    Lots of great info Neeraj! Take the time to understand your BATNA before going into an interview: knowing what you have to fall back on if it doesn't pan out is incredibly empowering.

    Bro how to identify pain points & concerns before or after interview to position myself as the solution to recruiters concerns or problems by using loss aversion method or any fear that will motivate the interviewer to hire us directly ? Any books and practical examples to make a positive impact in upcoming interview...

      I wouldn't use any fear tactics to motivate them to hire you. I personally ensure that it's a win-win situation where both parties can benefit from the hiring. For concerns/pain points, do you mean what problems they currently have that you can help with? Or do you mean concerns about you?

      @@mohibquadri4053 the job description should help. But to learn more, you can ask this at the end of the interview, "What is the biggest challenge/pain point on your team right now?" Then give a one-liner succinct answer how you can help.
