looking for whom he may devour. John 1:17 King James Version 17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. John 8:19 “Then said they unto him, Where is thy Father? Jesus answered, Ye neither know me, nor my Father: if ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also.” John 8:40-44 King James Version 40 But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham. 41 Ye do the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God. 42 Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me. 43 Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word. 44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. Yeshua came to reveal the true Father but the Jews/Isrealites wouldn't listen. Instead they rejected Yeshua and handed him over to the Roman's to be Crucified. Yeshua came to redeem/free them from the Curse of Yhwh. You don't get redeemed from something good, you get redeemed from something bad. Nothing bad comes from Yeshua/Father. Yeshua told them "they are of their father the Devil". Hebrews 2:14-15 King James Version 14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; 15 And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. See, the Devil had the power of Death until Yeshua came along and took it from him rendering him Powerless. Yeshua took the keys from Satan when he was in Hades. Yhwh/Satan killed millions in the Old Testament. Yhwh/Jahovah = Dwells in thick darkness. Yeshua/Father = Dwell in unapproachable light Yhwh/Jahovah = Eye for an Eye Yeshua = Love your Enemy Yhwh/Jahovah = Brought sickness Yeshua = Healed the sick Yhwh/Jahovah = Killed Yeshua = Saved Yhwh/Jahovah = Commanded the Isrealites to kill neighboring Nations Yeshua = Love your neighbors as I have loved you God is the same yesterday, today and forever. Yhwh/Jahovah and Yeshua/Father are polar opposites. How hardly anyone has caught on to this is beyond me. It's blatantly obvious when you read the Bible. Luke 9:54-56 King James Version 54 And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did? 55 But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of. 56 For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them. And they went to another village If it was god/Father who rained down fire in the Old Testament, then why did Yeshua rebuke them and say "ye know not what manner of spirit you are of" ?? Yeshua wouldn't Contradict himself or the Father. So manner of spirit was Yeshua talking about? The Spirit of Satan! Genesis 3:8 “And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.” Exodus 33:11 “And the LORD spake unto Moses face to face, as a man speaketh unto his friend. John 5:37 “And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape.” Yeshua said no man has ever seen or heard the Father at any time! Therefore Yhwh isn't the Father. Yhwh/Jahovah is the Angel who gave the law. Again! 2 Corinthians 3:14-15 King James Version 14 But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ. 15 But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart. Wake up! You cant trust the reading of the old Testament. The word of the true Father and the lies of Satan are intertwined! The Bible only becomes clear through the Reading of Yeshua! You must read the Bible through the Lens of Yeshua!
PROOF OF CREATION/INTELLIGENT DESIGN! The supposed globe has a radius of 4000 miles. Therefore the curvature should drop at a rate of 8 inches per mile squared. Yet we see ships, shorelines, skylines and mountain ranges from impossible distances. The Elevation, Distance, and 8 inches per mile squared, are all factored in. We only need 3-5 miles to prove there's no curvature. 8×3 miles squared ÷12=6ft of curvature drop. If you stand on a shoreline and watch a ship disappear "over the horizon" with your naked eye, then look through a high powered zoom lense or telescope, you can pull The ship back into view, top to bottom, hull and all. Why? Because the horizon isn't curvature. It's perspective. Limit of one's vision with the naked eye from sea level. If you stand in the centre of 100+ square miles of flat ground, you will see a horizon about 2-3 miles away in every direction 360 degrees around you. Why? Because the horizon isn't curvature. It's perspective. Limit of one's vision with the naked eye from ground level. I've seen the "Ocean of Heaven" seemingly suspended in the sky above with my own two eyes. Consistent with Ancient Hebrew Cosmology. It's a closed system. "Outer Space" is water. There were thousands of "U.f.o's" in or above the Ocean outside the Firmament. Want proof of the firmament? No problem! TH-cam - Sprites .... Slow the video down and watch in slow motion. You'll see the Lightening strike and ricochet off of the firmament above creating Sprites. Backflips on harnesses. Space walks are done in underwater studios. Deep diving suits. Etc I've also seen the flower of life all over my walls, ceiling and floor in my apartment. Why would I see the flower of life all over a man made construct? Because we are the Sims! Physicists say they found computer code embedded in the equations we use to describe the cosmos. Suggesting we more than likely live in a computer simulation. Atoms behave differently when being observed (Double Slit Experiment) Atoms are 99.99 % empty space. Therefore physical matter doesn't actually exist on a subatomic level. My theory/hypothesis based on everything above... ? We live on a a stationary plane with a firmament above within a virtual reality. Atoms are pixels projecting 3D images in a 4D realm. Our bodies are Avatars. Yeshua is Gods Avatar 🙏 ✝️
When people ask me about my religion I tell them that I am more spiritual than I am religious. I believe in the almighty creator and I believe that you can commune with him but I don't necessarily believe that you have to be in a house of worship. I guess that would make me a Deist.
No, it doesn't. Clearly, you do not understand deism. And Christianity is not religion. It's reality. You don't have to be in a church or any particular place or affiliate because faith, not religion, is the true metric, and there is only one way. That's through Jesus Christ. Jesus said that wherever two people worship together there God is. You don't need a physical church. The true church is within you.
@@lambornpeter3922 Faith in Christ or Belief in Religion One gives us salvation freely, while the other says we must work for salvation. Ephesians 2:6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: Ephesians 2:7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

