Looks awesome but it could use some balsamic glaze. You can either reduce some balsamic vinegar or buy the glaze premade but it really bangs on a caprese salad so I know it would be great on your sandwich

We bounce between 3 stores, Woodman's, Meijer and Aldi. Unless I am making a Puerto Rican dish then we hit Caputo's usually.

Meijer and Woodman's are midwest chains IL, WI, MI. I think. They would be akin to maybe a Krogers. I know Aldi is nation wide. And Caputos is a small local Italian Grocer with like only 5 locations lol.
