I really didn't think my 2023 Bronco Badlands would get built (ordered 7/14) but last week, I got a call from the dealer saying it has a build week of 9/25/23. Other than the upgraded steering rack, that seems to be the only upgrade for the Badlands. I don't see any point in getting the 2024 at this point. I don't really do a lot of aggressive off-roading. My Bronco will be used a lot of overlanding. I sort of wish they would upgrade the remaining 23's with the upgraded steering rack, but it's fine if they don't. I don't have any power in that decision. I'm just excited I'm getting my Bronco and not having to wait 2 years for one.
Yeah i was trying to be entertaining, and in reality I wanted stabilizer bar disconnect on the wildtrak and so do many others so it's not everything but it's a lot. Also we wanted a sub and while the sound is better than in 2021 it's still lacking
This makes me not even want one anymore. Less customization, Area 51 gone (the color I wanted) I like the capable bumper on the badlands and it’s now gone.
Pretty much base? 2024 Big Bend model has a base price of $39,130 vs the old 2023 base model had a base price of $34,890....That is quite a jump in price for the entry model
Why would I want to change? I have a 2021 with lux and the B&O sound system sucks, it is also harder to upgrade than the high package. I spent less than $1000 on the 6 speaker system and it sounds way better than the B&O. You can't even get a 2 door OBX anymore in 2024... LOL. Not even thinking about trading for a 2024. Most of the news was increased prices and less ordering flexibility. The only good things were the 12" screen for all Broncos and steering upgrade for the Badlands. No cloth is a big mistake.
We are not fans of the clothe but love the MGV and leather but I guess as predicted this leaves no cloth option which will definetely dissapoint some. I hope the fact that possible builds are being reduced that this savings in cost will help avoid significant price increases but its pretty obvious that with the 12 inch screen as standard and Luxury pkg and High pkg get blended together that some are going to see a big price increase but will also see Big equipment increases as well or will downgrade from 2023 High pkg to a mid package BUT mid package is way better than it was. Honestly all I ever wanted was 12 inch screen, heated seats and keyless entry as its finger falling off cold up here in the Great white North. Nice informative review 👍. But that "code orange" trim package for the Bronco Raptor 😬 ...it's a bit loud my opinion- people are either going to love it or hate it. Anyway, I ordered my '23 WildTrak with slide-out tailgate anyway. But Ford should have made the mod bumper standard for the WildTrak from its start- paying extra to my dealer to swipe it out for it- my ignorance didn't realize it's importance at time of ordering. Along with other options I ordered: dealer installed body armor molding, tonneau cover, soft top for summer to go with my cooler weather (already included) hardtop. Factory installed options: lux pkg, body side graphics, powder coated steel bumpers (I'm not into rock crawling, too any scratch & dent risks), keyless entry, more. But the one big thing that won't change my mind for a '24 model is my '23 Bronco build status update... this past week went from "scheduled for production" to (finally) "Built". -she's coming home soon. Not a chance in Hades I'm gonna wait another 5+ months when this bad boy is delivered. booyah!! 🤘

My 3 have all been good to me. I've seen 2 tops issues come by the dealer thus far and the rest has been great. Not sure why you feel the Bronco is so terrible. By the way this was built as a Jeep Wrangler Competitor not à lexus Competitor. I've been places in à Bronco, with the top down, that I'd never take a Lexus and would be stressed in a Toyota. Offroad and convertible are 2 good reasons to consider a Bronco. The 2.7l v6 twin turbo is another reason as it's à great motor
Hey guys, So looking at the 2023 build options, I see that only some models allow the "Body Appearance kit" and is not compatible with the Sasquatch Package. How feasible would it be to somehow get just the hood scoop hood and put it on a build with sasquatch package? Is that something you can order or even if you could would it not fit onto the builds that don't allow it in the online builder? I get why some of the things would not be compatible with sasquatch package but I just want the hood scoop hood lol