Thanks for the interesting video. I think I am a deist, although I never heard the word before your video. I share the values of Christianity, but I've always struggled to believe in various strands of the Christian doctrine. Also, I have never been convinced that Jesus was the son of God, although I do think he was a charismatic leader who wanted to help humanity, and who had supernatural gifts. So, maybe I can call myself a Christian value led deist, if anyone asks. 🙂(They won't, but I like this label.)
Jesus is proof of a higher existence. Jesus shows up in many things and the main purpose is to get anointed, fire up your glands a divine WiFi so to speak. Jesus in the Bible may never existed. I see a lot of deism in new age spirituality, like spirituality is like an accumulation of all religions but in a disorganized way, and I feel like this is how a lot of us feel, most religions were to restrictive in practices so we left, we love the insight that eastern religions give us while still worshipping the ideals of the old gods like the Norse, Greek, and Egyptian, we believe in them all depending on the person since it is disorganized religion, but also a lot of us believe in a creator, one above all that created it all, but does not interfere with our day to day lives, but we also believe that some can communicate with the parted as mediums, for example, I am clairaudient, I hear ringing in my ear when messages appear and when I was young, I heard voices calling my name, not schizo, but like genuine voices, but like it’s other souls on the other side, not god if that makes sense, like nobody can talk to god themselves, its always a departed soul, so it’s weird and everybody is different in beliefs cuz it’s a disorganized religion with no central pillar of this is right and this is wrong
I'm curious how a deist would view things like the afterlife. Of course a creator does not guarantee an afterlife, but if a creator exists outside of our perceived world, then the idea that we might reach that place after death must be easier to arrive at. But at the same time, if you don't believe God intervenes in any way, it's also easy to rationalize that there is no reason to believe that we, created by chance and circumstance, would inherently have anything like 'a soul' that would be able to exist wherever the creator would.
As a Deist, my understanding is that we make no assumptions that there is because there is no proof. The real only belief is that we were created and the result of a cause and we are the effect.
I am a free Christian.Since my wife passed away in 2015 I live an ascetic life in the middle of the Amazon jungle. I don't recognise any religious hierarchy and I never go to church. Except for a wedding invitation or to attend a funeral. I find comfort in a song my daughter Fabiola Carmelita performs called jealous of the angels. Because I believe in the afterlife.
As a new Ex Muslim , I struggle with the concept of losing deity, but I still strongly believe that humans, by nature, seek a higher companion they can rely on during moments of weakness. Without this fundamental need, religions would never have emerged. Since childhood, I have held onto an innate sense of spirituality. I never liked the Islamic god, yet I always felt the presence of a higher companion whom I could turn to with my wishes and dreams and whom I saw in everything beautiful. I assumed this was the Islamic god until I studied and delved into this religion, discovering the ugliness within as it truly is. This may explain the overwhelming happiness that blankets Islamic countries these days-hahaha. I feel somewhat proud that I can now express myself in this way. I used to fear speaking up and kept my thoughts inside, fearing God's wrath, but now I am freer than ever before.
if a deist relies on reason and science... a lot of the "science" we are taught is flawed by the very definition of the word. Just my opinion. I may be a fringe element. (but thanks for the video. still watching).
@@FreakAboutSims3 thank you for any help I can get. but to my original point, I would hope we agree that "science" is provable by repeated testing. If it fails even once, it is not science - it is theory.
@@disciplemike1 That's what science is and it's clear you do not understand what "theory" means. A theory is something that has been repeating tested. If it fails then it's no longer a theory. An idea is an hypothesis which is what most people mean when they incorrectly use the word "theory."
I would put myself as an agnostic with deist leanings. I believe in a higher power who created and made this universe with a logical order. My diversion with the deist thinking is that I still hold on to the hope of some sort of justice either here or in the next life. The idea of we were just created and then abandoned doesn't quite resonate with me. I really don't need some religion and its adepts trying to guide my spiritual journey. If someone uses the platform that their religion gave them to be a better person, then I'm in no position to tell them to stop or that I'm somehow right. No particular religion sticks out as better but having lived in five countries over the past decades, I have seen individuals of many faiths who have done inspiring things. Those who use their religion to harm, look down on or bully, they can collectively get stuffed.
Praise the Lord our God. My best friend, the most trustworthy. Why would I need religion when I have my Master, Master of everything and all. I love you. I trust you. I am sorry. I serve you. I thank you.
I went to a Catholic school where we had to learn of all religions. I have friends of many different beliefs. I had an ex who was a christian but was the most judgemental woman and used the "why aren't you religious? Why don't you go to church with me? Why don't you believe in my religion? " I told her simply, "it's too selfish to choose a religion. Do i believe in a higher power? Yes, but choosing a religion ultimately says that that religion is above the other religions, and that itself is selfish. Which your religion preaches, not to be selfish and put others before you." She looked at me, shocked and never spoke religion to me again.
GOD is so so soooo much bigger than any of us realise he doesn't require you to convert to a specific Religion or Church to have a relationship with him he is everywhere and everything. GOD bless you all sincerely 🙏
I grew up in the Christian sect and could never understand why their god always needed reminders and cash. The "belief" is based on an all knowing, all seeing "father" that has a pefect and unquestionable plan yet if a believer has something in their life they wanted, ie a sick loved one or wanted to have a circumstance like getting a job or affording some kind of thing, the believer had to "pray" to have that come true. They also espouse that this "father" loves them but will destroy them in fire if they fail to abide by a set of rules that are impossible to keep. When they break these rules, they have only to appologise and they are forgiven. They continuallybreak these rules and appologise until they die and then this"father" is begged by his son, who lived among us and acts as an attorney to get these people into an after death world that is only beauty and good. Seens like this "father" is not only forgetful and abusive but why, if he created the Universe, does he need money? It all sounds like an excellent way to control vast amounts of people thru fear and intimidation and make money for their leaders that somehow deserve better lives than them.
I'd like to agree with David Hume's argument on religion being a psychological fear of the unknown because modern day relgion tends to propagate the fear of the Devil and hell as a reason for worshipping God instead of the original reason which is to build a personal relationship with God that would reflect from your life to others through Jesus Christ our Lord
My favorite on the subject is that the supreme court ruled that it's not legal for a judge to mandate sy to AA. "The law does not discriminate between religion and spirituality."🙂
I’m an Absurdist. To think we could even imagine a God capable of creating/altering our reality is BEYOND our ability to even imagine just like the word “infinite”.
This really rings true and sounds like the exact place I find that I am in. Wether a creator or the big bang theory, having that belief without the religion part makes perfect sense. As they have said so many times in videos how the Bible is based on translation and interpretation of things and how they picked and chose what to accept and what to not include based on their beliefs.
The Creator is so beyond our own understanding as humans that it seems silly to dictate what it wants or doesn’t want from us.
As a human you naturally know what's good and bad. That's all you need to know. God has prepared everything for us.
This to me is one of the most profound truths

