Great info! Thanks you so much! I'm a new subscriber to your channel. I'm going to start an agency & I'll joining your FB & Binge watch all your videos☺.
What's the start up costs in terms of paying your candidates? How much do we need to have saved up in order to be able to pay our candidates on time while waiting for the clients to pay us?
I think that may be my only set back...I won't be able to qualify for a loan or a family loan, but I will save up if need be. I eagerly wait your reply.
    Thanks again!

Hi Ben, love your energy! New subscriber here 😊 I want to start a multilingual recruitment agency here in Paris because there’s a gap in the market. I’d like to place interns and freelancers for a start since this is a niche that I’m familiar with and companies here are wanting for more flexibility. I know that I’d be dealing with small contracts to begin with so quantity is key. Would clients pay for regular placements of interns? Any advice for me? 😊 many thanks

Thanks for the content bro, I have just about to start to launch my business, however would you be able to help me about the admin side of it? I have decided to do a flat fee rate, What paperwork entails with this? Do I Contact companies ask to fill vacancies, explain to them flat fee, then surf linked in etc to try find candidates, Interview them then send them to the employers and they handle the admin contracts etc.. Do I have a lot of admin work to do as a recruitment agency? please help thanks

Hey there, so a lot of what you asked is going to be answered just by binge watching about 100 of the videos I've made. I can't answer each of those questions as I'd need to write you a text book on recruiting, and I can't quite do that at the moment. Check out more videos, but the short of it is, setup your business legally, if you want to do a flat rate, great, what you do is email companies you think will want candidates from you, send them a template email outlining your services and then utilize indeed.com to find candidates by posting ads. You'll want to start in the general labor space, drivers, admins, clerical, production etc, as that's the easiest barrier to entry for someone with little knowledge. Soooo, that's just a broad overview. You do need a lot of admin work as a recruiting agency.

Thank you for your help! I have a question on PSL's (preferred supply list) how to overcome this when speaking to hiring managers, they advise they have a PSL, in place and not looking to.expand. Also help with getting past the gatekeeper! Many thanks Gareth (uk)

What about client meetings won't you need business cards for business meetings with clients. Won't you need to meet face to face with some or most of your clients?

    • @BenNader
