    Great podcast! On the topic of predicting layoffs, while it’s certainly unpredictable, there are some things you can do to get ahead of the curve. For instance, get more information of the financial outlook of the company. If the company is financially struggling, it may likely turn into layoffs. Also another indicator could be too many changes in leadership. Leadership generally has stock options as part of their compensation so if they are leaving stocks on the table, that could be a sign of slow growth or negative outlook of future. Innovation is another factor you can look for. If the company isnt innovating, sooner or later, newer technologies ll run them out of business.
