If you guys know me you know I love a freakin' good burger. Whenever I travel or visit family and friends I am finding a burger joint by them so I can try as many unique burgers as possible. So it goes with out saying I love making burgers at home too. We always have the ingredients for a burger so I can fire up the grill and make some, but sometimes you need more than a plain burger, and this Awesome Jack Daniels Burger hits home! Onions:
4 Onions, Sliced
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
Sauce:
2/3 Cup Water
1 Cup Pineapple Juice
1/4 Cup teriyaki Sauce
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
1-1/3 Cups Brown Sugar
3 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Onion, Minced
1 tsp. Jack Daniels
1 tsp. Crush Pineapple
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
Burgers:
4 Burger Patties
4 Cheese Slices
4 Burger Buns