The argument of how we became is no longer an argument. It is a choice. You choose to believe there is a God or not.

It's an acknowledgment that some questions might remain unanswered, and that's okay - a departure from the need for absolute certainty that religion often demands.

I'm so glad to finally have a word for my beliefs. This explained everything I believe
I get up every morning, look at the sky and think what were the odds of me existing? This is all amazing and so am I. Thanks.
you are indeed amazing, a unique specimen that is part of the universe and looks at the universe...
now the odds are 100%.
The odds?... 100%....since God knows all....

you guys don't understand we are in exam if you believe God exist and follow his messenger
then congrats you just have to follow messenger and do what he is saying according to message his carry from god(allah) till death to success otherwise you will fail.
actually God has no any benefits from your worships the one benefit from it are me, you and community
if you don't follow the instructions of God(allah) you will be corrupted and won't have qualifications to make it heaven and its not end here and you will go to hell.
actually praying make you good person in community
and help you do other practices in community like helping each other, not harming each other...etc
heaven only for those who believe
in one God(Allah) only one god
and have a qualifications like praying and helping each other.... etc.
And beleive me or not allah told us in quran about people who will do the same things on this video
the result is all goods they have done in their life before their death is worthless and they will go to hell and no second chance and as result eternal life in hell.

Fact
I am happy to hear that. It is an amazing thing to love God. But in the end, we should also become more and more like God every day. In John 14:15 God says “If you love Me, keep My commandments. "
Like loving others, believing in Jesus Christ, etc.
Shalom.
Yes I agree. Madness!
You know God has an unequal adversary right? A fallen high ranking angel. He goes by many names. Satan, Prince of this world, prince of the power of the Air, and also the " Father of lies. "
I don't think God is torturing us. I also don't think God left us here without any instructions lol. So is it NO instructions? Or just all fake instructions?
Satan and his compatriots, including humans and organized religions muddied the waters. It isn't God's fault. And He saw it coming
" Trust not each spirit, but test it, to see if it is from God"
" Many will fall away and practice doctrines of demons and have itchy ears listening to fables"
I believe there are two types of principal spirits in this cosmos.
@@joskevermeulen3271 - hey man I had to correct some spelling and gramar errors... reposting. Thanks for your understanding and consideration.
PLEASE DO NOT... I repeat PLEASE...
"DO NOT BLAME GOD"
@joskevermeulen3271 - the problem is NOT with God... it is with the people that claim to 'know' Him.
"What is this we have done???"
Keep God out of the problem please unless we are doing the things that His WORD calls us to do, and without bias, self righteousness, and worse 'entitlements'.
I MAKE 'peace', and I CREATE 'EVIL': I the LORD do ALL these things."
Notice something... the contrast with which comes between good stuff and bad stuff is HOW they are wrought, where darkness and evil are 'created' things and light and peace are things are FORMED and MADE.
Kings shall shut their mouths because of him,
for that which has not been told them they see,
and that which they have not heard they understand."
In YOUR HEARING (reading) of this... THIS prophecy has been fulfilled.

Me too.
Yes Deism cuts to the chase
It’s definitely the philosophical foundation for Abrahamic religions!
I believe only one God creator of everything, this goes beyond religion and understanding of man.
*And many people call themselves “Agnostic” but are basically just opposed to the irrational doctrines of a religion like Christianity.*
That's not really a reserved thing for agnostics, because there are plenty of "irreligious theists" who are also opposed to religions.
Faith in Christ or Belief in Religion
One gives us salvation freely, while the other says we must work for salvation.
“Let’s explore why faith is freely given by God and why human religious efforts can fall short of salvation.”
“Let’s see what the scriptures say.”
James 1:26
If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridle not his tongue, but deceives his own heart, this man's religion is vain.
James 1:27
Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this: To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
Notice here… “We are the body of the church.”
[Church, congregation, assembly: a group of people gathered together. It can refer to the OT assembly of believers.]
