  • Who said Yoga can’t be a cardio workout?
    Try out these 5 Yoga-inspired cardio drills to mix up your practice, get the heart rate up and feel energised - plus, you will feel a burn the next day
    I suggest doing 8-10 reps of the 5 exercises and then repeating the entire set 3-5 times depending on your energy and time commitments.
