    Your videos make me want to cry! The way you describe your old self is exactly what I’m experiencing right now. And I feel so disappointed in myself because I used to have a good self-concept. And I saw how effortlessly wonderful things flowed into my life. I desperately want to get back to that good self-concept, but I feel like I’m stuck in a rut. Your videos are definitely helping me

    Please do a video on your extreme morning routine ! I’ve been listening to your sleep affirmations every day for more than 30 days now and I’ve been able to stick to the gym throughout this whole time, I’m continuing to listen to your sleep affirmations for 3 months because I really want to regiment it in. I feel like Im now at a stage where I can turn it up a notch because I’ve been able to stick to it and im so proud! I just want more more more

    Oh my god this is so true, when I first started meditating religiously in the morning for self concept and self love, I got nervous because during the first week the pole voices were trying to dim my light, and it made me really nervous but watching this video really helped me feel better, I don’t know that was normal! But it was showing that I was getting stronger and my mind wasn’t use to that so my anxiety tried to test me! Well looks like I passed the test 🫶🏼

    Yup, this is me... wasnt before but after a low year i just became horrible lazy, everything felt like climbing Mt Everest... Ty for the video, would love more about how to go trough the "voice and noise in your head"? And that hard period u memtioned around 1,2weeks.... because i take that chocolate...😮 Damn i was so powerful before now i give in... 😂😂😂😂
    But it so true i commit to working out it and tomorrow i forget!!! And i remember around midnight when i am in bed 😮😅😅
