Try using the World Difficulty mod, this build make BBI a walk on the park, but World Difficulty changes it all and blow it way out of proportion, in size, quantity and OPness
When you hit max level you can max other vocations without destroying your stats. Using this you can use all of the health/healing abilities on one class. This is pretty useful but not immortal yet. With oblivion armour as base you will Regen quite fast. But if you go after side armour that also increases Regen, your health will not only take way less damage, you will take more than he did, but you will Regen faster than they can hurt you. Even if somehow something would one shot you, you would be left with one health. But the time they hit you again your health would be high enough to cause the damage to only get you to one health. This repeats infinitely. You are unable to die. Even if they somehow do enough damage to get you less than 500 health at that point they can't kill you. And you don't have to worry about any foods or annoying red flashing.

There are mods that lower the required amount of experiance points to 50, 10, and even 1%. Combined with the extra exp from handmade you will reach the level cap in minutes. Look them up on the nexus if you ever feel like playing again.
This seems like the best Arisen build in the entire game. Would you say that this is the best Arisen build? And what about for pawns, especially meant for other players? I was thinking of doing a double Fighter 1-200 hard mode playthrough since they seemed like the best immortal build for both Arisen and Pawns, both in general and to allow Fashion Dogma afterwards. That still seems like the best option for pawns, and even Arisen still if I don't want to deal with low health effects like the dulled sounds and other filters, and other similar annoyances like needing to get to low HP safely again if I ever wanna save at a inn.