Acts 7:38
This is he, that was in the church in the wilderness with the angel which spake to him in the mount Sinai, and with our fathers: who received the lively oracles to give unto us.
My comment: What Paul is saying here is that the whole congregation that was with Moses at Mount Sinai as a whole is the body of the church.
…or a riotous mob:
Acts 19:32
Some therefore cried one thing, and some another: for the assembly was confused; and the more part knew not wherefore they were come together.
My comment: Once again, Paul is demonstrating that it is the people, not the building, that makes up the church.
…but usually to a Christian assembly, a church as a totality:
Ephesians 3:7
Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power.
Ephesians 3:8
Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;
Ephesians 3:9
And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:
Ephesians 3:10
To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God.
2 Corinthians 6:14
Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness?
My comment: Those who walk in faith in Christ as their Savior walk in the light of our Lord’s salvation. While those who follow after religion, as if that is what’s going to save them, walk in darkness-as attested to by our Savior Himself.
Matthew 15:13
But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.
Matthew 15:14
Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.
2 Corinthians 6:15
And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
2 Corinthians 11:14
And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
A Living Sacrifice
2 Corinthians 6:16
And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
My comment: I would now that you understand that the building that you so admire to worship in “is your idol.”
A Living Sacrifice
Romans 12:1
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable worship.
Romans 12:2
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
2 Corinthians 6:17
Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.
Salute the brethren which are in Laodicea, and Nymphas, and the church which is in his house.
My comment: Religion is man-made to lure you away from faith in Christ, convincing you that the only way to salvation is through their religion by following the so-called anointed leaders of their religion, “who claim they can alone lead you to salvation.” If they can lead you to salvation without sacrificing themselves, pray tell: “What is the purpose of our Lord’s sacrifice?”
If they teach anything less than, “faith in our Savior and hope in His coming Kingdom,” then be assured that they are “liars and workers of iniquity!”
Please let me remind you why no man has the power to lead you to salvation.
John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Ephesians 2:8
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.
Ephesians 2:9
Not of works, lest any man should boast.
Ephesians 2:4
But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
Ephesians 2:5
Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ (by grace ye are saved).
Ephesians 2:6
And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
Ephesians 2:7
That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.
My comment: If I may, let me help you understand what the word is saying to you in the scriptures of Ephesians 2:4-7. These next scriptures will explain it for you.
1 Thessalonians 4:16
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first.
1 Thessalonians 4:17
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
1 Thessalonians 4:18
Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
Ephesians 2:10
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
My comment: “Have you ever thought about how Christ’s sacrifice replaces the need for religious ‘works’ by inviting us directly to God?”
Romans 8:16
The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God.
Romans 8:17
And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
My comment: Have you ever thought about how our Lord’s works on the cross have freed us from religion and its “works” by making us “righteous” in the eyes of the Father? “Christ restored us back to our Father.”
Acts 4:12
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
My comment: I hope it is becoming clearer to you how the leaders of religion set themselves up to make you believe that they can, by their teaching, save you.
2 Corinthians 11:15
Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
Ephesians 2:8
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.
Ephesians 2:9
Not of works, lest any man should boast.
John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
John 3:17
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
John 3:18
He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Titus 3:3

