Dieselmeken shows adjustment of RSF governor for M-serie pump

This is NOT to be done when the pump is on the engine, ONLY in testbench. The governor the way I do it to have the pump to work without afterreving, high idle etc that you get when you adjust on the engine.

Hey sorry, I haven't seen totally your video, it was slow to load. I've got the reply to my question in it ! many thanks, it will help me a lot. So it's not needed to unscrew the delivery valve, no need to turn the sleeve, I just need to remove the plate, unscrew and slide-adjust each plunger on the rack, GREAT !

Hello. Wonderful job, precious knowledge. I have such a M Pump on a W124 300 TD, and 2 pump elements don't give enough fuel, about 20% less than the others. I wonder how the elements are mounted under the return valve. How to adjust them, unscrew return valve and turn them a little, mount valve & try ? Can you tell me ? are the elements immobilized by the o ring ? I must choose the position springs don't push on them ? Thanks !

have an 87 MBZ TD had injectors rebuilt and balanced,turbo has been rebuilt with a bigger billit compressors and turbine wheels, 3in. straight exhaust. Would love to tune pump, any advise would be appreciated or if i can send pump to you?

by adjusting these pumps you can get more horsepower out of the engine? and of course don't blow too much black smoke ...about how much would it cost to make these adjustments to a 1984 turbo diesel pump

If i take my pump off the screw what you take in 4:55 will it give some extra fuel with full gass ?

I have an Om617 with m-pump, with your external alda. It has a stutter or hesitation at 2000 rpm, with steady throttle. Could this be an alda adjustment to fix? Please help thank you.