After a 2 year wait I got my full size 2 door bronco black diamond with a manual but serious spine issues after having to have a 3rd and 4 operation caused me to have to sell it because my stick and clutch days are done! So I had to trade it in. It’s been 2 years now and I was looking to possibly get a 2.7 in a 2 door with paddle shifters! Everything in the lot was 69,000 and up!!!! They are going to eat there inventory! The cars on the lot are pilling up like I have not seen in 5 years. Between the stick shock and interest rates no one in central pa is buying anything right now and ford has scared a lot of there loyal buyers like myself off because there turning out untouchable crap!!! My four door BD manual is Trash …. Except for the engine….. the soft top is being replaced because of cracking hinges and sagging canvas…. The Manual has failed 5th an 6th synchros and is being torn apart and repaired….. the window drops fail to work properly…..door lock switches needed repair …. Left rear window fails to return to seal on the seam( noise is annoying)….. last Ford I will buy new…..building cars in Mexico and India really pays off in Quality…… and these Broncos are at least assembled in Detroit…epic fail Mr. Jim Farley
Lol. Not going to be even half the offroad machine the Bronco is. Will the Land cruiser be very good, yes but not at any serious offroading. It's ground clearance is not nearly enough and many Toyota dealers are already having huge mark ups on products thst have been around for years I suspect the desireability to be low when the transaction will be thought out. Also wait times at first. I'd say a Tacoma or a 4runner will be a better option
I forgot you guys get different versions in the US. One of the most reliable and all round great off-road vehicle is the Land cruiser. Forgot you guys did not get the 300 series. As an example, no Jeeps or Bronco's in the Dakar. What brand do you think has won the Dakar all the time recently, Toyota. Toyotas don't break. Bronco's is a good looking car as well though, love the front :)

I don't know if you're interested in this info but here goes... I ordered my Bronco on November 29th and I was told that it arrived in Toronto this week. It should take a few weeks before its delivered in Gatineau, but it was still pretty fast. It's a 2-door Badlands with a manual transmission, non-sasquatch. My bet is that the M/T's were first on the assembly line, I don't know. Either way, pretty pleased with the short wait.

So what happened to the little pickup Bronco it had a single cab a very little box but was useful u could put a decent sized buck mule deer in the back or not a bad little pile of firewood it had the 3 on the tree manual shift and a shift stick for the high and low transfer case ,and by the way u got off you tail and manually turned in your hubs I drove that little useful rig for 233/thousand miles till the body stared rusting off sad they just keep making everything bigger less useful more expensive ,and no where near as usefully as originally designed

More options in the production cycle of 5 to 8nyears yes but rarely within the same model year. Great point on your part and the 2024 Bronco does get more options as standard but the base model is gone

For 2021 to 2023 ypu can get the 12 inch when the high package is selected. Outerbanks, Badlands and Wildtrak could have it of equiped with high package. Bronco trim model differences is not easy
Not even 50% of the Bronco will be able to order the lux package... LOL. Outer Banks, Badlands, and WildTrak be lucky to even hit 50% of production! Heritage and Everglades won't have lux, Big Bend and Black Diamond won't have lux, 1/2 of Badlands won't either. WildTrak and OBX might be lux heavy, but many people will just roll with the mid-package. Ford is screwing up by the numbers on this one. They should have just improved the mid package, and left adaptive cruise control and B&O system as standalone options. My prediction is that Big Bend and Black Diamond will account for almost 50% of production alone, 9% will be Everglades and Heritage because they are capped, and Badlands is capped at 13%. That leaves only 28% left for WildTrak and OBX. 6% will be WildTrak and 22% will be OBX. Only 41% of production will be eligible for the lux package with a 70% take rate at best... Meaning that they only needed 28% capacity, not 50%.
Very interesting. Looks lime Ford is predicting a lit of Outerbanks orders, Badlands and Wildtrak orders. Everglades and Heritage are capped pretty low so not much Lux package having to go towards those.

