I’m used to it after following Bruce on trails and making trails(😂)off and on for the last 6.5yrs or so… it usually means I’m going to get to crank my stereo up at some point. It’s always an adventure I’m up for and I love every minute of it. I will take some BC pinstriping here and there any day to get to use my 2021 jeep for what it’s meant to do… adventure in the mtns. with my friends. 😊

Loving the long-form videos Bruce! Especially when you talk details about the snow consistency and the techniques for wheeling in the various conditions! I'm a long-form video addict lol. That sugar snow was something! Recently I’ve been getting out in my truck, just staying on FSR’s, but I have been doing what I can to learn about off-road snow wheeling.. like airing down, using 4-Low and proper throttle control to stay on top of the snow. You really have to stay vigilant for those changing conditions and make good decisions. I'm always watching your videos for tips and tricks, so this one was awesome! Hoping one day I can get a more capable rig and get even further off the beaten path!! Thanks for such great content as always, happy new year to you and Denny!!

Happy New Year Bruce! Thanks for another BA (Bruce Adventure). It was a beautiful day and even better sunset. Inwas hoping tobwatch the premiere but I fell asleep at 7 MST last night. 😂 Dude, the variety of different formats and subject matter sets your channel apart from many. From short videos to long format, shop work projects to getting out and enjoying the fruits of your labor is awesome. Not to mention how much of an inspiration you are. Many folks in your condition would have just given up and surfed the couch, not that that probably didn't cross your mind at some point, but you just push on and try to do anything regardless. Having friends like Denny and the rest os 100% helpful as they stop in to help and are willing victims of your antics. Can't wait to see where your channel goes this year. Catch you on the next one.

Because in this snow you can’t drive fast (unless you have giant tires and a ton of horsepower). Crawling like this is the only way in certain spots, if you even touch the throttle you instantly sink. Where we can, we drive fast like on the forest service road where the snow was better. 🍻

It was a really great adventure from the sunny start to beautiful sunset finish. What you couldn’t see was that the stars and milky way were so bright and spectacular that night too. The best day start to finish. 😊

Snow can turn into a vapor its called sublimation. It erodes the bonds turning then into crystals or what's called depth hoar. I was very involved with avalanche safety in Alaska. I did Rescues, courses and spent over 80 days a year in the snow including on glaciers. Snow is a extremely changeable substance.
Before I actually clicked play on this video, I was thinking it was going to be a little longer than I really cared for, and then... suddenly it was over. Yea, it didn't seem as long as it was and that's a sign it's a good video; to me anyway.
Hey Bruce, really enjoy all of your videos, but I do favor the longer version with the excessive emphasis on you hearing your own voice. lol. But honestly I do like the longer versions best. Keep up the grand work you’re doing. On a side note you have the same name as my dad he was also a Bruce. I lost him earlier this year and God do I miss him. We had a great relationship. He was so much more than a Great Father he was truly my best friend. Just keep on doing what you’ve been doing and we will keep watching buddy. Take care and best wishes to you and your family.
Happy New Year Richard. I’m very sorry to hear about your loss. I too unfortunately understand exactly what you mean. It takes a few years, but they do live on through us, and effect every decision we make. His strength will keep you up when you’re down, trust me.
Would chains help or hinder in the sugar type snow? As for content length I like all but shorts as I enjoy your channel, and the info I gain from your words and actions. I don’t mind long ones like this as they show great scenery and I get some knowledge of snow driving which I do very little of here in northern part of Idaho.
Unfortunately they hinder with our snow. They work great on ice, and hardpack, but not at all in powder. Sometimes they look good on a video with deep snow, and a hard pack layer under. Unfortunately that isn’t a reality for most snow types, especially here. Happy New Year!

Before I actually clicked play on this video, I was thinking it was going to be a little longer than I really cared for, and then... suddenly it was over. Yea, it didn't seem as long as it was and that's a sign it's a good video; to me anyway.

Hey Bruce, really enjoy all of your videos, but I do favor the longer version with the excessive emphasis on you hearing your own voice. lol. But honestly I do like the longer versions best. Keep up the grand work you’re doing. On a side note you have the same name as my dad he was also a Bruce. I lost him earlier this year and God do I miss him. We had a great relationship. He was so much more than a Great Father he was truly my best friend. Just keep on doing what you’ve been doing and we will keep watching buddy. Take care and best wishes to you and your family.

Would chains help or hinder in the sugar type snow? As for content length I like all but shorts as I enjoy your channel, and the info I gain from your words and actions. I don’t mind long ones like this as they show great scenery and I get some knowledge of snow driving which I do very little of here in northern part of Idaho.
Unfortunately they hinder with our snow. They work great on ice, and hardpack, but not at all in powder. Sometimes they look good on a video with deep snow, and a hard pack layer under. Unfortunately that isn’t a reality for most snow types, especially here. Happy New Year!
