Really enjoyed your build. I don't have one yet, but it is on my wish list. I especially enjoyed the out of box build while still doing a proper weathered look. Cheers
Another excellent video Alex!! I haven't seen anyone apply Tipp-Ex like that before. I gather it is only useful for extremely fine gaps between surfaces?
Luv this Alex, your narration is so relaxing to listen to. The tipex tip is good, one to keep in mind. May I ask where you get your neodymium magnets from please?
@@MannsModelMoments Thank you. I want them for use as a close coupler for my 00 gauge Loco’s and rolling stock. I see they are UK based, so that’s brill; deffo gonna give them a try, thanks again.
Hi Alex, it took about 20 minutes from the time you scheduled the video for it to show up on your YT page. Maybe there is just a delay because I'm in the US. Your Spitfire is looking great. I'll be watching for more updates. Have a great day. Jeff
@@MannsModelMoments do you pre-load the videos? Because processing of all resolutions can take quite a bit of time. It happens that a freshly loaded video is available only in abysmal qualities, but then sharpens up later.
It really depends on my schedule. Recently I've found Premiering videos helps a lot with this issue (one of the reasons I have moved over to these releases)

Thanks to you, I've now started to collect all my old spues.
Well they're "free", at least!
I'm not a rivet counter but I think Airfix really succeeded in capturing the look of the Spitfire Mk.IX. Nice job btw, it's looking really good.
Couldn't agree more, and thank you!
great video !
Thanks!
I really like your videos with all the explanations - great entertainment, there is always something to learn 😁
Glad you like them!
Nicely done.

Many thanks!
Nice build 😊 one day I’ll get mine out of the box along with all the other kits I’ve never built .
Thank you! Final part should be out next week if all goes well!
Looking good, interested to see how the painting goes
Thanks 👍

Tipped tends to be brittle, so yes, it tends to be useful for fine seams rather than large gaps

Thanks! I got them from www.first4magnets.com/, but I'm sure other stockist have them

Thanks for the heads-up, I'll investigate that!

Where do you get pledge from please
Unfortunately it's down to wherever still has some since it was discontinued last year....
@@MannsModelMoments is there an alternative
Your soundtrack could be used for ASMR. Pity for the video, though, if one falls asleep...
Well, if it helps people to sleep, it has found a use!