Only OBX, Badlands, WildTrak, and Raptor was eligible for the high/lux package based on what you said. Raptor is an insignificant percentage of builds (probably 2% at best) plus Badlands (13%) is only 15%. They are not going to make more than 6% WildTrak if they are capping Badlands that hard, but still need 35% with high/lux package to hit 50% - which means that they would all need to be high/lux, unless they are meaning that 50% of Badlands, WildTrak, and OBX will get the high/lux package. That would make a lot more sense.
Paid of my school debts at age 30 and worked 70 hours a week with almost never spending on restaurants etc. Also invested in the co-op of my business and stock market to have passive income. I'm very thrifty and so is Marie so we have more money for vehicles to present on our channel. Society building and sustaining trades like plumber, electrician etc will all go up as retirees are 11 to every 1 new tradesmen so those that get in now will rale in money in 10 years. Even more so those that start companies and draw in workers with good conditions and a pleasant supervisor/ boss
I've never been happier to have a 22' 2 door Base manual non Sasquatch in Area 51 with the modular front bumper and aux switches. Sticker price was $28,500 before the couple extras I got. And I'm sitting on 35" Mickey Thompson Baja Boss with 17" matte black Fuel wheels. Oracle triple fog lights, Rough Country ditch lights, ceramic tinted windows, 12" sub and amp, block heater, and a ton of other little things. Love my Bronco. 20,000 miles and no issues. Have taken it off road only 3 times but it performed great! And I'm planning a few more off road trips once winter is over.

I’ve got the 2023, 4dr Badlands Manual Lux plus a few other options. Got it for the’22 price from when I ordered it. Being able to combine the tech of the Lux package and a manual transmission was a major motivation for my purchase. I highly recommend getting a manual Bronco.
No that is not the case at all. Not even close. The Bronco Sport is built on the Escape/corsair=Maverick unibody platform. The big Bronco has a fully boxed in Frame. Don't listen to randoms, use Google or follow youtube channels that know what they are talking about
I have a M/T 2.3 Black Diamond……POS( a 21)….. the transmission needs repair(TSB SYNCHROS)…. The soft top needs complete replacement (in review by Ford ATM)….. and a myriad of things with windows leaking and soft seals on them…. The 2.3 is stout though
Thank you for the update. Am I dealer? We have had one Bronco. That is needed to have a top replaced. We haven't had issues though with synchro's in the transmission yet

I’ve heard the 21 and some 22 broncos had soft top issues…poor 3rd party materials… Haven’t heard about any manual transmission issues…..sometimes driver error speed shifting and such if it’s synchronizer issues?
I have a ‘22 Badlands nonsas and I wouldn’t upgrade to a ‘24. The capable bumper is great cause it has fog lights and nicely designed.
I would wait awhile until a lot of these details settle down and production gets better!!

Lol. Not going to be even half the offroad machine the Bronco is. Will the Land cruiser be very good, yes but not at any serious offroading. It's ground clearance is not nearly enough and many Toyota dealers are already having huge mark ups on products thst have been around for years I suspect the desireability to be low when the transaction will be thought out. Also wait times at first. I'd say a Tacoma or a 4runner will be a better option
I forgot you guys get different versions in the US. One of the most reliable and all round great off-road vehicle is the Land cruiser. Forgot you guys did not get the 300 series. As an example, no Jeeps or Bronco's in the Dakar. What brand do you think has won the Dakar all the time recently, Toyota. Toyotas don't break. Bronco's is a good looking car as well though, love the front :)

I don't know if you're interested in this info but here goes... I ordered my Bronco on November 29th and I was told that it arrived in Toronto this week. It should take a few weeks before its delivered in Gatineau, but it was still pretty fast. It's a 2-door Badlands with a manual transmission, non-sasquatch. My bet is that the M/T's were first on the assembly line, I don't know. Either way, pretty pleased with the short wait.

So what happened to the little pickup Bronco it had a single cab a very little box but was useful u could put a decent sized buck mule deer in the back or not a bad little pile of firewood it had the 3 on the tree manual shift and a shift stick for the high and low transfer case ,and by the way u got off you tail and manually turned in your hubs I drove that little useful rig for 233/thousand miles till the body stared rusting off sad they just keep making everything bigger less useful more expensive ,and no where near as usefully as originally designed
Yeah no plans to have it now but who knows what 2030 holds

More options in the production cycle of 5 to 8nyears yes but rarely within the same model year. Great point on your part and the 2024 Bronco does get more options as standard but the base model is gone

