Great to see another Makita user. Makita has been my brand choice since early 80s.

      It's all I've ever used.

Love to you both. Makita are by far and away the greatest. Choice innovation, build quality, features, spares. Price is the best pound for pound, and as they sell twelve grinders and twenty drills, you will find something cheap somewhere online. Garden or construction. Plus always good to go straight out of the box. I love a few Ferrex too. 21 Makita 18v and 6 corded. Oh and coffee machine! Maybe a dozen Ferrex badgers too.

Wish I went with Makita in hindsight but haven't had any problems with DeWalt. One of those, my mates have DeWalt so I'll get the same, moments.

una pregunta; no es malo dejar nuestras herramientas con la bateria puesta?

Siempre no lo he usado y no he tenido ningún problema, pero no soy un experto en baterías.

I split the plywood when I screwed it so I glued it back together.

Wnat to know why you got that split mate? You're using a dewalt extension bit in a makita. You angered the tool gods!

Great to see another video that says easy but the guy doing it has like 14 steps and uses seven different tools. If you have enough tools, everything is easy. And if you have enough time, everything is easy.

Surely you'd have the tools if you were looking for tool storage 🙃

You could make this pretty easily with a spade bit and circular saw. It'd be rough as guts but you could clean it up with a bit of sanding or a router if you have one.

Sorry you didn't like it. Hopefully somebody got some value out of it.

This IS a very easy DIY design. Any home or shop project will require a little time and effort and unless you have free or scrap wood laying around its going to cost a bit of money too. Most times you can buy something cheaper than you can make it yourself and if you are including your time ,well then forget any cost savings.
You could take some old shoes, screw them to the wall vertically and drop your cordless drills in them. I've seen that done. If you don't like the method presented here perhaps you need to re-evaluate your expectations and consider just exactly what it is you would like to gain from your DIY experiences.
Kudos to Buchanan builds for putting it out there.

I built mine x7, 2 drills, driver, grinder, torch, jigsaw and multitool. If you look very closely you'll see his router. Stick to DeWank. Leave to to us pro's.

Its funny seeing how we're all being told men are so toxic and that online we're watching hateful and harmful content, truth is we're mostly watching stuff like this going "...nice"😂