1 John 4:8
He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
1 John 4:9
In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.
1 John 4:10
Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
1 John 4:11
Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
1 John 4:12
No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
“In light of these scriptures, reflect on how God’s love and grace are already working in your life, leading you directly to Him through Christ.”

How does one "find" God?

There's nothing wrong with some chemical assistance of the right type, in the right setting, for the right person.
Source does not need to be worshiped. .
Well stated. I dig it. Have you thought about writing a book?

When I find a genuine Christian church I'll be there🙏❤
Organized religion is for sheep, as only sheep need a pastor 😐

Freewill in Christianity is a myth as shown in Romans 9:9-24 where things are predistined and mankind could be punished even for things out of their control.

I don't go to a church. Don't call myself a Christian.
But I 100 percent believe and know there is a God and Creator.
I'm happy with the crumbs and thankful.
(That means, you Hallow it.)
They Will must be being done on earth as it is in heaven. (Guess who's on earth? You are. It's up to you to do his Will here.)
Thy kingdom must be being restored. (Yeah, that's you again. And for the individual, it doesn't mean unto the whole world, it is generational. Lovingly, slowly, repetitively, patiently tell your children. Ten years, that's how long it takes to put it in their hearts. Remember, do not turn it into a weapon. Your neck, the mill stone and the sea.)
Give us today, our tomorrow's bread. (The wisdom of Jesus, as though we stood beside him in the present tense.)
Forgive us our failings as we forgive those who have hurt us. (Now, what I am writing here will make a lot more sense once you have read, keys to the Kingdom. If you have truly reconciled them unto your heart and forgiven them to the full measure, is this not the first time that this has come out of your mouth in all it's intended honesty? I'm betting it is.)
Lead us away from evil, delivering us from its temptation as these are not that which you intended. (This may differ as I could not find the translation for accuracy.)
Bottom line here is that you are a required part of the power pack.
He goes before us and prepares the way. Is
Simply this.
The Keys to the Kingdom
When one understands reconciliation to its fullest meaning, one understands forgiveness.
And if it did, that's the only thing you can be truly angry about.)
(Do not invite the back stabber to your table, here. What they did matters, they, given the opportunity, will do it again. You have a date in heaven, see them there. Old people bring old habits.)
(Live in reconciliation. Do not leave that state of being.)
(Live in believe, of ask, believe and receive. This would have been better stated as, ask believe and be given. Recieving means to be given, therefore, it's not up to you to move beyond, believe. That's the Father's right and it also allows for recognition of his works and compassion. Also, Throw away the timer.)
(Regarding Faith. Faith is simply loyalty. Loyalty to the fact that you asked, loyalty to the fact that you believed. Stay loyal, stay faithful. Or one might choose to see Faith from the vantage point of, staying true.)
(As for the judgement room that we have all heard of, well, it may surprise you to learn that that room is in your head, and it's running constantly. This is why your sincerity in your commitment to the Father and to honesty with him are so very important.)
(Do not end your prayers with, Amen. To you, this has always meant the prayer has ended. And in that, your right. It's over. End your prayers with, So Be It. This way the energy moves into the future. And it's the translation of, Amen, but in words that, as you understand, have a whole different meaning.)
(Do not judge lest you be judged with the same measure. Meaning, when we judge we will be put in the same situation, doing the same thing that we were judging others for. Break all judgements through sincere intention. After all, people and situations change. So, let it be to you as this, "They are still alive." No further, for the Father has got this.)
(Anxiety/Stagnation is common place with our Father. He gives us time for what he is teaching us to take it's place in our lives and become a living part of who we are before adding more of his wisdom to our mindset. If it were not so with man, what we learned would become buried under the new knowledge and become worthless.)

