Just changed my first tire to an Enduro. Only took me two hours..mostly because whoever had this pint before me decided he wanted to put more slime than air in the tire. It was like a fountain in there! As soon as I broke the bead it just came spewing out. Probably spent more time cleaning up ooze than actually trying to get the tire off.

So I haven't been following one wheel stuff for quite some time, I just ride my board. But I remember back in the day people complaining about their boards becoming paper weights if you disconnected things. Does future motion no longer brick your board if you get into it yourself now?

@@shawnbowen6833only the GT does that, and it’s if you disconnect the battery from the BMS. (This connection is INSIDE the battery box, you can’t do this without opening the whole batttery box so no danger here). Disconnecting the motor cable to do a tire change will do absolutely nothing to your board.

In general if anyone is having trouble getting a tubeless tire to seat, it can help to NOT put the valve core back in before using the air compressor. The valve core can restrict airflow and without it you can get a higher pressure which just might be what you need to get those beads to seat.

Loved this video, I have to mention to be SUPER CAREFUL with the connector when removing it. It is super easy to bend or break the pins coming from the controller if over or under tightening. FM won’t cover that damage under warranty, and the controller is $340 total for parts/shipping/labor (as of April 2024). Learn from my mistake!

Just finished replacing my pint with an enduro tire, here’s the one obstacle I faced in face someone needs the solution: I got as far as pumping up the new tire but the beads wouldn’t set on the edge of the axle at 25psi or lower. I contacted FL and they said to go ahead and pump it to 75 psi so it would set and then bring it back down. I took it to about 54 before both sides of the tire popped in and it worked!
