@Blessed Mweru So why has Diani, Kenya beaten Zanzibar 5 times in a row 2015-2020 as the best beach destination in Africa by the World Tourism Awards if it has "no match"? Zanzibar is beautiful but stop with the extras. All these East Africa beaches are award-winning.
@ESM, Kenyans know how to sell tourism. There are also many options in Diani from restuarants to diving schools to nightlife. Services is another plus in Kenyan tourism. Zanzibar has unspoilt beauty but lacking in may of the above

Yes, Zanzibar,the Spice Island has some of the best beaches in the world. The "Swahili Coast" stretching from Lamu through Malindi,Watamu,Diani (Kenya) ,Zanzibar, Kilwa (Tz) and to Mozambique has the best beaches anywhere in Africa.
Next,check Alfajiri Villas in Diani, it's the perfect answer to Elewana, Zanzibar
I plan on traveling to Zanzibar this summer. Can you please advise the best places to travel that aren't too overpriced and still gives you all of what you want? I plan on staying a week.