Christianity/Catholicism turned it into religion because religion can be and is controlled.

i have considered myself a deist for a number of years until i hear that my God does not intervene in the universe which is usually stated as part of being a deist. my belief is that this is largely true but God can intervene if he so wishes. i would think the creator of the universe can do whatever it wishes and so for that reason, i pray.

Cheers

Accepting God without religion is FAR better than accepting no god at all -
But even so, organized religion does indeed serve a purpose,
enabling a comradery among believers who accomplish much good outside their own enclave.
I think that God comes to each man in his environment and speaks to him in a way he can understand.
Mine too 😂
Why would your parents hate that?
@@farhancurrentaffairs1298why do they have issues with that?
It seems that there is no "between" religion and science. God created a mathematical universe to reveal his glory to us.
@@darrinnaquin5678yes! It’s all a part of reality!
Absolutely, without a doubt the most important video I’ve ever watched. We aren’t capable of understanding God and have no business telling others what He wants. If you help others and forgive all, there’s a pretty good chance you’re doing all that He expects of you.
Look into Mandelbrot. He literally shows us the nuts and bolts behind this fabricated reality, in a fashion that is absolutely irrefutable.
@@wildbill6536at least offer evidence instead of making empty assertions. This is why people are sick of religious fanatics
Barbarism = 5f? (Fanaticism, Fideism, Fascism, Fetishism and Feminism)

@@JoBlakeLisbon Yes. The truth is love.
Do you have any friends? If so, how do you know they are friends? God wants us to call Him " daddy." What say you?
IM A CHRISTIAN ✝️
If God is the same yesterday, today and forever, then why is it that Yhwh and Yeshua are polar opposites!??
Exodus 15:3
“The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name.”
REVELATION 12:9
KJ21
And the great dragon was cast out - that serpent of old called the Devil and Satan, who deceiveth the whole world. He was cast out onto the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
"Who Deceiveth the Whole World"
Not just one group. But The Whole World! Think about that.
The jews/Isrealites were worshipping Yhwh/Satan
1 Kings 22: 23
23 Now therefore, behold, the Lord hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets, and the Lord hath spoken evil concerning thee.
2 Corinthians 3:14-18 King James Version (KJV)
but their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ. But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the vail is upon their heart.
The vail is lifted in the reading of the words of Yeshua. (Jesus)
The Vail remains to this day in the reading of Moses. Why?
Because Moses/Jews/Isrealites were deceived by Yhwh/Satan.
Isaiah 5:20
King James Version
20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
The Deceived see Satan as God and Evil as Good.
Apologetics is making excuses for the evil actions of Yhwh in the Old Testament. But they are really defending the evil actions of Satan.
Hosea 13:7
Yhwh/Jahovah says....
“Therefore I will be unto them as a lion: as a leopard by the way will I observe them:”
Hosea 13:8
“I will meet them as a bear that is bereaved of her whelps, and will rend the caul of their heart, and there will I devour them like a lion: the wild beast shall tear them.”
Revelation 13:2
“And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear (Tear) and his mouth as the mouth of a lion (Devour) the Dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.”
Leopard, Bear (Tear) Lion (Devour)
The Dragon gives him his throne and authority!
Yeshua says...
Peter 5:8 - Be sober. Be vigilant. For your enemy the Devil is like a roaring lion looking for whom he may devour.
John 1:17
King James Version
17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.
John 8:19
“Then said they unto him, Where is thy Father? Jesus answered, Ye neither know me, nor my Father: if ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also.”
John 8:40-44
King James Version
40 But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham.
Hebrews 2:14-15
King James Version
14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
15 And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
Yeshua/Father = Dwell in unapproachable light
Yhwh/Jahovah = Eye for an Eye
Yeshua = Love your Enemy
Yhwh/Jahovah = Brought sickness
Yeshua = Healed the sick
Yhwh/Jahovah = Killed
Yeshua = Saved
Yhwh/Jahovah = Commanded the Isrealites to kill neighboring Nations
Yeshua = Love your neighbors as I have loved you
God is the same yesterday, today and forever.
Yhwh/Jahovah and Yeshua/Father are polar opposites.
How hardly anyone has caught on to this is beyond me.
It's blatantly obvious when you read the Bible.
Luke 9:54-56
King James Version
54 And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did?
55 But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of.
56 For the Son of man is not come to destroy men's lives, but to save them. And they went to another village
If it was god/Father who rained down fire in the Old Testament, then why did Yeshua rebuke them and say "ye know not what manner of spirit you are of" ?? Yeshua wouldn't Contradict himself or the Father.
So manner of spirit was Yeshua talking about? The Spirit of Satan!
Genesis 3:8
“And they heard the voice of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day: and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God amongst the trees of the garden.”
Exodus 33:11
“And the LORD spake unto Moses face to face, as a man speaketh unto his friend.
John 5:37
“And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me. Ye have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his shape.”
Yeshua said no man has ever seen or heard the Father at any time!
Therefore Yhwh isn't the Father. Yhwh/Jahovah is the Angel who gave the law.
Again!
2 Corinthians 3:14-15
King James Version
14 But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same vail untaken away in the reading of the old testament; which vail is done away in Christ.