12" display looks so much better than the 8". Why don't they offer the 12" on anything but the Raptor pre 2024?
For 2021 to 2023 ypu can get the 12 inch when the high package is selected. Outerbanks, Badlands and Wildtrak could have it of equiped with high package. Bronco trim model differences is not easy

Outer Banks, Badlands, and WildTrak be lucky to even hit 50% of production!
Heritage and Everglades won't have lux, Big Bend and Black Diamond won't have lux, 1/2 of Badlands won't either. WildTrak and OBX might be lux heavy, but many people will just roll with the mid-package.
Ford is screwing up by the numbers on this one. They should have just improved the mid package, and left adaptive cruise control and B&O system as standalone options.
My prediction is that Big Bend and Black Diamond will account for almost 50% of production alone, 9% will be Everglades and Heritage because they are capped, and Badlands is capped at 13%. That leaves only 28% left for WildTrak and OBX. 6% will be WildTrak and 22% will be OBX. Only 41% of production will be eligible for the lux package with a 70% take rate at best... Meaning that they only needed 28% capacity, not 50%.
Very interesting. Looks lime Ford is predicting a lit of Outerbanks orders, Badlands and Wildtrak orders. Everglades and Heritage are capped pretty low so not much Lux package having to go towards those.

Only OBX, Badlands, WildTrak, and Raptor was eligible for the high/lux package based on what you said. Raptor is an insignificant percentage of builds (probably 2% at best) plus Badlands (13%) is only 15%. They are not going to make more than 6% WildTrak if they are capping Badlands that hard, but still need 35% with high/lux package to hit 50% - which means that they would all need to be high/lux, unless they are meaning that 50% of Badlands, WildTrak, and OBX will get the high/lux package. That would make a lot more sense.
I ordered my wildtrak on 7/17 with a build date of 9/11. Mine is fully loaded with the lux package.

Paid of my school debts at age 30 and worked 70 hours a week with almost never spending on restaurants etc. Also invested in the co-op of my business and stock market to have passive income. I'm very thrifty and so is Marie so we have more money for vehicles to present on our channel. Society building and sustaining trades like plumber, electrician etc will all go up as retirees are 11 to every 1 new tradesmen so those that get in now will rale in money in 10 years. Even more so those that start companies and draw in workers with good conditions and a pleasant supervisor/ boss
I've never been happier to have a 22' 2 door Base manual non Sasquatch in Area 51 with the modular front bumper and aux switches. Sticker price was $28,500 before the couple extras I got. And I'm sitting on 35" Mickey Thompson Baja Boss with 17" matte black Fuel wheels. Oracle triple fog lights, Rough Country ditch lights, ceramic tinted windows, 12" sub and amp, block heater, and a ton of other little things. Love my Bronco. 20,000 miles and no issues. Have taken it off road only 3 times but it performed great! And I'm planning a few more off road trips once winter is over.

We only had 1 for the year and it was sold at msrp. Next year 1 and it too will be sold at MSRP but is an order.

I’ve got the 2023, 4dr Badlands Manual Lux plus a few other options. Got it for the’22 price from when I ordered it. Being able to combine the tech of the Lux package and a manual transmission was a major motivation for my purchase. I highly recommend getting a manual Bronco.

No that is not the case at all. Not even close. The Bronco Sport is built on the Escape/corsair=Maverick unibody platform. The big Bronco has a fully boxed in Frame. Don't listen to randoms, use Google or follow youtube channels that know what they are talking about

I have a M/T 2.3 Black Diamond……POS( a 21)….. the transmission needs repair(TSB SYNCHROS)…. The soft top needs complete replacement (in review by Ford ATM)….. and a myriad of things with windows leaking and soft seals on them…. The 2.3 is stout though
Thank you for the update. Am I dealer? We have had one Bronco. That is needed to have a top replaced. We haven't had issues though with synchro's in the transmission yet
@@Johnnyscarcarereviews it is a TSB (I was told) for fifth and six gear synchros….. sounds to me like a faulty throw out bearing……but it gets taken apart on the 25th of January…. Will keep you updated
I’ve heard the 21 and some 22 broncos had soft top issues…poor 3rd party materials…
Haven’t heard about any manual transmission issues…..sometimes driver error speed shifting and such if it’s synchronizer issues?
