    Im love these new workouts more than ever, not only are they manageable for the average person, i actually feel a difference in my body. I struggled with the other workouts because they were a bit too intense for me. But this one and the new 20 min HIIT fat melter is the BOMB. ive been doing it almost everyday and I see the changes in my body.

    I have to say ... the best thing about Covid shutting down gyms years ago, was me having to find a new way to workout. I don't have room for gym equipment, and frankly, the idea of NOT using weights, seemed alien to me. Years later, my fitness level has increased and I am able to maintain a good 4-day routine every week that I can't thank you enough. It's nice to see that you are being rewarded for your efforts, and that people are responding to your training videos. As LaTonya says, you do make us feel like you are our personal trainer. Thank you!

    I have been doing you workouts for a few months now and I have seen some real progress. Not only do I feel stronger I look stronger and I just have way more energy and confidence. I started your workout because I plan on joking the army and being a commando and i thought I could try to get a head start before basic trading so it is a-bit easier on me. So far so good thank you so much bullyjuice

    Now THIS I can do! I'm not a morning person I'm a night owl and struggle to get up any earlier than I need to for work. 😂 10 minutes for a workout, I'm all for it. Liked, shared, downloaded and motivated. Thanks Famz!

      No excuses. Use methanphetimine have coffee then poo then start your workout. Oh then smoke more speed go poop again and smoke some more meth and head to the office so you can work longer so you can make more money so you can buy more meth so you can.....oh I see , I get it now😅

    I dont really know where to say this but, i've been on this rule from my parents, if im not weighing how much im supposed to, im not allowed to play any video games of any sort, so when i heard that i for some reason lost all my motivation and stopped working out and also stopped my diet, im 14 and when my parents added this rule to my lifestyle it was febraury 2022, and now its november 2022 and with the help of my gf and some friends i re started working out, and this is the work out i did, now this made me sweat and i hope im going to be able to do this and even harder ones with no problem in the future thank you gf thank you my friends and thank you bullyjuice and especially thank you God

    As long as you are not competing, not going to the gym shouldn’t be a limitation for you not to achieve your health and physique goals. Your house is enough. Just decide to start and determine to continue. You gonna be amazed by your results.

    Shorter home workouts help with intermittent fasting as I don't go and eat everything in the cupboard and fridge all at once 🤣

    Woo!! 🔥These were leg heavy and a good workout without muscle fatigue. Would love to see a new 10-15 min back workout, another for arms that isn't too heavy on push-ups, and a arm workout that does do muscle fatigue, all no-break.

    Really good home office break, I sit on the desk alot and often worry about the impacts to my health. This is nice quick, gets my legs moving, heart pumping a bit and some streaches. Perfect to counteract the time sitting down.

    Would there be another 25 minute cardio workout, or another 30 minute workout. Rather a 25 minute cardio workout, cause the 30 is crucial, but it's good I've done it before, if not I'll continue using 25 minute cardio workout you have. Very strong, different type of strength💪

    I don't know who you are out there, or who needs to hear this, but I just want to say something to put it out there. I just wanna say if you are ever feeling like you can't do the full routine and struggle, just know that I'm 11, and if an 11 year old like me can do this you can too, most likely being older. Believe it in the mind. This should motivate you if an 11 year old has enough motivation to do stuff like this you can do this. So can you.