It's the best description of what most want given the choice. Has God ever helped anyone you know regardless of your religion.

My comment: We are already saved by the love and mercy of our Father through our Lord.
Titus 3:3
For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving divers lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.
Titus 3:4
But after that the kindness and love of God our Savior toward man appeared,
Titus 3:5
Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Spirit.
Titus 3:6
Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior.
Titus 3:7
That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
1 John 4:7
Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
I'm either an independent Christian or a Jack Baptist. I go to Trinity Bible Church in Phoenix, haven't been there lately because of health reasons. I don't do religion, just treat others the way the way I want to be treated, that's the most important thing.
When I leave religion, I feel that I love God more ❤❤
Wow this is actually in sync with Vedic philosophy very well
Thanks for this video. For a moment I thought I was a Deist. Now I am back to believing I am spiritual but not religious. 🤔
i'm muslims
you guys don't understand we are in exam if you believe God exist and follow his messenger
then congrats you just have to follow messenger and do what he is saying according to message his carry from god(allah) till death to success otherwise you will fail.
actually God has no any benefits from your worships the one benefit from it are me, you and community
if you don't follow the instructions of God(allah) you will be corrupted and won't have qualifications to make it heaven and its not end here and you will go to hell.
actually praying make you good person in community
and help you do other practices in community like helping each other, not harming each other...etc
heaven only for those who believe
in one God(Allah) only one god
and have a qualifications like praying and helping each other.... etc.
And beleive me or not allah told us in quran about people who will do the same things on this video
the result is all goods they have done in their life before their death is worthless and they will go to hell and no second chance and as result eternal life in hell.
Be smart Islam is last religion and only one still not being manipulated and its for all mankind
What?
@@RachelWeeping Seriously if you care about what next after death go and do research about Islam it will be better if you know muslims community or you have muslim friends to teach you and you must go away from stereotypes.
@@RachelWeeping I am not sure your question was directed at me. I don't think I am a Diest because I believe in God and have experienced direction for guidance. A Diest would not believe this was true or necessary. I don't "belong" to an organized religion because they all claim to be the only one and the only way. I strive to be as good as I can be and follow the teachings of a devine being. I have more questions than answers and don't ask others to believe what I do. Does that make sense? 🤔
I considered myself a Deist for quite some time . But what I came to realize that it lacks accountability to something greater than ourselves . Now I see the God of deism it's creator or whatever you wanna call it as the god the creative family went out for cigarettes and never came back he abandoned us and left us on our own and doesn't pay child support . The heavenly father speaks to me in my heart and I see his work and all of creation .
There's hope. A few of us are in agreement.
being a deist.....I can still find peace in the culture of several relegions like hinduism and buddhism.....specially hinduism..which sometimes shows us true hidden facts of the universe....
What facts of the universe are "hidden?"
@@RachelWeepingI think we have to find that on our own, to do our own self reflection. Like Jesus and the Buddha. Everyone's facts are different since we have different experiences.
@@unlimitedlyintelligentspirit No, I wasn't speaking about drugs. What I meant about a different experience is that, well, we all go through different things. As long as you follow the right path in life it doesn't matter what God you believe in. That's what I meant about different. Now if "God" punishes you for believing in something else (although you did right), then he/she is not a God but a narcissist.
He intervened in my life many times over.
Same here!! My heart and breathing stopped. I was a goner in the hospital almost brain dead. But He intervened and I remember some of it. And I don't have to explain my miracle to anyone or make them believe it. But I know He is real.
I find it difficult to wrap my mind around a single entity in control of the whole cosmos.

My place of worship is sitting on my Deck in my backyard. Watching the dogs, birds, squirrels, and insects. It brings me peace that I never got going to a church. Doing no harm or as little harm is my goal.
While I further understand this, I also now know that I am not apart of this. Religion is an essential component and God doesn’t ‘step away.’ God IS the way. Thank you for the knowledge! 🙏🏽
I could have written this myself…I always say I’m spiritualist not religious…🥰
i am the same as you for very many years and hadnt heard of deism
Jesus is proof of a higher existence. Jesus shows up in many things and the main purpose is to get anointed, fire up your glands a divine WiFi so to speak. Jesus in the Bible may never existed. The Bible is a manual how to get anointed, let the Christos oil with light to flow within your body. You can not interpret the Bible literally, it will make you feel like an idiot!
I grew up strictly Christian but my beliefs are now more shaped through a pagan deistic lenses I guess is a simpler way to put it.
If he was just a leader how did he come back to life?
I needed this i also believe in god but not in religion ❤ this religions are just scam
Scams don't change people's lives for the better.
@@robblaettler4589some scams do change their lives for the better ( alcohol can help you cope with your grief, does that mean alcohol is the correct way to deal with such a thing , and if you are Christian you must believe Islam is a scam so do you really believe that Islam didn't help and change a lot of people's lives for the better , the same thing can be said to Christianity you are a Muslim )
@@Belief-Boosted You are very ignorantly assuming all christians believe islam is wrong. I never discourage or think anyone's belief is incorrect or a scam. Why can't christians and muslims be brothers?
they can but you have to be realistic and say that you don't see islam as the truth , cause if you see it as that why you are not a muslim ?

I agree Arthur. It's worth asking the question, 'why do so many cultures believe in an afterlife?'. A great comment from you as usual!
As a Deist, my understanding is that we make no assumptions that there is because there is no proof. The real only belief is that we were created and the result of a cause and we are the effect.
Qaa at
@@kenhoyer8601 are you believe God is not as the Sustainer?
I don't take a hard stance on the afterlife. It's hopeful to think there is more after death, but we have no proof.
Thank you …. I have never heard of a Deist or Deism. I believe in a power greater than us and to me that would be God 🙏🏿
Pretty much sums up my experiences and eventual beliefs since the 60's.
For me i go to church sometimes and pray sometimes too and i have an open mind
One God, One Love!!
Creator of the entire universe is definitely not concerned with what I eat in my breakfast or what I wear .
if a deist relies on reason and science... a lot of the "science" we are taught is flawed by the very definition of the word. Just my opinion. I may be a fringe element. (but thanks for the video. still watching).
It’s impossible for science to be flawed because if there are any flaws they get re-examined and adjusted. But I can tell you’re a simpleton.
@@FreakAboutSims3 thank you for your input, Doctor.
@@disciplemike1 As a Doctor, it is my duty to help those who are unable to help themselves. You're welcome.
Great informative educational and entertaining video. Thanks for taking the time! 🙏🏼

"Man's purpose is to reason." makes a lot of sense!
I appreciated the facts rather than opinion thank you for the video
I went to a Catholic school where we had to learn of all religions. I have friends of many different beliefs. I had an ex who was a christian but was the most judgemental woman and used the "why aren't you religious? Why don't you go to church with me? Why don't you believe in my religion? " I told her simply, "it's too selfish to choose a religion. Do i believe in a higher power? Yes, but choosing a religion ultimately says that that religion is above the other religions, and that itself is selfish. Which your religion preaches, not to be selfish and put others before you." She looked at me, shocked and never spoke religion to me again.
I never knew Deism was a thing I'm not religious but it never stopped me from talking to God in my life. I prefer no label but I suppose I am a Deist
GOD is so so soooo much bigger than any of us realise he doesn't require you to convert to a specific Religion or Church to have a relationship with him he is everywhere and everything. GOD bless you all sincerely 🙏
I lost my religion but kept my faith. I now believe in the universe, manifesting my own reality, as a god myself for myself
Mandelbrot.
It's All a mystery to me. No man can say otherwise. It will always be a mystery to mankind. I'm comfortable in that truth.
I was told thru the most reliable source that I should refer to myself simply as "A Believer in Jehovah". Straight to the point; No religion needed.
This video makes a lot of sense, like Thomas Paine’s Common Sense. I’m considering myself Deist.

I am considered an oddball Christian while now learning that I have the mind of Deism. WOW !
